I love the service at this restaurant from the door to the table, the staff really take care of their customers. Quick orders, quick services, and professional at all times. The vibe here is very good and chill, people are everywhere in here. The food was amazing and fulfilling, we had a good time here and it was fun. We also vibe with some other people there just talking about the place and food, some nice people. The dress code is business casual however, they don’t force you to wear it. This can be a family place or business meeting, either way is good. I will come back for sure and enjoy the service and the food. Everyone should enjoy this place and the quality of everything.

Hands down this is the best meal I've ever had in my life. All of the wait staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Your dinner experience begins with your waiter bringing around a cart with the different cuts of meat and providing education on them with their taste, marveling, etc. They show you everything on the menu so you know exactly what you would be ordering. We started off our night with the lobster cakes which were amazing. This was followed by the porterhouse, Ribeye, and a side of asparagus spears with Hollandaise sauce. Everything was absolutely cooked to perfection. For dessert we got the cheese cake which was served with strawberries, real chocolate sauce and Caramel sauce. This is definitely a restaurant for special occasions, as the price indicates. But you will not leave disappointed, this place is to die for. We will be back for other special occasions

Looks better then it tastes especially for the price…I was not impressed at all. Still had a nice time, the servers were very nice and attentive…and the vibes were good. Just not impressed by the lack luster taste of the food, and I also think the food waiters should have better knowledge of the menu and serving sizes in order to help people not order so much food that they have an excess of bags to take home. No body needs that many left overs. *almost all the sides can be shared with at least 4 to 6 people especially if it’s a side like the mash potatoes, so be mindful when ordering **steaks can also be shared depending on your appetite and if you ordered appetizers ***the crab cakes had shells in them which was disappointing because they cost a lot so shells should have been picked out! ****I really appreciate how they separated the bacon from the loaded mash because we had people in our party who don’t eat swine!

I have been here a total of 3 times in a span of 6 years, two of which are for business purposes and one of which for personal leisure, and each time Manny's managed to deliver with high quality food, presentation, and service. I will talk about the personal leisure time, which was just earlier today, when my friend and I went to Manny's for dinner. The ambient atmosphere was perfect because I felt like I was able to have a good conversation with my friend without worrying about noise level making me have to raise my volume. I was also impressed with the waitress' ability to introduce different parts of beef they serve, as she presented each piece of meat wrapped in plastic wrap, including the non-steak options. We went with their seasonal menu Brussels sprouts and the popular asparagus as side dishes. The Brussels sprouts were very sweet, which I could see as a turn off for some people. For me, it was good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor profile because it was very different from how I would usually just roast those vegetables. The asparagus were well-seasoned to the point that I really did not need the Hollandaise sauce at all, so I just ate the asparagus plain. They were huge, and there was a lot of it. Then I had the thick cut salmon and asked for medium well, and it was spot on. Adding some lemon on the top just made it perfect. They used a piece of Atlantic salmon, so it was bound to be tasty already. The crust was seasoned and crispy, while the inside was soft and showing signs of gradually changing colors. Perfection! My friend had the bone in tenderloin, medium rare of course, and I had a few pieces as well. It was slightly dry on the outside so maybe either there wasn't enough butter or it may have dried up when brought out to her, but the inside was tender and juicy. I have had the double porterhouse and the porterhouse before in my first two occasions, and the chefs cooked my steak pieces perfectly. For dessert, we went with the key lime pie. One thing to know about Manny's sides and dessert portions is that they are huge. With that said, we got one key lime pie, and the size looked like it was good for 6-8 people. The key lime pie was very sour, which resulted in my friend taking very few bites, but I definitely enjoyed every bite of it. Some say this is the best steakhouse in the Twin Cities. Even if I have not been to a lot of steakhouses, I can say this is the best one I have been to in the area, and there is a reason my company chooses this for top performers' business occasions. If you decide to come here, make sure you budget, and enjoy yourself!

Beautiful cuts of meat presented table side, then cooked to perfection. The family style sides easily fed our group of 4. If you are looking for an authentic, laidback steakhouse, definitely add Manny’s to your list.

Manny’s is a solid choice for a dry-aged or Prime steak in downtown Minneapolis. Been around forever and has a boys club vibe. It’s a special occasion steakhouse or for those who cost isn’t a concern. Total tab was $400 for 2 people, we ordered 2 cocktails, a $100 bottle of wine, salad, dry-aged steak and one side. Went for the 85 dry-aged bone-in ribeye. Can’t say it was the best ribeye I’ve had, but was interesting with a more nutty taste. Crust was perfect and was cooked the right way medium to medium rare. The loaded smash potatoes, topped with smoked bacon was comfort food on crack. It was so big my wife & I shared the leftovers for lunch. Their special salad was very flavorful and interesting. Heirloom tomorrows, rocket, peaches and gorgonzola cheese. Finished in a pesto vinaigrette. If you like Red Blends try the Napa Lion Tamer from Hess. $95, regular store price is $40-$50. Service was what you’d expect from a high end steakhouse.

Martini, Bobby, and Mike have been great bartenders every single time I come in and I can’t forget Tony too! I have been going here for 7 years plus and they run one of the BEST bars in the city. Big pours, nice ambiance, I will always love this place. I feel like their prime rib is one of the cities best kept secrets. I shouldn’t even post it but…and that is split in half.

Manny's is more than just food, it's an entire experience. We have been going to Manny's as a family for years and have never had a bad experience. The service is the best in the cities and the steak is worth the price tag.

There was a steak, there was a 2lb lobster and then there was none…. The entrees were absolutely amazing, but the star was the little neck clam appetizer. My wife enjoyed the meal with a pair of Exotic Dancers (their featured drink) Then there was dessert…. I honestly have no words just look at the picture… Service was as great as the food.

Went here to celebrate a recent promotion at work and let's just say this place did not disappoint. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating from recommendations to what to eat to drinks to just general service. They were spectacular. The whole rolling cart of meat and the explanation of what we were eating was certainly a unexpected treat that I didn't realize that they do. The food itself was amazing. I have yet to this day to have a steak as tasty as what they gave me. Good to note here that the sides are meant to be split with four people. So me and my wife were able to order two sides and take a bunch of it home. To cap off or already wonderful experience. They actually gave us a free slice of cake due to the thing that we were celebrating and that to me was just the icing on the cake. This is an expensive place but there's a reason behind that and it is worth every penny, will be coming back.

The MEAT..oooh the meat. My husband got a 85-day aged porterhouse. That literally just melted and the outside char was crispy and seasoned perfect. I don't know why they put salt pepper on the table you don't need it. I got a bone-in filet that was also dry aged, it was unlike any flilet you could ever get. And the sides oh my god, we got the crispy hash browns with onions it was a lot, but so was delicious. And for dessert we had to top it off with an Irish cream chocolate cake with chocolate fudge and Irish whipped cream, all covered with hot chocolate sauce. I'm already thinking about the next trip we can take to go there. And the atmosphere was beyond cool! The photos of celebrities all over the wall and the bumping night club that's attached. The servers were perfection. I've been to Michelin star restaurants that didn't do as good in the service department as Manny's did. Bravo Joel you were awesome, I appreciate the humor you brought to our evening.

We went to Manny’s on a Sunday night after watching the Vikings win. Our server was John M. He was nothing short of amazing! He told us the rich history of the restaurant and he offered up some great recommendations. Our meal was delicious and served in a timely manner, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. You have to try the lobster mac and cheese! We will be back next time we are in MN.

Simply amazing steak house and fine dining. Service was exceptional on every level. Food was heavenly. I had the elote, chips, and french fried onions as a side. We also had the mashed potato, but it came out luke warm and nobody was really into not hot potatoes. I also enjoyed the dry aged new york strip steak. Although very rare (ordered medium), the flavor and texture was still phenomenal. It is super pricey, however, so expect to spend $$$$. 1000% recommend if you enjoy steak.

This is a steakhouse at it's finest! This is one of the best in the world. The service, the food, and the atmosphere is the best! After dinner we went to the bar and met the most amazing bartenders ever. This is how it should be done. The food, the service, the management and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing!!! Wow! Do not pass up an opportunity to dine here!

Classic upscale steakhouse. Our server was incredible. Don't overlook the homemade chips! The baileys chocolate cake was amazing! This is a place to splurge and be decadent. Don't even think about trying to eat healthy here.

Ordered the porterhouse and it was fantastic! The waiter was very helpful and explained all of the cuts of meat and how to have them prepared for certain temperatures! He even offered drink suggestions to pair with the meal! Had sides of macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach, both were fantastic! Not pictured is the dessert which was an amazing banana cream pie! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone! Worth the stop for sure!

Steak was the best steak my husband and I ever tasted! And we lived in Texas for a long time. So that says a lot. Juicy savory, and flavorful! The waiter (wish I could remember his name) was extremely friendly, inviting, considerate, and thoughtful. It made for a very delightful Anniversary for us and dining experience.

I work professionally in a steakhouse which creates a certain expectation, this steakhouse was absolutely incredible and blew every expectation of mine ten fold. Steve was an absolutely amazing server he had awesome stories and catered to our every need perfectly. Cocktails were delicious, the food was perfect and the desert… oh my goodness words don’t even describe. The next time I come to Minneapolis this will be the top place on my list to visit and I am already looking forward to it. Steve thank you so much!

Manny's has been a bucket list destination for a long time, but the price kept us away. We finally pulled the trigger to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was delicious! Between four of us, we shared two steaks (one was the bludgeon of beef and the other was a special dry-aged steak) and two sides (loaded mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts) and left with some to take home. Everything was really good, including the house wine and espresso martinis! Service was good, too! Our only note is that the waiter asked about my husband's birthday, making it seem like they would do something to recognize it, but didn't do anything. Not a big deal, but it would have been a nice gesture to get something small.

The food was great! What truly made the experience 5 star worthy was our server Charles I believe his name was. It was in the small details that made the night so great him and others always ensured our drinks were filled. He answered all our questions about our food so smoothly, I had said that I had never had hollandaise sauce and without skipping a beat he said I will just put it on the side. He asked if we were celebrating anything, we explained we were celebrating a birthday early and he brought us an amazing dessert. Truly made a great night even better!

I was solo and sat at the bar on Aug 5. Awesome service from the three bartenders. Had the 20 dollar old Fashioned to start. It was serviceable but not spectacular. Had the Caesar and the bone in filet. It was a very good Caesar with anchovies. I cried at the the first bite of the 70 dollar filet because it was very dry. As I ate more it got a little better but I wouldn’t call any bite equals to other fine steaks I’ve had. Char on steak wasn’t great but it was cooked a nice med rare.

To be brutally honest as usual. The food was fabulous (except for one dish). The asparagus was a little stringy, it should have been peeled first then cooked. The service is the best I have had in the metro.

I've been here twice before... the service was great, the food was great, the atmosphere was pretty good, although seating seemed cramped and we were kind of in a high-traffic area. Overall, it was a great experience.

I couldn’t have had a more memorable steakhouse experience. First off i would thank our amazing waiter Charles for his incredible service throughout dinner. So he brings out a cart with THE best cuts of black angus you will ever see. I ordered a NY strip and honestly i think it was one of if not the best steak I’ve ever had! Even though it may be pricey it is 100% worth the try

My family and I celebrated for dinner recently. WOW, food is amazing. Helpful tips, outdoor open $5.00 parking lot kiddy corner from Manny's. Arrive close to reservation time not much seating for long wait times. I would purchase a bottle verses per glass of wine or champagne. Pay close attention to size of options on rolling menu. They will give you a visual representation of size of steaks. One side is huge & feeds 1-4 pp. Restaurant is very cramped, dining room is loud and not alot of privacy.
