They’ve
lost
2
stars
by
adding
a
$20
“resort
fee”
for
their
amenities,
which
is
bogus.
This
is
not
a
resort.
There
is
no
free
parking,
no
pool,
no
spa,
no
rooftop
whatever,
and
no
groovy
lounge
areas
to
look
cool
in.
The
Wi-Fi
is
slow.
You
can’t
order
room
service.
Only
2
floors
have
ice
machines,
and
the
rooms
don’t
have
microwaves
(those
are
with
the
ice
machines).
Your
room
doesn’t
even
get
the
bed
made
on
a
daily
basis.
So
I
see
absolutely
no
reason
to
charge
any
sort
of
“resort
fee”.
I’ve
been
coming
here
since
before
the
pandemic
and
they
haven’t
even
updated
a
single
thing
to
make
it
seem
fancier.
Ugh!
The
staff,
who
deserve
to
be
well
compensated
with
benefits,
are
always
so
friendly
and
helpful.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
well
kept.
Aside
from
the
irritating
“resort
fee”,
this
is
a
great
value
for
a
hotel
that’s
in
walking
distance
of
all
sorts
of
downtown
Minneapolis
fun.
