The staff here is incredible, they're all great. The food is also really good for a hotel and the rooms and lobby area look awesome and are super cozy. Definitely would recommend

Old and outdated This hotel definitely caters to conferences and their attendees. The rooms are outdated, while they are clean, the rooms are dark (even when all the lights are turned on). The only place that is bright is in the bathroom in front of the mirror. It's even dark under the showerhead. The pool is awkwardly in the middle of the hotel, I wanted to get my swimming in but it was weird having people above me watch me swim. Those of you that are Marriot Elite members, this site was disappointing. They didn't have an M Club Lounge. No refreshments or snacks. When I viewed the website about the hotel they said they had one. Ice can only be found in the front lobby at the pantry. Also, the TV CHANNELS, half of them didn't work.

I was here for a hotel takeover & we had an absolute blast! The staff was friendly, gracious & ever so accommodating! The rooms were clean with lots of towels, very nice soaps, shampoo, lotion & conditioners. Soft, comfy bedding & cozy rooms. Lots of clothing storage & closets for the event. Normally I take photos but the weekend went by way too fast. But the hotel is beautiful. Pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar, conference rooms. So nice!

Our daughter got married nearby this weekend and most of us stayed here. It was wonderful. There are many places in the lobby to gather and visit and have fun. A delicious breakfast to have together in the morning and fun in the bar at night! The staff was amazing. Helpful in so many ways.

Needed the room moved twice--first time was wrong placement, second was that the thermostat wouldn't work, vanity was broken, and no soap was in the restroom. The final room was humid and musty. Old TVs with cumbersome remotes. Smells like chlorine due to a centrally - located pool. Alternatively, the service for shifting rooms and addressing our stay was great. Great location.

Although this hotel is a little bit older it is still very nice with fantastic management a great restaurant, a small bar area and nice facilities. It is within 3 minutes walking distance of a huge mall and is very convenient for downtown Minneapolis. Although you need to go there by car.

Great place to lay your bed either here visit friends or here on business. They do offer a breakfast and have a bar but it’s not open on Sundays. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.

Hotel is starting to show its age. I've stayed there several times lately. None of the bathtub faucets shut off completely. Faceplate over bathtub faucet and controls fell off last night. I request no housekeeping, but they will come in anyway as long as you leave do not disturb out all the time. Got a big meal last night and planned on warming up leftovers later. Just realized there is no microwave in room. Many cheaper hotels have that.

Very professional staff. I was there as a vendor. Very quiet , near good shopping, very safe, excellent event venue... big kitchen... nice little tavern.

Hotel is very nice and clean. It's updated, but the room that I stayed in didn't have a walk in shower. Staff is friendly. Bed is very comfortable. There is a huge pool and a hot tub indoors.

This is probably a five star review on 360 nights per year, but if there is a heat wave when they haven’t switched their boiler system/AC to the air conditioning instead of heat, you will not get sleep when it’s 79° in your room. No air-conditioning :-( It’s unfortunate they did not switch to air conditioning two days earlier. We ended up going to a different Marriott on our third night, because it was going to be over 80°F Still love, my Marriotts! I know they will step it up and make this place “Marriottesk”

While this property is not new, there has clearly been effort to keep it updated. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

A wonderful hotel, with restaurant and bar. Very confortable, modern and well mantained. Rooms are exceptional, very clean, and bath room is luxury looking. Place is clean and very quite. Lot of parking spots. Staff is very attentive and polite. Gym, pool, and jacuzzi are in perfect working conditions. It's near a mall and other places well worth to visit in like a very nice little old fashioned downtown if you want to explore. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. It would be a great addition if they put ice machines on the floors, but definitely is a place that I would gladly stay again and I surely recomend it.

The facility, service, room, bedding, was all very nice. My only complaint is about the pool and the yelling kids that can be heard throughout most of the hotel. Would be better if it was contained in some way. Kids are allowed in the pool until 10:00 p.m.

I was really happy with my stay at Sheraton West in MN. My check in was easy and they let me check in early. The server I had for breakfast, Mario, was extremely kind and made sure that I was happy with my food and gave me to go cups for my coffee which was very helpful! The room was very clean and spacious. There wasn't any natural light and since the pool is in the middle of the hotel, I could hear people swimming but those weren't too big of a deal. This hotel is close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and close to the highway. It also has a lot of parking! I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel for my next trip to MN.

I was a participant in a three day seminar at this hotel, and found it exceptional. - every member of the staff was accommodating - from maintenance to housekeeping to servers to front desk and more. The level of service provided in this era of short staffing was truly remarkable. I had the sense that everyone was "all in" to make our experience great. - the food was delicious - every bit of it, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. - the facility is outstanding: comfortable, quiet sleeping rooms with good mattresses, and meeting rooms that are well lit with good climate control.

This location is wonderful. Nordstom is a short walk, Target is a 3 minute drive, the bar is excellent and staff were great, especially the morning breakfast servers. We ate breakfast 3 days in a row and the staff could not have been any kinder. They made the lack of variety worth the price.

This place is a pit! First they checked me into a dirty room then put me in a dark, dank hole of an inside room with NO outside light. Interior room - ugh! To make matters worse it is a handicap accessible room and the shower head is at chest high...I am only 5'4"...the desk is ridiculously high and the chair needed 3 pillows to be able to use the laptop I had sitting on it. No room service or restaurant to speak of and a dark, dank bar. I will never stay here again!

Very nice place with truck parking in the far lot. The guys at the front desk were great. Room was clean and smelled awesome because of the air purifier! Had a few drinks at the bar and talked with Doug the bartender. Lots of near by options for food. Overall my stay was great!

The hotel stay was nice. Toby the front desk manager was very pleasant and made sure my stay was going good especially because it was a stressful check in process! There were two things that made my stay difficult the air conditioning didn’t get very cool in the room and the microwave was by the front desk which made feeding a infant difficult. Otherwise, everyone was very nice I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water.

Just started conversion over to the Marriott way of doing hospitality. Manager was great and checked me in quick. This was at 130am mind you. Main area smelled like chlorine from pool, which is down the hall from the main entrance. Room was well prepared and had no chlorine smell at all. Team there did a great job and we appreciate the hospitality.

Nice hotel, everyone very friendly especially the male waiter in the mornings at breakfast. He was very kind and made the mornings nice with making sure my tea was full.

This place had some bad reviews in the past, the new management is doing a great job. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed

Toby and his female counterpart at the front desk were excellent. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied during our stay. Incredible location and convenient.

We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed them. The check-in experience was quick and easy. The hotel has a large lobby area with a restaurant and a bar. There’s a comfortable seating area in the lobby with a few work stations, a tv/couch area, and a couple of gathering tables. The hotel has a second inner area that contains a pool and a hot tub. The hotel is everything you would expect from a front line Sheraton Hotel with an attached Conference Center. The staff was excellent and very accommodating as they allowed us to store our bicycles in the office area and cheerfully allowed us to eat in the lobby area with our dogs. Bonus: dogs stay free through the end of the summer on a special promotion! Hats off to our morning server Mario who truly went out of his way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was clean and for the first time in a few years had normal daily servicing by the staff. Another good sign that things are returning to normal after covid. Note that this hotel does not have ice machines but they give out free ice in bags in the small concession area next to the check-in desk. This is one of the better hotels I have ever stayed at that allows dogs. There are many grassy areas around the hotel to walk them and they have waste receptacle on the left side of the hotel toward the back. We definitely plan to stay here next time we pass through Minneapolis.
