😠 Horrible experience here. I walked in and the front desk lady was harassing a patient asking why they were there for a vaccine after having a scheduled appointment. Even after giving my ID, my information was still entered incorrectly. Very unorganized, no social distancing between seats in the wait... People often mention experience, front,

Horrible experience here. I walked in and the front desk lady was harassing a patient asking why they were there for a vaccine after having a scheduled appointment. Even after giving my ID, my information was still entered incorrectly. Very unorganized, no social distancing between seats in the waiting room. The vaccine was given in a general room where three stations setup and everyone could see you get the vaccine! Was a very uncomfortable experience. Employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off! Seems like management doesn’t know how to do their jobs! ***** Reply to an owner below: Getting someone’s first and last name correct is not a minor mistake! There are many other organizations that have vaccinated far more than 2000 patients! I have decided not to come back to this facility for my second dose especially after a reply like yours.

This place is nuthing like before. Not welcoming and staff doesn’t know anything. Not even how to talk to patients either. Not the same feeling and all their people changed. Doctors and nurses not as good. Sad to see place that was great be garbage now

At our 807 W Layton Ave. Hayat Pharmacy, we get a lot of uninsured patients who come to us asking for help to get their maintenance medications. We refer them to MCHC. They see uninsured patients for a very reasonable $25 charge. Patients are so appreciative of the service. MCHC is a great source to have. Thank you for being there to serve the under-served!

They need to get rid of that lady at the front desk with the glasses. Not only does she constantly mess up on billing and other administrative matters, but she is very rude.

I would give 5 stars for Dr. Sharma. She takes her time to evaluate your needs and shows you she actually cares to help. She’s a very rare find in the medical field these days and I am so glad I found her. I docked 2 stars because the front desk attendant lady is the worst person to work with. Very rude and does not belong as the front person of a medical facility. If I didn’t enjoy working with Dr.Sharma so much I would just find another facility to be treated at.

Reception here is HORRIBLE. Theres a lady with glasses who is clearly in the wrong profession because her effective listening skills are non existent and she’s extremely rude. They have a bunch of kids working in the reception area who don’t have a clue how to schedule. Left my nephew’s piano recital to make it to a 3:30p appointment just to find out they moved it to 1:50p without consent. Too underdeveloped for me

I came here for my second Booster and was eligible based on their documentation that they had me sign and the CDC guidelines. However, the medical receptionist who checked me in seemed unaware of what immunocompromised conditions would be able to take the shot. It took several minutes of persistence fully audible by others in the lobby before I just had to point and circle on the form my eligibility. In addition, I completed the form online and printed it for them and still had to complete it. They were even surprised I offered my insurance card even though they did not ask for it and did not even bother reviewing the form I completed earlier. It was certainly a different (and easier) experience when there were larger volumes at Hayat. That said, the nurse who provided the vaccination was very nice and I had no issues. That said, after reading the review from the other patient who had a similar experience, it's possible that they could improve on their front desk service.

My parents are vaccinated!!!!! I never heard of this clinic before. All my parents did were compliment how amazing their experience was. Thank you all and a special thanks to their vaccinator Naiha. She was so pleasantly sweet and she made them feel so comforted. Absolutely beautiful girl inside and out. Answered all the questions they had. We are so happy and appreciate the whole team. A weight is off my shoulders. Stay safe and healthy! Keep up the good work!

There is a place better than the MCHC, for Covid 19 testing and it's free called Summit pharmacy on 76 & Rawson, the MCHC they refused to take state Insurance, they charged me $40.00 for covid 19 testing that is not excepted by the schools.
