Great clips has always been the go to for me, for getting a hair cut. More frequently lately I’ve been going to the Westwind plaza great clips and I’ve been very happy with my hair cuts every time.

I’ve gone to this great clips and other great clips a multitude of times and every time I cross my fingers hoping I will have at least a fraction of what I asked for. But they manage to not even get that. I am dumbfounded by some of these stylists. I swear they stole their hair license from the beauty school that certified them. And you know dang well they get their hair done by a professional. The amount of times I walk out with a bowl cut and it botched layers is insane. I promise u it’s worth the more expensive haircut then going to this place.

Had a great wash and cut! Stylist knew exactly what my hair needed to look full and healthy. Also the sale on the products could not be beat!

I am delighted with my Great Clips haircuts, the skill and customer care of the stylists and the ease of scheduling. Also, surprised and appreciative of the reminders and documentation the stylist does to make my next haircut consistent.

The price keeps going up and the quality keeps going down. I don't know why I have kept coming back to this place for so long. It seems like every time I walk out of here I feel like I need to shave my head and start over because if the cut isn't crooked, then there's a big tuft of hair behind my ear that didn't get cut.

I like the online check in, they were only about 5mins behind schedule. The stylists were very friendly and did a great job, I will definitely be going back.

Terrible customer service. I checked in online. Called them to let them know I was on my way. Person who answered said I would be fine. Got there and they said it would be 45 min wait ??

Good quality hair cut at reasonable price.
