Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. My friends and I checked into the Radisson RED hotel around 7pm and when we walked into our room, it was disgusting. There were toenails on the ground, the floor was sticky, puke all over the sink, and the toilet was disgusting. We went down to front desk and told them about it, she told us that they’ll have someone come clean the room right away because house keeping was behind. We waited for around 10-15minutes in the lobby, around that time my friends and i decided to ask if we could just get a new room since we had an event to go to and had to get ready. Front desk lady said no and that there were no other rooms with 2 queen beds available but we did say that 1 king size bed would be fine too but she still said no. When we went back up into our room, the puke was still there, sink was still clogged and the floor was still sticky. It seemed like they just quickly swept the floor and called it good. We went back down to front desk and showed her the pictures, again she just told us that they will come up and clean it for us. She never once tried to make it up to us or anything for how disgusting the room was. They sent a new maintenance guy up and he just quickly cleaned the sink, unclogged it and wiped the only very obvious sticky part of the floor. This is unacceptable as check out is at 11am and check in time was anytime after 3pm so i do not understand why the room was not cleaned by the time we got in. My friends and i were very uncomfortable and disappointed at how awful the customer service was and how disgusting the room was.

I went for a work conference at the hotel. The hotel provided food for the event which was fantastic. The conference room had a Nintendo, ping pong tables, air hockey and a shuffle board for in-between entertainment. It was a delightful surprise. Food and drink at the hotel was great. Outside of the work event food I enjoyed wonderful avacado toast for breakfast and the best Old Fashioned I have ever had. The neighborhood was busy but safe enough. We walked to various locations including Target Field. The room design was alright, except for a creep face lingering above my bed the entire time. That design choice is weird.

Stay here for proximity to the stadium. Beyond that, lower your expectations. They give up function for the trendy aesthetic. No valet. No bell service. No counter at check in so you can set your stuff down to check in. The rooms have no comfortable seating. There is no counter in the bathroom. Towels are scratchy. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. But, you really can't get closer to that stadium, which makes it possible to walk over without a coat in winter.

Pros: Comfy beds and pillows, fun game area in lobby, lots of outlets in the room, responsive and friendly security. Cons: Bed covering had a massive stain, sensory bathroom light would not turn off for hours, square toilet, no vending (or pool, hot tub, or bath tub), bathroom door was translucent (huge lack of privacy), responsive but stiff desk help, small rooms, chincy/cheap light fixtures/furniture. This place is meant for a specific type of people; it's not for me, which is okay. It's so very modern that it's uncomfortable and wierd to me (I'm 32). I could see it going over well with some.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I had to cancel a reservation due to being covid positive and they still won't refund me my first night because of the "cancellation policy." I did the right thing about not traveling due to being covid positive and the hotel can't do "the right thing" in return. Such unprofessional management at this hotel and I certainly won't be staying there. Good to know this organization cares more about revenue then the health and safety of others. It also has been 10 business and I still have not heard back from anyone on my refund case.

Rooms are nice, staff are cool but the issue is the parking lot. You have to pay 32$ per day, There are not much space and many trucks, so my car got hit by the car parked next to it. There are no cameras and the hotel said they are not liable. Now I have to pay the cost damage while i parked correctly in a private parking.

Terrible check-in experience. Not sure why one check in takes 15 minutes per person. There weren’t many people and it took over an hour. Both clerks were clearly very new and not receiving support. Attire for one clerk surprisingly casual. Also, gouging on early check-in (tried a couple hours before check-in time and they wanted to charge $75 - never EVER had a hotel do this.) Room is weird. Bathroom door doesn’t latch or lock. It’s just a swinging door, so if you want privacy, good luck. Also, our door just slowly opened after putting it the closed position. Beds were fine - pretty soft. Breakfast buffet was an embarrassment. Recommend against it. Honestly a surprise to me that Radisson has their name on this property. My Radisson expectations have been severely lowered.

Room decor and functions were a very different experience that what I've had at other hotels. Lots of electrical outlets but no drawers for clothes. No closet either but large functional art piece on the wall to hang items. Everything was comfortable. Told the front desk person about something we saw and were surprised by getting offered a drink ticket instead of an offer to move us. Bartender was really good. Impressed with his infused liquors.

Worst stay ever. 1,000 dollars worth of personal items lost or stolen by the employees. Inattentive staff. Manager is condescending. Doesn't listen to the concerns. Just talks past you. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Certainly will avoid staying here when I can.

The location of the radisson red is great for anybody doing activities downtown or nearby. Minneapolis is a close knit city so getting other places in the city isn’t hard. The overall feel of the hotel was clean, but my issue was with the beds in our room. My friend and I shared a two queen bed suite and both of us woke up with back and neck problems by the second night there. I don’t know if the mattresses were just old, but they felt lumpy and impossible to get a good angle to sleep at. I have friends in Minneapolis I could have stayed with but chose to stay at a hotel for the convenience and for comfort. Gotta say I regret that choice now with how little sleep I got and my beck is still stiff a couple days later.

This hotel is in a great location. We attended a Vikings game, and you can walk the skyway and not have to go outside. We enjoyed time at the bar with new friends. They have a good selection of meals and was very good. They don't have a huge menu, but just the right things. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is parking insight, but limited. You are assigned a spot for your stay. There is additional parking options across the street. Parking is an additional cost onsight. When you arrive, there is a loading and unloading spot in front of the hotel. Check in, grab a cart, and load it up. It's easy to get to parking. You could also unload from the parking lot onsight. There is a fridge and safe in the room. Security there is a big plus. You basically have to have your key card to get in anywhere in the building, even the elevators. If you don't belong there, you won't get anywhere. We used uber to get around as to leave our vehicle on sight. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!

Have you ever wondered, what would happen if toilets were square, showers only had half of a door, shelves had a gap in the back where it meets the wall and were too small to put things on? They would all be designed terribly and the Radisson Red is perfect for you! Where kooky design makes things novel for 3 minutes and then becomes a complete pain for the rest of your stay. Tiny rooms with blinds that are terrible to use, hard beds, doors that you need to pull closed to make sure they are shut. No vending on the floors, but there is a grab and go! Where if you get two bottles of pop and two beers it comes to $30. Where there is no breakfast provided, parking costs $32 and the exercise center is a small room facing right at the elevators with no privacy. How is this a 4 start hotel? Red windows and a Twitter wall?

Very collage dorm like. Rooms are Pretty small, but it's clean. Can't say I'd go back. Also, parking is crazy. It's cheaper if you just park on the meters and renew every 4 hours

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the bar was friendly and pleasant to talk too. Room was very nice , only thing I did not like was service to room no one answered when I needed service (towels) so we ended having to buy our own and trash overflow. Suggestion would be to at least have housekeeping on floor more often to take out trash and towels.

We were in town for the NFL game and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Checked in online the day before and just grabbed the key when we arrived. Only a block from the stadium and they're on the Skywalk route if you want to escape the weather. Room and staff were great. Parking onsite at $32 a day but that's typical for a downtown hotel. The only complaint is that there aren't many restaurants nearby but that's not the hotel's fault. Great experience!!

Very helpful staff. Pull right up to the front door loading area (fits 3-4 cars) to offload luggage. Many parking ramps within a few blocks. You have a clear shot of the TV from the rectangular Toilet (single king) Shower above your head. Comfortable Bed. Love the coat rack!

I reserved this hotel in place of a reservation I had made months ago elsewhere. This was for my 4th wedding anniversary and the previous place we had booked was bad ... really bad. Blood on the sheets and smelled like a shoe. HOWEVER... the Radisson RED downtown saved our trip. Not only did we get a room and checked in right away but the staff gifted us two free breakfast meals due to the trouble we had at the previous lodge as a gesture to make our anniversary better. Well it sure did.. food was fantastic and we were able to walk less than 5 minutes to US bank stadium to go see the chili peppers which was why we flew in .. Thanks guys you have a great staff with awesome hearts we appreciate the hospitality. Rooms, staff and service was top notch! We will be back for other shows at that venue and this hotel!

One of the most unique hotels that I have every stayed in. No honest complaints except for the part when I was showering and the lights in the bathroom went off on me. I got out, turned them back on, got back into the shower only for them to go off again a moment later. So I got back out again and switched the lights back on and they went off immediately, on, off, on, off. Needless to say I was a bit shooketh. Either was a wiring issue or...are you superstitious? 🤔

Modern hotel near train stop, handy. Rooms were very nice with no ambient light leaking and glowing everywhere. Big window and super comfortable beds with a good A/C unit as well. Rooms very quiet too. Only downside no drawers for clothes, just closet and two shelves. Bathroom small and efficient and not sure if all are the same but in mine, if you were someone who brings a lot of stuff to put in the bathroom, you'll have trouble. Restaurant had a very nice breakfast, cooked to order, reasonably priced for a hotel. The game room was fantastic! Ping Pong and other things to do - and we used it too! Gym looked nice (great owl murals on wall) but we didn't get to use it. Staff very pleasant all around, and good security. Can't get past main entry door without key so not anyone can hang around lobby.

Fantastic stay. Very friendly staff. Loved my room. Checking in and out were simple. The text message for checking out was pretty cool. Even hotel parking was great. The garage made me feel safe leaving items I didn't need in my car. I highly recommend a stay at Radisson Red Minneapolis Downtown.

Staff was warm and welcoming. Facility was clean, room was comfortable and well organized. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect for a short walk to the stadium. On site parking is limited.

The rooms were very clean and nice, but a bit small. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The parking is a little tight almost couldn't get my F150 in there. Overall would recommend it.

I rate this only three stars because it is so contemporary it is weird, to anyone expecting a standard hotel experience. On the plus side...the bed is comfortable...probably the most important thing. There was no noise between rooms, but I don't know if they were occupied. There were actual wooden hangars, not those God-awful steel things permanently attached to a rod. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK and priced within reason, considering it's in a downtown hotel. Now...the negatives...all relating to the strange, highly contemporary design. There was NO CLOCK in the room! Telephone did not have a wake up call option. There was nothing resembling an easy chair. There were two unmatched chairs, neither with armrests, one lightly upholstered and the other hard plastic. There is no closet, but an armoire with just a couple of shelves for storage. Storage space in the bathroom is minimal. The toilet is rectangular. Good grief. The shower controls are highly unconventional. There is a large flat-screen TV but very few cable channels. Every three or four options on the "channel guide" is an invitation to stream stuff from your own phone via Chromecast. The hotel is shifting the cost of TV content onto the customer. There are no drawers in the writing table. The wash gel in the shower ran out but I wasn't going to fuss about that. So...bottom line...a nice enough place but not something I'd recommend for those looking for a traditional type of hotel.

The room was clean and quiet, which is exactly what I like from a hotel room. The TV also has cast built-in, so you can cast your own streaming services from your device. Pretty slick!

Let me say my stay here was awesome. The electrician brought me blanket because I am always super cold. He check the system it was working so chill it is Me. The rooms were clean with rain head showers and the bar, and a square toilet if you are into that. My bed was so comfortable and trust I know I have stayed in hotels from Miami to Seattle. Enjoyed my stay will be back and I have found my hotel. Thanks a zillion.

We ran into the restaurant when wandering around looking for a place to eat, and I've never been so happy to randomly find a place. David was amazing! He made the evening delightful and one to remember- incredible service, friendly, lots of great suggestions. Food was great, and David's drinks were even better. Thanks for an amazing evening!

I loved the design of the hotel. Hotel parking was limited. The parking fee was 32 per night. I think the only issue I really had with this hotel is the cleaning. I did a walk through and noticed stains on the bench, marking on the walls, dusty vents and hair in the shower. Also I almost slipped and fell in the shower. It felt like someone didn't rinse the shower very well. So I had to put a towel down to prevent slipping. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice and clean hotel. The red theme is cool. My absolute favorite thing was the blackout shade, second to no other hotel where I've stayed in the past. We'd definitely stay here again. Parking was close and convenient as well.

The hotel is over all nice. The service is good. The room is loud and wall paper is peeling. There were some interesting people outside. But, I would stay again. Modern, fun, upbeat and clean. I like the bar and small eats in the lobby.

Very friendly helpful staff in a clean modern establishment. Room is spacious and comfortable. There are no vending machines and if you would like bottled water or snacks your only option is a limited restaurant on premises, or going out of the hotel. Also square modern toilet sits are simply uncomfortable. The location in downtown is great with many food and entertainment options as well as the light rail within a short walking distance.

Nice Hotel, clean areas, the room have a nice size, the bed is comfy, bathroom was clean and with enough space, big LG TV, Fridge, Safe box, big window, and the front desk lady was very kind. The only thing they need to do better is for the parking spaces, when I get there, they already doesn't had parking space, all of them was busy. I needed to park in a private parking in the next street, not so bad.
