I find a tag inside of my sandwich, that is seriously food safety issue. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Most ridiculous thing is freshness time is pass by 10 hours, I will report to food healthy department.

It was hair in my food everybody was rude and I will never visit this location again it should not be open I asked for receipt couldn’t get that I asked for my food to be changed they told me to get out the line they was not helping me

My food was good but the guys walking in the drive thru asking for change and cigarettes was a bit much. Area is horrible

like I was there like a little while ago with my family and they was really mean and rude to us and the milkshakes taste like water it was really disgusting I got sick from the food also I still hate the fact instead of normal straws it's paper like..wanna know how many times I almost ate the straw and it sometimes disinagratws and my grandpa is super old and has heart problems and they was yelling at him and hateful like super mean and they was yelling right in front of my Little brother and he gets scared of yelling he hates loud nosiees and the best part is I really love checkers but this one..is a no

$7.10 for a small meal. Burger was tasty, small though. The seasoned fries tasty too. For a few bucks cheaper this place would’ve been pretty good but considering what else can be had not sure I’d ever come back.

The guy working the register, I think he was the manager, was upset about something, very rude not only to me but also the crew I brought ( 4 other workers) something was wrong with the banana syrup ( I ordered a large banana shake) he told me it's not working and I had to pick another flavor, when I said nevermind I only wanted the banana he got mad and huffed. He told me he refunded the $ for the shake back on my card, that hasn't happened yet. The chicken strips were a little burnt. Definitely won't be going back here.

Your staff was decent, but exceptional. My husband I went through the drive thru and our order was done correctly. Mind you, this is my first experience. I was super uncomfortable because you had a couple dudes asking for change/money. It's not that I don't wanna help, I'm just struggling financially, too. Plus, you really don't know if they're putting on an act or not. Especially, nowadays! God bless ya'll. I'm not coming back to this location, nor will I be doing take-out.

Id say it's my top rated fast food. There's always good combo deals. They have everything any other burger joint has and it's just as good. And then they have the best fast food fries, so I always think if I'm going to be having fast food no matter what, then I might as well get checkers.

Not in a very friendly part of town. Dirty parking lot. Their drive-thru speaker is not working correctly and they will yell at you several times because they "cant" hear you. Food was cold. I recently went there as it has been over 10years since I visited a Checkers location. I asked the employee at drive-thru to give me 1 min to see the board and her expression was "ugh, seriously...". They almost handle-throw the food at you. False advertisement on some of their products. No wonder why I stopped visiting Checkers. They are all the same. No matter where you are.

Dimly lit inside, the workers had zero enthusiasm. They missed my apple pies, no biggie, then called and was hung up on. I will not be returning. Save your money and go to Culver’s.

Food was absolutely horrible.. it was over cooked, dry chicken an burnt fries. Strange men standing outside by drive through window. Long slow waiting in line.

Food was just horrible! I ordered two of the double fish. The fish was so hard like it had been sitting around for hours... I couldn't bite/eat it! Both fries and moz sticks were so oily I could taste the oil and not the food. Burgers tasted like it had no seasoning. Only thing good was the fudge sundae.

I've only been there a couple times food was good sometimes the service is a little bit bad depending on when you go whether it's busy or not but overall good service and food

I absolutely LOVE Checkers! I only wish there were more locations throughout Wisconsin. I'm only aware of 2 and neither are in very good neighborhoods. Both are in Milwaukee.

The young girl at the window paid more attention to playing in herlong we've rather braids instead of getting my order right. Should hire people who want to work and I'm more concerned about the food instead of their hair

Food was hot and fresh! The funnel fries were a fun suprise on the menu. Very delicious :) Give it a try when you're in the area!

Terrible, ordered uber eats, and didn't even get my drink, nor the large drink i ordered, wouldn't reccommend to anyone. took more then 40 mins for my order to be ready and packed.

I ran in here real quick while waiting for the bus to come. It was popping. Very busy, however, there was a young guy working the register and he was super cool. I almost had a problem with my card and I got the feeling like they would of helped me no matter what. And it was super super fast. I was done eating by the time the bus got there. Awesome spot for some fast food burgers.

We travel across town from southwest side to either of two Checkers Checkers! Any food ordered is always super tasty! Burgers, seasoned fries, chili dogs. Yum 😋😋

I'm giving them a 5 on the strength of the guy with green shirt on cause he made my order right and was willing to understand and make the order better. Not sure if he is a manager but the way he handled the situation gave the store 5 stars and he should definitely be a manager

Our food was warm too fries were fresh my only complaint is there acting like McDonalds. The shake machine was not working. I love a vanilla shake with my burger. So that was disappointing.

This is one of the worst checkers restaurants in Milwaukee, very unprofessional and dirty. The employees was playing inside the restaurant while customers were waiting. The guy at the fryer was touching his coat, as well as the food. Just horrible

I've had the burgers and checkers about four times and each time they have been delicious while prepared . Service is efficient in the drive through Lane this is somewhat like a McDonald's but I think it tastes a little better.

Food is always hot. Employees surprisingly nice and friendly. Either the line is around the block or none at all.

On January 2, we went to this Checkers branch. The female server kept asking our order! She would say ok and then after every 3 minutes, she would ask us our orders again. She did it 5 times. She is horrible, she needs to quit! We only ordered for 3 things. We waited for almost 20 minutes for a drive-thru! This Checkers branch needs to close down too! Horrible service and bad food too! Not going to recommend this place and NEVER going back!!!
