We went on New Year's Day, and boy was it busy. This was made worse by a staff shortage. Despite this, the crew did a great job keeping up, and once our order was in it was prepared relatively quickly. Probably 45 minutes total? Bagels were solid, with many different types to choose from. I had an everything bagel sandwich, and tried the rosemary-something bagel. Both good. Prices were decent as well. Small seating area, but we were able to cram in and enjoy our breakfast.

Came here in the morning for a bagel for the first time, waited in front of 4 busy employees putting together massive amounts of orders (understand they were busy but) and wasn't acknowledged after 10 minutes staring and quietly smiling at them so I left. I think you can at least acknowledge a customer and tell them it will be a minute. But realistically, there were 2 people in the place and maybe you can treat walk-ins better and one person can pause to take an order. Or, just shut the door and force app/phone orders and save yourself overhead and poor customer service.

Busy day and short staffed, but the three people who were there were grinding. The lead was talking up her people and everyone did a great job. 10/10

The overall customer service here is great. I only had an issue once and management went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. The employees here have been great. Our family will definitely keep coming back here and I recommend this location in particular to everyone!

Love this place. Had a small issue with my last order and the manager was extremely friendly and made the situation right. The bagels here are great and I’ll continue to be a routine customer 🙂 Edit: Melissa is the manager and she is absolutely the best!

Bruegger’s has the best bagels. + Manager is amazing! She is always doing her best even when they are crazy busy! Appreciate all the employees here!!

Just moved here from a state where Bruegger's Bagels aren't really a thing. I needed a quick lunch and decided to stop by. Having never been to one, I was a little confused about how to order and the staff very kindly directed me to the counter. I was not disappointed and have been back a couple of times since! Delicious food that accommodates my vegetarian diet. Leonardo da veggie is my go-to. I've worked in food service for a really long time and EVERYONE here is friendlier than they really have to be, which I appreciate.

Good bagels, but the employees are kind of lacking communication skills and efficiency. Also we came on a Sunday morning and the manager was not very friendly to another customer for no particular reason. Yikes.
