    15 min wait at drive through they didnt have change and the chicken was super small and dry as Hell.

    By far the worst experience I’ve ever encounter. Poor communication from the staff. A long line with no sense of urgency to service the customers at hand even with the lobby being closed. Watched people come and leave after sitting for 25-30min with no movement. Tried to call the location and they ignored the attempts. They had a few people in the lobby “working” and the time they did answer, they hung up right away but you could hear people in the background conversing . If I were in management there I would really reevaluate who you have employed there during this shift (11/4/21 evening shift) as they are a reflection of your image and what you represent. At the very least communication would have been nice, but obviously that’s not mandated in the training. I would avoid this place at all cost. Would rather drive the extra 10 to a different location. This was just not it. Negative stars if possible

    Garbage. If you have a hour to waste. By all means go to this location. I waited in line almost a hour. No one was answering. When I finally left the drive through line. I drove past the window just to see employees in there socializing instead of doing their job. Waste of time. This place either needs to shut down or get new employees because right now it’s not cutting it.

    Made everyone in the drive-thru wait over 25 minutes for microwave food! It was so nuked I had to eat my sandwich without the bun! A chicken place that never has chicken available and the staff and managers at each location are completely rude! I would never eat at an establishment where they prepare food of such low quality! They hate their jobs and that is what is most clear! Call the BBB and file an official report that’s the only way! Shut this entire location down!

    This restaurant is horrible today Aug 8 2023 I visited this restaurant. Put in a mobile order pulled up only to be told you have to use exact change or a card because the restaurant has no small bills or change. The the rude lil red hair chick at the window tell us we have to come in to get our order. So I went in and stood in the lobby while the other lil rude chick says she only handling lobby orders so I wait 10 min and address them again because drive Thu and lobby people are being served but not me when I finally got the order it was wrong apparently the girls can't read so I had 2 mash potatos in my box not the fry and red beans I ordered. In addition. To that there was no biscuits in the box. I don't know who owns the restaurant but your staff needs to be trained better. The customer service skills are sub par. I won't be visiting this location anymore

    Poorly managed establishment, and the premises were dirty. To top this off, they didn't have enough chicken to sell. They just let everyone (it was crowded) wait in a long line until it was time to order. At the order window, they informed you of what you can get. For instance, I was told I could only get white meat chicken, not eight pieces and not the eight piece dark I wanted. I've never seen such poor customer service. I won't be back because such incompetence doesn't deserve a second chance.

    Went here 3 times and ever time it was something different. I couldn't use cash, I waited for someone to take my order at drive thru for 15 min then drove away. Lastly two times I went inside and they were out of sides. So poorly managed and equipped from my experience.

    I love this place🥰❤👍 I love the food very good❤👍 the employees there very polite and welcoming🥰 and the environment very clean and kept up I always received good and fast service, I never have any problems or issues about correcting my order if it's not right, they're very good in correcting anything problems you may have with your order, they have very good management there he's very understanding and helpful and making sure you received what you order and that is customers are very happy and pleased with their order

    Went here for dinner. Took 5 min for anyone to respond to the drive-through. Then the first thing they say is there is going to be a wait for chicken. I say that's fine and proceed to order a chicken sandwich to be told they don't have any sandwiches. Bad form Popeys.... no chicken... isn't that what your known for?? Definitely not going back.

    Went for lunch as soon as they opened. The chicken was cold and tasted old. The cashier was actually pleasant so that was a nice surprise. The food is meh at best. I guess you have to luck up to get some freshly made food.

    All you have do is read the reviews. The ones that are good are far and in between. They take forever to fulfill orders both there and online. They say they never have any food or they just ran out. Its delivery or order online only. Popeyes needs to just close this location down or have a serious makeover on it. Just find a different popeyes unless you have a lot of time to waste and like disappointment.

    Lmao dont come here if you have anything to do during the day. Youll wait 20 minutes behind 4 cars and theyll be out of chicken completely. Plus theyre rude as hell about it. I get that fast food companies “think” they can staff a restaurant with 1-2 people at a time and pay them like 10 bucks an hour. So i get why theyre so rude, but its still annoying. Ive been here twice and i never even got anything either time because we sat in line for over half an hour and we had to leave or i wouldve been late for work.

    I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up the place was a madhouse. They were completely surrounded by cars. As I got to the door I was informed the lobby was closed and that I would need to use the drive through. Problem is I live nearby and hadn't driven. They let me in and proceeded to assemble my order on the spot. The only "attitude" I perceived was friendly and helpful.

    Avoid this location like the plague. Drive through takes forever no matter what time of day you go. I only ever actually got food here once, and it was old and dry. Every other time they are out of everything. Waited at the order window for 20 minutes after being told to wait, only then to be told they were unable to serve anything. It's absurd. No idea how this location stays in business.

    Popeyes has really let their company as an whole go down. It's hard to find a Popeyes with good service, fresh food, timely service whether you're inside or in drive- thru. They run out of everything including CHICKEN. And this is at locations locally and other states. As much as people like Popeyes you would think they'd take value in the company and their customers. For without the customers there will be no company. They Ajay need to have etiquette training. Customer service has really become horrible universal. This particular young man which had taken my order in drive-thru was short mannered. Had taken my card to pay for the food and walked off. Did not give me my card back. This made me nervous with all the corruption going on. He proceeded walking to the back of the establishment and all around the area. (this was actually manager). I had to get one of the other workers attention in order to get my card. Even management has give down. We had to wait for a bit. Once he does give us our order it's not correct. The chicken must've been sitting for sometime in something because you can tell it had sweated. Plus the wrong sides. Customer service really needs taught almost everywhere.

    The line will take at least 30 min even with only two cars in front of you. They’re almost always out of most of their products. Sometimes they just aren’t even open when their hours say they will be. Service is always horrible. This Popeyes should be closed or get new management. I don’t bother going there anymore because it sucks every single time.

    I don't think the soda machine had been cleaned in a long time..diet coke sprayed all over me. The water button stuck, so after i cleaned off my cup from the sprayed soda the water kept running until it finally slowly unstuck. There was no ice. Drinks were lukewarm. No music or anything on, it was silent in there. Felt dirty and looked dirty.. could see dirty streak marks all over the counters..we ate in the car instead. The kitchen workers were wearing jackets..I've never seen a working kitchen where ppl were cold. I barely had any appetite after being inside. Red beans and rice had none of that smoke flavor they normally do. Nothing was hot.. just kinda warm. I spent over $35 and most of it except the chicken was thrown away. Including the drinks.

    Car in front of me drove off. I had 5 min of hello before anyone said anything back. The little window was beaten and broke. Probably from an unhappy customer. Please train and test your employees. She was sweet but boy didn't know her product. I love their chicken.

    Messy and staff is slow and unprofessional. Picked up order for Door Dash. For this reason I never had the food but can only describe the service and atmosphere. Everytime I go in one it is a long wait to get food that is already made under warmers. There is no reason anyone is waiting 15+ minutes unless you ran out of something and are waiting on a fresh batch. How can food under a warmer take so long to fill boxes and containers.

    Me and the guy in front of me both waited at the drive through for at least 7 mins each before being asked to order. Only to be told they were out of spicy chicken, Mac and cheese, wings, and DRINKS. Most of the "employees" were standing around or talking about who was gonna jump who. The whole place was nasty and full of litter. Food was greasy and tasted metallic because they were obviously using old oil. On the plus side the fries were pretty good

    They were short staffed. I waited 45 minutes for my food which was then given to someone else who rifled through the bag and gave back. They had no honey no hot sauce. I give them a 3 only because once I told one of the young ladies what happened she helped me right without attitude and ask if i would wait just a few more minutes fresh chicken was coming up and she gave me hot sides and biscuits instead of trying to give me that food from that bag which they put back. It definitely could using a cleaning. I am giving up on eating fast food. The level of food and service is not the same

    Today when i placed my order i asked for 2 large drinks but was given 2 small drinks. When i said i didnt order this the cashier who was on her personal cell phone texting gave me 2 large drinks with the lids not on correctly and both cups full of ice. More than usual. The drinks spilled in my car because of a negligent employee refusing to pay attention. The drive thru was super long. And the employees were moving super slow. When i got the food they stuffed a $60 order into one bag. Food could barely be contained into the bag. I asked for another bag a bigger bag to put all the food in and the employee said no we cant do that. My question is why? Worst popeyes experience.

    This location is terrible. They are never on time the waiting usually exceeds 20 minutes and the demeanor of the people that are working here is horrible. But no one even seems to care about that. I came during the time where they should be open and a worker screamed from the back where she was smoking a cigarette that they weren't even open yet. And it was within the working hours. I'm going to pull back around to place an order and she said to not even bother. The staff is disrespectful and very rude. I don't understand where management is in situations like this.

    Honestly, I can’t praise these employees enough. I ordered through the app since they are order or drive thru only, and I could tell from the line how few employees there were. Still, they got me food to me in a fairly timely manner, and were just as kind and professional as can be. I was seriously impressed as someone with lots of customer service and management experience. Yes, you will wait a while for your food, but they’ll serve you well.

    Took 30 minutes from pulling up to getting my food so wasn’t very fast food. The workers are horribly incompetent. Had me pull up to let other customers get their food. When the line was cleared I pulled back up to the window and was told they just started making my sandwiches

    Update: Came here again and we got what we ordered. The drive through was open and it only took about 10 minutes to get through even with 3 cars ahead of me. Food tastes okay, just greasy chicken. Original: The reviews are pretty accurate but we had to try. I was shocked there's no Church's chicken in Milwaukee so we decided to try this Popeye's. Nice kid working but they only had 2 people working and the drive through was closed. They clearly need more staff. I ordered a family meal and the biscuits weren't in the bag. The chicken was greasy and I got original instead of the spicy I asked for. Half of that's on me for not checking before I left. All in all my family ate it, but I will probably just fry chicken myself next time.

    Coleslaw has not been perfected in the slightest. Item was missing as per usual, (f*cking DoorDash). Not sure if this is a DoorDash issue or Popeyes, but I'm leaning towards Popeyes because obviously they put the food in the bag. Even the drink was pretty much giving trash. But they classic chicken sandwich was good 🤷🏼‍♂️.
