I ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with a side of fried rice. Very disappointing when I got it home. The teriyaki chicken was dry with no sauce and no flavor. The orange chicken had flavor but no sauce to spoon over the rice. The rice had no flavor at all. Adding soy sauce did not help. Needless to say, I will never go back there again!

We had our family of 4 Valentines Day Lunch here and this was our First time eating Panda Express and it was great!! The steak was soooo tender I instantly fell In love.. I did put some teriyaki sauce over my steak and it enhanced the flavors so well! -Place was clean (loved the Black owned window cleaner crew that was also there) -Staff was friendly and nice -Bathrooms were clean -Service was quick …. Whenever I go there they R always missing something & replace with big white vegetable chunks ! Very little meat & hardly any beans !! Mostly garbage !! Won,t B going there anymore !!!Oak Creek is much better ! Decent portions !!!

47 min just to receive the wrong food in the drive thru. I suggest skipping this location, as there are MANY other Asian restaurants within a few blocks who will appreciate your business.

The people working there were clearly high AF. The whole counter crew, except for the poor dudes cooking in the back, were absolutely blasted. Like, super weird behaviors. Must be nice to have a job where you can show up wasted, stay wasted all shift, and re-up if ya need to! They were so F’d up, I left without ordering.

Was told by the app to pick food up at 6:27 it is now 7 o’clock still have no food. Do not use the app. I do not usually post or complain, the staff is very busy but do not trust the app time for pick up

Workers are nice. It was my first time and the person who waited on me was inviting, quick and answered all of my questions lol. Great experience

food always good. but almost every time i order for pick up i have to ask them for a fork and my fortune cookie, i’ll even put it in the notes and request them and still will have to ask. i order for pickup specifically so i don’t have to talk to y’all and i can just grab and go. sucks when i have to check and make sure my order is correct and that i actually have fortune cookies.

Server was very kind and helpful. Food unfortunately was not that good. Both myself and friend instantly became ill.

Great location. We had a small mixup on my order...just human error. But they were super awesome and corrected it and offered something for the inconvenience. Lately I feel customer service is lacking everywhere... basically since convid.. so it's nice seeing people treat you the way you'd treat them if the situation were reversed. Jeimy is the employee who helped me and provided the great service, she was understanding, sweet and apologetic for the mix-up 😊

I tried to call ahead to get my super greens as there is always a wait. I think I called at least 20 times. I could literally hear myself calling them while I was ordering in the drive thru. Upon my picking up the food I asked why they don't answer their phone. The lady said "we're a little busy". That's certainly not acceptable. There is a phone and the people working have a responsibilitie to answer. I wound up waiting for my order. That's fine. But the fact that they don't attend to their demands goes to show how much they care about their customers. There is another Chinese restaurant a little further down. They just got themselves another frequent customer

Was there about 740pm tonight. Two people got picked before me and I was standing there looking them in the face. Knowing I was next. Not happy with tonight service. But will be back. Hope it's better service and better servers

First of all, it was so good I ate almost all of it. There was too much rice and I have diabetes. That's the only problem. The menu was good. Priced well for my meal and they have the cutest Pandas for sale for $5. I bought one. Impulse.. Lol. I enjoyed my food and my fortune was spot on. Highly recommended.

Must be talking more than working, I pulled up at 9:50 realized they don’t open until 10:30 and that was cool but I waited. I ordered at 10:35 just to be told the food needed 20 more minutes. I will be calling corporate because again this is a management issue, not staff. Give yourself and your staff ample time to complete task according to hours of operation. Good luck.

you ust delivered some food over cooked and cold?? the most important thing was the sweet & sour man you were asked to put some in bag but i guess its to much for you to do as food was overcooked and cool.... the sweet & sour could of made it right.... will not ever give you my money again..... i waited over a hr...... and no condiments thanks for buying me a bad meal.. november 29th 2022

Regular Panda Express food lover. First time placed order thru mobile. And got burnt chicken egg roll and leftover veggies kung pao chicken entree. Lil disappointed.

I was not greeted, workers just stared at me until I finally issued a greeting & my order & after waiting almost “20 minutes” for Green Bean Chicken to come out, I found some type of plastic in my food, underneath my noodles, AFTER I had already started eating them, to say I’m very disgusted & upset would be a gross understatement!!!!!! UPDATE > When I was able to make it back in to this location a few days later, to discuss with a manager, I was told there was NO manager on-site, but that there would one in on Friday egging would have been 3 days later……I was so upset by all of this that I didn’t even think to do the online survey 😒

Love the new chicken dish (I forgot the name). My entire meal was hot and fresh!! Great staff also!

It was consistent with the Panda Express s we have eaten at. Food was good. Had Orange Chicken and Rangoons. For the MKE area, this is good Asian food.
