It seems like a very nice and professional place. I would maybe go back to try other services but will not be getting a pedicure from here again. The lady cut my cuticle back too far and cut my skin and caused it to bleed. She did it to both big toes. It hurt the rest of the pedicure because the polish was getting into the cut. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge she cut me! I've had many pedicures before and never have I been cut. Pedicure also have never hurt before. My friend went a few weeks prior and was also cut. I think the staff may need some additional training.

Booked in for waxing, manicure and pedicure. The waxing was good but the pedicure was bad. I had a month old gel pedicure that needed to be removed - during the removal, the skin around my nails was filed and very painful. I now have lots of cuts around my toes which are very painful over 24 hours later. My nails were cut with cuticle nippers rather than nail clippers. Another client asked for her nails to be cut and was told they could only be filed. I was surprised to see that the tools were not from sterilised packs or in barbicide. There were also no colour swatches to choose from. I wasn't going to leave a review but after speaking with friends they suggested I should. The salon isn't cheap so standards should definitely be higher.

I have gone to Boudoir every time I need to get some waxing done. Even got my first Brazilian with them as well and have been continuing to ever since. I love the fact they have monthly specials as well, so it helps when saving and waiting for a special for what I need done. I’ve gotten a Brazilian, eyebrows, lip, and underarm done and they were all great! Although one day I had to wait over an hour for my appointment since some previous customers came in late (to which I know they can’t control), but ended up waiting since I couldn’t really change the date.

The entire staff were truly AMAZING, personable, and had me cracking up the entire time. The salon was beautifully designed, neat, and clean! This was my first time getting a facial and it was amazing! 10/10 I even fell asleep during the facial 😂😩. I also got a mani and pedi which took a little longer than expected but I was satisfied. The nail tech was really nice!

Best salon in Tokyo by far. Staff are wonderful, was an incredibly relaxing experience. Staff speak English, French, and Spanish. My irritated and acne prone skin was completely cleared up by the facial, and the results lasted for a month. Been back constantly and am always extremely happy with the results! 10/10 would recommend!

My fave place for mani-pedi's in Tokyo. Friendly bilingual staff who always make me feel like a princess. The glamourous decor is like stepping into a palace and I leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

The ladies are super warm and welcoming. My technician did an amazing job with my pedicure making sure I was comfortable. She paid close attention to my feet and took great care in her work. My feet look and feel fantastic. I have recommended them to all my friends and will most certainly be going back. Wonderful experience.
