Wedding Day was our last stop, and Chelsea just made the experience personal and showed that she truly cared.

We got 2 engagement rings working with Chelsea, one that my fiancé used a diamond from his grandmothers ring and one we created together. Both are amazing. Chelsea is so good at her job, friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. She has a ton of knowledge you can tell she cares about her customers and their happiness. Had an incredible experience with Jessica at the Ridgedale location! I came in completely unfamiliar with the process and the product with an extremely tight timeline. Jessica was able to expertly walk me through the details of an engagement ring in a way that made me comfortable and confident in my selection. She then was able to expedite the timeline of the delivery of ring to accommodate an almost unreasonable ask from her and the team. All of this was instrumental in making Maggie and my proposal something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives! I would highly recommend Jessica and the team at Wedding Day specifically if they’re starting from scratch and need a helping hand throughout the entire purchasing process!

Chelsea is the best! She is so kind and patient. I am very indecisive and she helped me through making a tough decision. She takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel as if you have been close friends for a while. When I changed my mind the following day, she didn’t get upset and only encouraged me to make the best decision for myself.
