The MYO team is outstanding. I started working out with them 13 months ago when I turned 70 after hearing about them from a friend who has trained there for several years. While I have consistently done cardio workouts over the years I never felt competent lifting weights despite having a health club membership and nice weight machine at home. MYO workouts are intense but only last 20 minutes. The trainers are encouraging, respectful and laser-focused on making every minute count. I have more energy and stamina than I had in my 50’s, an easier time controlling my weight, and the strength to be a fun grandma to our three little toddlers. Highly recommend them!

An incredible team of highly knowledgeable trainers who build their clients up. They are sticklers for technique and safety. A solid workout in just 20 minutes with no sweat.

This training will result to a much healthier, stronger you! Definitely a life changer. It's worth every penny. As for the facility, the trainers are great, the place is clean and well managed, the atmosphere is professional and friendly.

I began training at MYO a few months ago after seeing the results my wife was experiencing from her MYO training. My workout history has been a series of dismal failures: not knowing how to train followed by injury followed by quitting. The trainers are such great coaches on form and technique. I am pushing by body further and seeing results without injury. I am over 50, so body building is not my goal. This is strength training for real life, and I am noticing an improvement in all kinds of daily activities. I also like that I can train in my work clothes and head straight into the office, which makes it easy to keep MYO as a priority in my schedule.

I never dread my weekly workouts, I actually look forward to them. They are short, intense and I don’t sweat! The trainers are professional, helpful and genuinely care that my workout is done properly and to the best of my ability ensuring maximum benefit. I turned 60 this year and have been training at MYO since January of 2011, then Strength Studio. When MYO was forced to close during the onset of Covid-19, it was noticeably apparent that my body and whole being felt the repercussions of not being able to workout in the studio. I am most grateful and feel blessed for the opportunity that MYO offers and highly recommend it!

MYO was recommended to me, to help me recover after a fully ruptured Achilles. I have been strength training at MYO for the last year and have had a terrific experience. Through MYO and an active lifestyle, I feel and look stronger, and have been able to reengage with the activities that matter most to me, including being active with my children, and building up the strength and endurance to complete a 50-mile bike ride this fall. The MYO trainers are incredibly motivating--I do more in my workouts with them than I could ever do on my own. I greatly appreciate the highly customized training program and approach, which is helping me get stronger and fitter. The small-gym atmosphere and 1:1 training is excellent in its own right and particularly suitable in the current times in which we need to be careful about Covid. I highly recommend MYO!

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at MYO, the highly personalized one-on-one coaching, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the workouts. Who would ever imagine that 20 minutes, two times per week could make such a difference in one's strength and endurance? I have worked with a number of personal trainers over the past 30 years and can say without hesitation that Dan, my primary trainer at MYO, is simply the best. His attention to detail -- making sure I'm getting the maximum benefit from each exercise with proper technique and timing -- is superb. And he cares as much about one's inner life as he does about their strength training progress. What a blessing to be working with the team at MYO!

MYO has been such an extraordinary experience from the first consultation to my most current workout. What I love most about it is that it is high-level customization. My trainer knows my limits and what my goals are, they have extensive knowledge of physiology that I trust and every single workout has pushed me past my expectations and limitations. Recently due to a schedule change, I started to use their online platform. Having done many online workouts in the past, I was incredibly reluctant and skeptical (as I have come to LOVE my workouts on the MedEx machines). To my surprise, those workouts pushed me just as hard if not harder! Working directly with Kevin and Dan, I have grown tremendously in my understanding is strength training and am reaping the benefits each day. Thank you MYO!!

The experience with My Strength Studio over the past 5 years and the opportunity to meet several of the trainers and work with them has been an amazing period of growth. The workouts are intense and require focus and drive. The two days a week make it much easier for accountability which in turn makes it a success for me. I have recently introduced this workout to my son that has Down Syndrome and it has been a challenge for my son, myself and our trainer Becky but also one of lessons and commitment on many levels. He looks forward to theses workouts and I do also. I can’t say enough great things about this crew and this system of training. Love it and the people!!
