Heidi is seriously the best around – don’t waste your time going to any other place in the Twin Cities area because she is the IT Lash Girl. I have had my lashes done numerous times by Heidi, and every single time I am always so impressed and feel like a doey-eyed princess! The minute you enter her place, you will feel comfortable and welcome – she puts you at ease and the process is painless! All I will say is that you better be ready for the compliments to start rolling in! In addition, I have had multiple skin services done at Sapphire Spa Services. They educate you on what products will work best with your skin type, how to properly care for your skin, etc. They LISTEN to your needs, which is so nice! Sapphire Spa has a great atmosphere, it is so cute and welcoming inside and you can tell a great amount of thought and care has been put into making it a clean and comfortable environment! And Samantha is amazing! She has done both my eyebrows and lash filler for permanent make up services. She was incredibly attentive to the perfection of the service AND my personal comfort throughout all of my appointments. She also gives detailed aftercare to set you up for flawless healing to ensure long term results. Just an overall 20/10 and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I have known Heidi since 2016 and every experience I have had with her and her spa has been nothing short of fantastic. She truly puts the health and wellness of her clients first. I have been going to Heather for laser hair removal for my legs, armpits and bikini line and it has been the best experience!! She’s great at figuring out how often I should come and overall makes it a super comfortable experience! I highly recommend coming here and the results are great! I have also gotten lash lifts here and my lashes look amazing every time, I always get compliments!

Had an amazing experience at Sapphire Salon getting my eyebrows micro bladed with Samatha. I highly recommend Samatha for any permanent makeup and facials. I can’t thank her enough for making my eyebrows look so natural and full!!! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have been coming to this spa regularly to see Bao for jelly mask, brow tint, lash lift and tint services. Her service and attention to detail is impeccable. She personalizes everything to the client. My favorites about Sapphire has to be the big comfy recliner that you get to sit in to relax and the fuzzy blanket and even shutting of the shades to be more relaxing. I recently moved to South Minneapolis and now make the 25 min trek out to Minnetonka due to the quality of the services I receive. I live across from a med spa and it does not even come close to what Sapphire offers. I also like the ability to book on the app! Heidi has done an exceptional job training her team to be consistent in what Sapphire delivers. Thanks for providing me a quality skin care experience!

I have had all of my services with Samantha! I have done permanent makeup-micro blading (which she will be offering soon) dermaplaning (LOVED and she didn’t cut me like I’ve heard happen to others!) microdermabrasion with jelly facial, and microneedling! Microblading you’d think she’s been doing it for 5+ years, The dermbrasion was amazing, and Waking up today from my microneedling yesterday morning I have INSTANT results! Skin is smoother, no new breakouts, acne scars slightly smaller! So I can’t wait for my next session. She is gentle, always checking in on my comfort level, thorough yet swift, as well as great conversationalist! Spa itself is beautiful, and clean! I am always so relaxed through my entire appointment. She also makes sure to go through aftercare everytime, so you never have to worry about messing her work up! I also have never had somebody waiting on ME for my appointment, not the other way around! I love that as soon as I walk in Sam is waiting and ready, as I have a super tight schedule most days and that’s just the cherry on top! Can’t wait to keep coming back!

First time going here for a lash lift and tint and loved it! Super cute set up. Heidi makes you so comfortable and I loved the results! Hoping to try some of the skin treatments next. Will definitely be going back!
