I was excited to find a place that provided good facials and, above all, was black-owned. I was so excited by my first experience that I booked my second appointment before I left. However, on the day of my second appointment, I was tied up with some work-related meetings and could not, for the life of me, make it to my appointment on time when one of the employees reached out to me about seven minutes after the appointment was to start and asked if I was still coming. I told the employee that I apologized for the oversight but did not think I would make it on time and asked if I could reschedule. I was told that I could do that but that I would be charged half of the service fee per their policy. Confused by the message I asked employee to provide some more clarity. When I spoke to an employee, they mentioned that they had policies posted for late arrivals or same day rescheduling on their website and Instagram page. However, when you’re booking your appointment, they do not share this information with you at any point in time. I have NEVER been charged $102 for a service that I did not receive until now, and I am really sad and disappointed that I will not be returning for services in the future. Contrary to the response from the owner, their policy around late arrivals or same day rescheduling was never mentioned to me. I mean if you’re charging someone 50% of their total service cost, you lose nothing by asking the customer if they are aware of the policy. If you plan to use their services, DO YOUR HOMEWORK so that you’re not blindsided like I was.

I love it here. I haven’t had a bad service here yet! Destiny is the only person I’ve worked with so far and she’s great! For someone who have allergies and sensitive skin, I haven’t had any breakouts from services here. The staff is very friendly and the establishment is very clean! From The sanitized comfy shoes to the bathroom, all clean and neat!

I went in for a basic facial since it was my first time here. I just needed a simple facial as a treat for myself for my birthday! It was quick and WONDERFUL. Filly did such a great job & great tips and recommendations! The environment was such a vibe. They had great music playing (bias because they played pretty much everything I have on my current playlists) it was such a cute little spot I’ll definitely be returning!

I love getting pampered at Face! My favorite services are the monthly facials and the brow wax, lamination and tinting! I love the wide array of services, the microdermabrasion is fabulous and I can’t wait to try the DMK facials! The space is fabulous and clean. The blankets to get cozy during the facial are awesome!! The staff are professional warm and kind. Overall I highly recommend!

I had a delightful experience at Face! I had the 'I'm just here to relax' treatment. Angelica was amazing. She explained everything about the session before we started and offered to chat or have a silent session. I really appreciated the upfront offer. My skin felt amazing after. I'm only sad that I live waaay out of town! But I'll definitely be back next time I'm there. Thank you again for a much needed pampering.

Edit - changed from 4 to 5 stars for amazing customer service. They took the initiative to reach out regarding my review about the lash lift which is stellar, not a lot of companies these day would do this. Incredible. Delicious. Love! I’ve come to FACE a few times off referrals from friends and have had a few different services from facials, a body scrub (which was AMAZING!!) to lash lifts. I have to say very pleased with cleanliness of the space, very tidy which makes me comfortable. The team is always welcoming, the vibe is relaxed which is nice when pampering yourself. The only negative for me would be the last lift which is the reason why I gave 4/5. I don’t know why but it just did not work, my lashes did not take to the formula & they just didn’t lift evenly. The left side had a bit of curl but the right was unaffected. I felt embarrassed admitting to my friends that I paid good money for the service. The staff was very polite and I think did their best, I would simply go somewhere else in the future for that service.

I've been getting lashes here from Ivy for a bit and she is the best! She is thorough but timely and a super kind person. I always leave feeling so much better (and way cuter). Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the services at Face! The staff is friendly and professional, the services are amazing (especially the hydro facial) and the spa is clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s easy to book online, and there’s always plenty of street parking. Check them out!
