This is beautiful by the lake coffee house. I love the coffee and cinnamon rolls here. This is pretty close to the lake. It is perfect for a hot coffee after a walk by the lake.

This was my second time here. We went for an event and ordered from the app. It was really busy so the anticipated times were skewed but understandable. It's a historic location and I had no idea. Interior is pretty cool. We got sandwiches and both liked them. Musica Del Lago is a cool event on Thursdays during the summer...check it out! Free parking across the street....the lot fills quickly and I got a ticket. Usually starts 600p... people get there early to secure seating. A lot of people bring chairs and picnic ... If you do order from the app at this location when going in the door that faces the lake - go to the back corner opposite the door for pick up.

Obsessed with this specific location of Colectivo. It’s perfect for business meetings, first dates, a sunny little spot to work on a warm day, and everything in between. I most recently had the iced windy ci-tea and it was incredible. I would go there every day just to get that if I’m being honest. Oh, and if you’re hungry, you’d have to be crazy not to get the potato bacon burrito. You’ll straight up inhale it. So good. Getting hungry just writing this review!

I'm just sitting here staring at my southwestern burrito and thinking of all the other things I could buy around the world for those $8. Things that would have multiple courses and be served on silver platters. Never forget that the US is the matrix and it behooves you to unplug (and, yes, i hate that Andrew Tate practically owns the word at this point). That said, it's still a pretty tasty option for breakfast.

Saw this coffee shop on our way to Lake Park. There are several storefronts in the Milwaukee area. Parking was tight but accessible. Service was quick and good. I ordered a cinnamon roll and the Mocha shake. Both were excellent. The outdoor seating area is picturesque with views of the lake a definite must try. The menu looks amazing and I wish I could have tried some of the hot food items

Delicious and eclectic. Unique but familiar. This coffee shop has the delicious colwctivo coffee but it is set in a historic water filtration building for Lake Michigan. Tons of rustic history and delicious caffeine!

Very cool building with history with a perfect location across from the lake. Tons of outdoor seating & multilevel seating inside. Daily freshed baked goods & delicious coffee. Had the dark chocolate frappe & hot coco this time. Hadn't been here in 15 or so years due to living out of state now but this was a must stop for me this trip to Milwaukee.

Love it here. Pro tip - order ahead on the app to get your amazing coffee, avocado toast, sweet treats, or whatever you want - faster :)

Beautiful place to stop at for coffee, breakfast, and/or lunch. I’ve been to other colectivos before, but this one definitely has the best atmosphere. They have lots of seating outside and it’s very relaxing to be there. I ordered an iced white mocha (not shown) and a chicken bacon avocado melt. The coffee was good but the sandwich exceeded my expectations. It was fresh and flavorful. It also came with kettle chips. Will be back again!

Excellent location and historic pump station building! We stop in once a year. This year the items had gotten so expensive that 1 coffee, two small juices, one scone and one cookie came to $30 before tip.

Vibrant location and a most charming, historic building to match! Met w/kindness and a smile, this cafe is a brilliant welcome to the eclectic lakefront. Their Cold brew Oat-Chata is so SMOOOOTH. Enjoy with a warmed, sea salt choco chip cookie for that feel-good experience.

The atmosphere and location was absolutely amazing! However, I wasn’t super impressed with the taste of my Windy-Chi. I would still recommend trying the coffee shop. I would definitely try it again with a coffee and see if I like that better too.

On my trip, I went here every day!! The black currant orange scone was mind blowing. I got their caramel latte with lavender in it. Soo good!

Great place for an early morning 8 am traffic however occasionally can be confusing because of occupancy! More fluency in merchandising can quickly fix this! Also, my coffee is never strong enough here maybe my tolerance is too high! They never do it for me! Two entrances are confusing the two different lines. The mobile order pickup is way too complex for the period! I suggest you go to your local one!

Alwaysssss busy. Get there earlyyyy. We usually go to Humboldt location. Not sureeeeee if it was bc we went on a Sunday and the employees had a good weekend... But their attitudes sucked and the presentation of both lattes and our sandwiches sucked. Being by the lake is always stunning but if you want better service and food quality, go to Humboldt.

I’m a huge fan of collectivo and this place is no exception, my only problem with this location specifically is the seating. Everything else is great and I’ve pretty much always had good service and coffee here, but don’t come to this location if you’re looking to sit inside on a cold day with more than one other person,, there are only two person tables and a very limited amount of them. The outdoor seating is great though, but only if it’s nice enough to sit outside.

I found a much better coffee shop that had excellent coffee (a large cold brew) and breakfast. Comfortable seating, I found a spot up the stairs on the mezzanine with a great view of the space, A POWER OUTLET and their wifi. Work was busy so I was here and pounding away for about five hours. After the cold brew, another cortado and I couldn't resist, smoked salmon on a bagel. I opted for a sourdough bagel (no seeds to fall into the keyboard) and it came with cream cheese, tomato, red onion and even capers! Delicious. It got busy but never so busy that all the tables filled up.

Loveeeee their cranberry pumpkin muffin. This place is always packed so sometimes hard to find a seat inside. But when warm out there is plenty of seating outside. Love it there!

Favorite spot in Milwaukee. This is a great spot to zone in and get work done, bring friends to chat, stop in before work, or just plain people watch. Right off the oak leaf trail it’s easy to walk to from the lower east side or free parking at the marina. In the summer it tends to get super busy when the city wakes up but if you’re there before 9 it’s calm and there’s always seating. Highly recommend the breakfast burritos southwest is my fav. Sandwiches are good except for the bread :/ Also get the app first drink is free!!

Good coffee in a beautiful location. I'm more a fan of the Prospect Ave location - but since COVID stuff, lakefront is open longer in the day. Remember - double punch/points on Tuesdays

It has all the ingredients working well in dovetail - location, vista, aroma of coffee, the vibrant yet relaxed feel. The staff is friendly, the menu is awesome. It's such a beautiful place, I wish it didn't have so much crowd so that I could spend hours reading a book there. Of course it gets crowded, so do check it out early in the morning on weekends.

Really liked Colectivo - outside and inside seating both. It isn't actually on the lakefront though. I had the garden goddess sandwich and the cardamom mocha. Both were an absolute delight and great choices I must say. Wish I had taken another garden goddess for takeout. Def recommended.

Love this place and a must stop when on the lake front. It's an old pumping station and is as beautiful on the inside as outside. Always busy and normally a line. Plenty of outdoor seating that's perfect for people watching, car admiring, or just sitting back and reading your favorite book. There is parking, but you may have to park at the marina across the street. The cold brew shake is coffee blended in ice cream, #favorite.

Nice chill cafe with lots of sitting space. I went during a weekday afternoon and yet all the spots were taken. Found a spot to sit quietly and work in after much struggle. Otherwise, perfect place to go hangout or work. I noticed that this cafe is also frequented by a lot of students.

Food is good, people are friendly, usually seating whenever we go. Coffee is good chai is dope. All around good place. Prices can be considered high but normal for the location and for coffee. Also, there is history. Ask about it.

This place just feels special. The cinnamon rolls were amazing and the coffee drinks superb. After a long walk along the lake, we needed water and there was a little station for just that. This is a MUST when in Milwaukee.

Great place to get a coffee and sit. The espresso shake is probably one of the best drinks you will ever get. The parking can be hard to find if it's busy downtown, but it is definitely worth the trip. Grab a coffee and walk along lake Michigan.
