The kids genuinely loved this place. The lazy river was their favourite and would have happily gone round for hours! Queues for the rides were long, which is a drawback (with my children being a little young for this, it didn't impact us too much) and may put a negative spin on your experience of you aren't prepared for it. Changing facilities were good - all family spaces - and were kept clean while we were there. Life guards were on hand and alert! Be aware of the wave area and observe the signs - it was very easy for people to be drawn in whilst the waves were in action.

Our children absolutely love it here , after being twice we said we wouldn't go back and guess what, we just been for our third time, only one thing slightly disappointed me this time, they were cleaning the grout between the tiles while the place had quite a few people swimming about. Not exactly nice to see. Chlorine levels a little high too.

Booked Butlins because of the free flow swimming, now they do, only four 90 min swimming sessions, a day. Last 2 days, I've had to queue for 40 minutes for these sessions. Not bothering to go in the pool tomorrow. Will not be coming back to Butlins anymore, I'll take my grandchildren, away to somewhere they can swim freely

Great variety of water slides, including a family slide you can go on together in a boat, a fast slide that drops you into a plunge pool, a dark slide and another slide that's not dark but feels the same. The Lazy river is a great place to relax and float around, though it can get quite congested in certain parts when it's busy. The Wave machine is a lot of fun for all ages however, it can get quite deep in certain places. The wave machine seems to run every 20 minutes for about 5 minutes at the time. The Pool is clean and well-maintained, unlike the changing rooms, unfortunately most of them smell like urine. Lifeguards are attentive and friendly, they are very hands on and it is quite common to see them in action, jumping in and checking on children whose parents leave them unattended. Queues can be long to, especially on busy days. Time slots are limited, so you may not be able to stay as long as you want. Some of the water slides can be quite scary for younger children. Overall, Splash Waterworld is a great water park with something for everyone. However, if you are planning to visit during peak season, I would recommend arriving very, very VERY!!!! Early to avoid the queues.

It was ok water was a little cold also not quite deep enough I kept kicking the floor trying to swim. There should be an adult only pool in there in my opinion. The buggy storage is outside the building under cover but no cameras what so ever so anyone could walk away with your buggy. Over all it is ok nothing more nothing less 👍

Nice place, but it needs some renewal, the session was very short compared to the Butlen in Bognor, and the number of people waiting to get slides you spend the whole session wanting your turn also some slides were closed

We have had lots of fun at Splash Waterworld - the inside pool is lovely & warm, the lazy river is lots of fun and it's great when the rapids start. There's also water slides! The outside pool is freezing cold but so much fun. Great for all the family.

Kids loved it! It's restricted numbers and you have to queue early for the timed starts but once in queues for the slides as you'd expect but got to go on plenty of rides and swimming!
