Really disappointed with my donuts! The staff I interacted with were great, but my 4 donuts were placed in a bag sideways and upside down so all the icing was gone! Definitely don't plan on driving to this one again, I'll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different location.

Usually love Dunkin. I stop by on my way to Kenosha for work since it's on my way. The food and drinks are good and they're typically quick and efficient. Prices are good. Staff is usually friendly. It depends on who get. Two separate times I overheard the staff making comments about adding raspberry shots to my chai and that "I come in EVERY day," like it was a bad thing. Sorry I'm giving you my business by coming in every so often. If you're gonna make comments about your customers, at least wait until they drive off.

Angela was simply excellent! She was super lovely to add the senior citizens’ discount to the order ahead of me, and when she got to me, she was bubbly, and her energy made my day, and I witnessed her bring joy to the elder ahead of me; day as well! Awesome job, Queen!

I absolutely loooove this Dunkin and refuse to go to a different location. The staff are the friendliest people in existence, and they will always get your order correct. I can't speak highly enough of this location and recommend it to everyone.

My iced cappuccino was half full and had no vanilla when I ordered 5 shots of vanilla had to fix it to even make it drinkable

I just went through drive through for a simple half dozen of donuts and was charged 10.04 instead of the simple 6.99 the rest of the Dunkin’ Donuts establishment has going instead I’m told because they are independently contracted this is the price VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN EVER

This location continues to have fast friendly service. One of the best coffee spots on the side of town

My oldest child love it here. We order the same thing every-time. To the company y’all need different hash browns. Maybe ones like McDonalds or Burger King.

Holy cow! I had such a great experience at this Dunkin today. I stop here on my way to work sometimes but today I was helped by Randi and she was absolutely amazing. She was adorable and helpful and had such a bubbly personality, it made coming to work on a Saturday a little better. It's so hard to find people that genuinely enjoy their job in customer service and she was wonderful, really a true gem.

Staff was WONDERFUL. We took a group of our residents there for a donut outing, and the staff was very accommodating. They made sure everything was fresh and ready!

Wonderful location with great people! Ordered the cookie butter cold brew for mobile pickup, the woman handling my order had even waited to put the cold foam with the cookie crumbles on top on the coffee until I was there to pick it up so that everything was fresh and wouldn't dissolve in the coffee during my drive over. Thank you for a great start to my morning.

The new chocolate croissant was burnt and the chocolate was very bitter it was crumbly and falling apart I expected better from Dunkin Donuts but here we are.

Normally I just say America runs on Dunkin', but this location is awesome. I buzz right in and out w/o a delay, and the young Lady that speaks to me via the chatter box is the most inviting order taker I have ever interacted with. I know its a confirmation trick, but when I say "I have an on the go for Kurt" she ALWAYS repeats my name back with good morning pleasantries. I wish the Dunkin' in my town of Denver NC was as awesome as this location! AWESOME JOB

The awesome salesperson (awesome lady) suggested another drink since they were out of chairs and it was delicious. Great customer service! Very welcoming and kind. If I'm ever on that side of town again I'll be back. Give her a raise!

I use to avoid this Dunkin since it was terribly managed. It seems like in the last couple months there has been new owners or new management because they are the nicest most attentive employees. I come here almost daily for my coffee

Absolutely great customer service!!! Everyone is always so nice, friendly, and accomidating. The best ice caramel coffee in the city. Their ice coffee is way better than Starbucks! Keep up the great work!!!

Has gotten really bad over a span of time. They used to be really great here but now no one really bothers to get the orders right and staff there isn’t understanding and really neglectful to their work on occasion. Just today I ordered a cappuccino like I usually do all the time, and what I got was a cold brew with sugar. Not any of the things I requested. I get that being enthusiastic all the time can be tiring, but at least do the job right that you were hired for that you applied to work at. There’s just too much for me to ignore for comfort and this is only one of the rough experiences I’ve had here. It’s getting to be a real problem if it hasn’t already.

Although they had about a half hour before closing. They were out of the the most popular products they sell

Supposed to be open at 5am. Always waiting 5 to 10 minutes after 5am for service. Love the coffee. Must be a casual work ethic

It was so Dirty inside. They only had 7 donuts and they did not look fresh at all.. if I had not got down and went in I would never know how dirty inside looked. They had a pitcher of milk under counter unrefridgerated. Where is Manager ir Owner?

Faster and cheaper than Starbucks. I also love the staff at this location. They're so friendly! Keep up the good work guys!!
