Phone service was top notch! Pizzas hasn’t even arrived yet but the conversation with Corbin was incredible. She answers the phone. She makes the pizza. And she makes people laugh. She better get some of that tip we gave to your driver! Edit: Charlie just arrived to drop off the pizza and I don’t think he knew what was going on. Probably because we got real high between ordering the pizza and when it arrived. Now that I think about it, I’m only about 50/50 sure his name was Charlie. If it’s not, sorry Charlie.

Newly opened and driven workers aiming to serve their best. Never had had Detroit style pizza and it was good! Distinct from other pizza and very happy to have Jets in our areas. Give it a try and mix it into your pizza rotation.

Jet’s pizza is probably the best pizza place I have visited in the local area. The pizza is not cheap, but the taste makes up for it 1000 times over. The delivery drivers are also very reliable. They arrive on time or early to my door, and are always friendly. Last winter my family and I ordered pizza from Jet’s during a snowy evening. Our delivery driver not only arrived early, but trudged through a quarter of a mile of snow to get to my door on time when he couldn’t make it up my hill. Very admirable service!

Worst service ever! The delivery driver for this location calls people crazy and had issues. He told me to never order from there again. I order there once a week. He use to be nice then he went to being rude really fast. Don’t order there you don’t know what could happen next. Or what could be done with your food. He called me mentally unstable for being nice.

The salad was great and really fresh. I ordered delivery for 7pm. It arrived early (6:48)but the pizza was NOT fresh nor was it very hot. My jet 10, I ordered green olives and NO black olive and I got just the opposite. Just super disappointing.

Surprisingly average. Was hoping for something special but got basic average rating pizza and below average sides. Overall disappointing experience.

This review is for the minnetonka location only. Best Jets pizza ever. The boats are freaking delicious and well made! After eating here I see how they sticking it to you at other locations.

Great pizza, nice store, friendly employees. Have been getting carryout here for a while now. Promised time is 20 min after ordering. Pizza has only been late on a couple of occasions. Great job JP!
