    Very slow service at drive thru. Unprofessional managers working first,second shift. Always making food wrong. Cursing at customers and calling them profane names. Dirty looking in appearance and no gloves on. Saw workers eating thru the window right on the floor. Then right to touch customers food after, without washing hands. Felt sick right after eating from here. Close location but poor service in multiple trips.

    I went inside to place a order. 3 employees where eating the fries of the bag as they where preparing orders. One employee had burgers ready to throw in the grill, and he dropped something couldn’t see what, but then put 3 burger on the grill. This location is beyond ghetto now. They need new employees!

    There were two young ladies hugging on each other sitting on the counter one had blue braids in her hair, and the other girl had black braids, and brown or tan braids, and I don't know which girl had braces but that would give you an idea of who I'm speaking of. It was very unprofessional it was a look that no one should endure while ordering their food. By the way they stood there hugging each other leaning on each other while I stood and waited for someone to service me. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal and nuggets was dry, hard and cold! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

    It's McDonald's what else is there to say. It's always been one of my fast food favorites. Always check your order before you leave.

    I believe that this is a location we normally don't go to that's why it has the lower rating considering they didn't have any frappes there at all and while my husband and I are waiting for somebody to get our money to complete our transactions through the drive through there was a physical altercation with the people who are actually working there it'll be the last time we ever go there!!!

    Customer service is absolutely terrible managers should really look more into who they’re hiring literally couldn’t get water because it was “added at the window” even though I also had the 25 cents for it. Didnt even know when they started charging for water. I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.

    This McDonald’s is so unprofessional the business and the management. Them managers wanna cuss out females out they name over some dumb stuff. Unprofessional 100% they supposed to be a business not cuss nobody out they name. They never have enough employees and end up firing employees over stupid stuff. They can never keep good employees. That whole store is going down hill.

    Stop by Mcdonald about 1:45 pm 11/26/23 25th national coming from indiana ,my son and I went inside to order and use the restroom I ask to use the rest room and the manager, told me rest room where for paying customers ,I told him my son was in line to order , he refuse to buzz me in the restroom , he said he just didn't let anyone use the restroom he blamd about him paying thousand of dollars for new system on door locks ,i asked my son what did he say ,my son responded we can't use the restroom unless we where going to order ,so he left me standing, right by all open area where I could see him taking orders ,I asked again ,me almost ready to wet my pants , I felt embarrassed just standing there,then he turned and said are you ready to go ,you can go in now , I don't know who this Manager is ,but if he treats all he's customers like this , it's a shame , I will never stop there again , my son order ,I refuse to buy anything he treated me very disrespectful .

    I went here yesterday. They changed up the inside from how I remembered it. It was still a great experience, but this is prob one of the few McDonald's with a kiosk where you can't customize a sandwich, which is sad. Another thing to note is that this is also one of the few that has a kiosk which allows you to order from it, then ask for the order receipt, And pay at the cashier. Other than that it was a good experience.

    The lady on the drive thru speaker box was super rude as h*ll. And the drive thru line took 23 minutes to get through. I was blocked in and could not leave as it’s a one lane drive thru. This location sucks and mr McDonald and mr Mac would definitely not support the way they run this location. The workers are absolute trash

    This McDonald's must specifically hire extremely rude unhappy people that get pleasure in destroying everyone else's day! It also appears that they are on a cleaning strike of sorts. They really need a whole new crew!

    I’ve been here at all times of day and it feels like the food is always fresh, and the line always moves quickly. They also never miss the little things like sauce or straws! I’m genuinely impressed!

    If I can put 0 stars I would. Drive thru is so bad and the person taking orders is even worst. He Dropped my drinks and gave me an attitude like if it was my fault when it was his. He didn’t want to give me another drink. My food was extremely cold and they didn’t provide us with any straws or napkins. They also did not want to replace the cold food with hot food. The drive thru employee’s attitude is what really got me. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. The employees are so ratchet and they never get your orders right.

    I ordered a big breakfast with sausage on the side because I’m allergic to pork, but still wanted to give it to my dogs as a treat since I’m already paying for it. They added the sausage and then took it off I saw the grease of the sausage left over, when I have already told them when I was ordering it. I told them at the window when I got my food that it had to get remade and they said it was never added on top of my hotcakes, it was a lie because I use to work at McDonald I know it works. In stead the guy at the window told me to move because I was holding up the line. Went to another McDonald to order my food again. If I would’ve have not checked it and eat it I would’ve ended up in the hospital.

    I really never do reviews but this McDonald’s is a joke. I was doordashing and had to use the bathroom and they said I needa buy something, they keep their Br doors locked. Second, I ordered an online order and had to also pick up a doordash and they said I couldn’t pick up both and id have to get back in line to get both. I literally got a soda 😭😭😭. They’re so rude all the time absoloutely will never come here again for a doordash

    Paid $39.39 thru drive thru Left with no hashbrowns. Come back then questioned are you sure? Like ask my grandson if he was a happy camper.. NOT. How can this McDonald's get their services to be perfected to a consumers wanting to return

    I preface this by saying: 1. I ordered via the app 2. It was icy and snowing 3. I live 3 blocks from the this restaurant. Now.. I ordered a special: buy one breakfast sandwich, get one for 50 cents. I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins. I paid and walked to the store. I go to the door and ring the bell. CoVid precautions prohibited in store entry. A young man answered and asked what I wanted and I explained. He looked perplexed when I stated that I walked. He went to get the manager. Apparently, a client walking to get food is an anomaly. The manager asked what I ordered and pleasantly handed me my food. After my night, their kindness is worth the walk. The app is simple and you find some pretty awesome deals. Give it a try. Also pardon the bite mark in the pic.. Kinda hungry.

    I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but i waited 20 minutes for an online pickup and I'm glad i was able to get my money back. When I went to ask a worker if they still did pickup at this time, he was more interested in smoking his blunt than talking to me. I was rudely cut off by him yelling "no". So i asked again and then he said "what's the number for the pickup", then stated that they didn't have it.
