Planet Fitness…do better. In the past guns have been stolen out of the men’s locker room, more cars than I can remember were broken into and taken, around 11pm it’s well known that just about anyone can walk in and there will be no staff anywhere. I have seen several homeless, high and displaying significant mental illnesses symptoms walk right on in to the bathroom. One time I saw a man go into the women’s locker room. I asked, no begged the staff to please don’t make me go in there alone….he refused. (He was later fired and broke into this PF and robbed you.). My question is why the why have you not gotten better security cameras? Corporate Planet Fitness is aware of all of the crime that happens and does NOTHING. By doing nothing, it emboldens more people to continue to target this location and especially that parking lot. Do something, I am confident that Milwaukee Police Department but more importantly your members would appreciate it if you helped to supply information to help LE track down and recover stolen property.

Love the place..east capitol is smaller gym but plenty of equipment.. And similar stuff that you dont have to wait for some one to finish.. Not so crowded. Mostly college kids. Midtown bigger area but sometimes you have to wait in line. Alot of people just there..not to work out.

Used to go here and enjoyed it. However, I just went to sign up again and the hours online said open, but it's completely under construction...so I'm a little confused. No sign, no info online. Wondering when it'll be back open.

The staff are really good here! The manager helped me out getting my membership set back up, and another staff member transferred me back to the Capitol dr. location while I was working out, so I didn't have to wait in line when I got there. Always a great experience at this location.

I appreciate having this gym so close to my home. It's never too crouded, it's clean and the staff are friendly. Eveyone keeps to themselves while working out. 💪And the price has always been right at PlanetFitness!

Don't really have a number to contact any higher authority staff member just manager on duty wasn't very helpful I just recently started at this location I had only been there for one month and have been billed to pay $70 when they clearly advertise $10 a month so it was concerning to me that I was asked to pay a $50 fee along with the $10 fee a month plus the $10 fee I paid to join this was all in a 30-day time span try to speak to someone about it there was no one who I can make contact to or who could contact me

Incredibly kind and friendly staff. One associate spent tome and effort trying to locate my lost item with patience and kindness.

This is a great place to work out. The facilities are newly remodeled and look great. There's a ton of different equipment to choose from and it's in great shape. Even during busy times you rarely have to wait for a machine.

It's clean, love the updated equipment and variety.

Overall great experience very clean and all but they have just hired new employees or got different people for the hours i normally go for. They are rude and seem to get annoyed when asked to do their jobs or are asked questions.

I have been working out at the capital location for the past three years now and it has held up to its pristine standards. The staff here is and has always been great, they’re always kinds and attentive. I have had an issue in the past with an aggressive patron and the staff handled it with grace and allowed me to feel safe again. Thanks so much everybody!

There is finally a good reason to leave your expensive "athletic club membership" behind. Planet Fitness provides a clean & well-staffed athletic environment. Open & staffed 24 hours on weekdays. Closes at 10 pm on Friday & Saturday. Personal trainers are available by appointment, for free when you join. After your initial training, this comes with a fee. Of course, there are free weights, and close to 100 various exercise machines! Plus, when you're in a hurry - you have to try their 30-minute workout room. Spend a few minutes on each of the workout stations, and after 30-MINUTES, you will have completed a whole-body workout! A plus is they also have tanning beds, massage chairs, aqua-massage beds, and stand-up whole-body vibration massage with red light skin therapy. Healthy bottled beverages are available for purchase. Clean showers, bathrooms, & changing areas are well-designed to provide a comfortable & private experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment and plenty of exercise equipment to choose from. I also like the affordability of Planet Fitness

I enjoy being there on east Capitol Drive my wife and I. The equipments helps us to stay positive and helping our body movement.

It's a great friendly place workers are great respectful helpful clean I make it my all to go twice a day it's doesn't just help build my muscles and health but it gives me a peace of mind

Best homeless shelter in town!! Stay as long as you want, you can when sleep in the locker rooms! No one will harass you! And it is only $10 / month! What a deal!

My stuff was recked and stolen They gave me only one thing back and they were all to gather and one time I had a entire conversation doing my hair with oil in the shower

Usually not packed and doesn’t smell like wet cheese. Honestly one of the better locations out there.

Love this Planet Fitness! New, clean machines! Staff is very helpful and easily approachable. Busy after 5pm!
