Too far from St Paul. But the room was very nice! Big fridge/freezer, microwave, sink & dishwasher. My 1 bdrm ste had a walk-in shower. I wish it was closer to my friends?

What an absolutely terrific experience we had at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the amenities you need! The staff are very friendly and provide lovely conversation! The temperatures of the pool and the hot tub were perfect. The breakfast was a typical type of hot breakfast. One thing that my family and I would have liked to see is the addition of bacon and / or ham. Overall, We were extremely satisfied, and plan on staying here again The next time we travel out from Winnipeg.

I arrived in January and am staying at this establishment for work in the area. I finished my first contract at a local facility and decided to go back home for a week. I had requested twice before I left that my room be cleaned while I'm gone, fresh linens on the bed, vacuum the floors and clean the bathroom. I returned from Atlanta after 8 days just to find my room had not been touched. I work nights in a local emergency room, so I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she apologized for the issue and asked me if there was a time that would be good for me, due to me working nights. I advised here that Saturday morning would be a good time, she put in the book for my room to be cleaned at 8:30am, that way I could only stay up for a bit and then go to sleep without having to wait all day. I waited this morning (Saturday 4/22) until 10:30am and housekeeping never showed up so I decided to go to bed. I am supposed to be staying here until the end of July, possibly until November but really considering checking out and going to another establishment. I am currently searching for another hotel/extended stay to move to. So far this has been one of the worst experiences while traveling for work.

Easy check in and upgrade to king room. The guy at the counter was really cool about a purse left behind in the previous room. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and spacious.

Pros: +All the staff interactions I had here were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. +Good variety of breakfast options, such as waffles, breakfast sandwiches, Bagels, coffee, muffins, and cereal. Might not be great if you have dietary restrictions, though. +Nice location. 20 minutes from downtown MPLS as well as Mystic Lake casino. In a well-upkept area and felt safe. Less than 10 minutes from restaurants and fast food. +Spacious rooms. I would have preferred an oven over a dishwasher in the kitchenette, but they did have stove tops available, as well as dishes and utensils. There is a full-size fridge and freezer. Shower was accessible. +immense amount of storage available in the room. +The patio seating out front was a nice addition. Free parking Cons: -We were woken up by housekeeping pounding on our door 3 hours before check-out. We had a late night at a concert and that was very unappreciated. -I paid for a room with 2 queens, and I was put in a room with 2 full beds and a pull-out bed/couch. Not a huge deal, but I shouldn't have been charged for queen beds when they weren't. As a loyalty member, that shouldn't have happened. -No on-site restaurant or room service available. The pantry options were very limited, mostly just soda and chips. -The microwave in our room REEKED of Ramen. Anything we put in there smelled like chicken Ramen and it was off-putting. -The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, but it was spacious. Towels had questionable stains on them, as well as the bedding. Overall the stay was satisfactory, but I'm not sure I'll stay at this hotel again. It just didn't quite meet my expectations for a Hilton hotel.

The rooms are really nice. They have a camper sized fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher in the kitchen area. The bathroom isn't very big. The couch with the ottoman is nice. You can request to have a joining rooms. For breakfast they have cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, English Muffin egg and sausage sandwiches, omelettes, and waffles. I would stay here again.

Overall we were happy with our room(s), we had two separate stays in July within a week of each other. The rooms were home2 standard for the most part we were a little frustrated with the bathroom sink not draining and the dishwasher leaking when it ran. That being said we usually skipped the breakfast as the hot sandwiches were usually hard and overcooked. But it was ok since the rooms have their own kitchenette. I was also surprised by the AGM being relatively unfriendly. She seemed like being at the hotel was a burden or like she couldn’t be bothered. I waited for a while to check in for our second stay and was greeted by a flat and unfriendly “card and ID” no please, barely any eye contact. It was just off putting especially from an AGM. We also tried to request housekeeping and were told that it wouldn’t happen so that was a bummer for our long stays without clean towels or getting trash picked up.

Truly disgusting, incredibly unsanitary hotel. Our room reeeked of old feet, the floor was sticky, and the hallway smelled so so bad. It appears that a trash bag opened and leaked out smelly juices. We noticed that in the morning…by evening it was still there and had not been clean. Have never been so grossed out by a hotel

Pulling up, the hotel is on a busy freeway. Lobby was clean with areas to relax. Upon entering my room, they are large with decent amenities. First impression: carpet has stains and smells like a kennel. Within 10 min I hear 2 large dogs howling and whining next door. When asked to be moved, I was denied. Dogs proceeded to start in again at 630 the next morning.

Stayed here one night. This hotel appears to be fairly new, which is always a good thing. Had a room (516), which had two double beds and a pull-out sofa. The room was clean, but the hallway and elevator lobby on the fifth floor had garbage left overnight (or longer). The floors and elevator car needed attention as well. Our kids wanted to swim in the pool. However, we noticed a guest's dog swimming in there when we checked in, so scratch that. I'm not sure how that was allowed, but that is completelyridiculous. The front desk clerk on duty that evening was friendly, however. Evidently, the hotel's dryer went kaput, so they did not have any extra towels, which, for a family of five, meant someone in our family was S.O.L. until the next morning, when used towels were allowed to dry overnight. Breakfast was so-so, considering the large number of people vying for what was put out. Get there earlier, I suppose. Love the kitchenette and refrigerator in these suites, as they come in handy for families.

Great for a short or extended stay with family! We loved the pool, hot tub, and the grill access.

Perfectly located half way between our host's house, and wedding venue, the Minneapolis Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. And clean, comfortable, good size rooms. A nice welcome when we checked in!

This was a good location for our purposes. Room was spacious and clean. We were happy to have the extra table in the room that could be moved to be closer to the couch. The bathroom is TINY. I use a walker, and the walker had to stay outside of the bathroom. The disappointing thing is the breakfast. Waffle maker needs to have some non-stick spray so the waffles don't stick. The breakfast sandwiches were gummy and not really edible, in my opinion. We tend to choose hotels that include a breakfast to save a little money on dining out. Unfortunately, we didn't save that expense here. I would stay here again and plan on bringing my own food to store and make in the room. Happy to see a little kitchenette in the room. This was very nice.

First time in Minneapolis - this hotel was very nice and the rooms were great...staff was very helpful and deserve a lot of praise. I picked the hotel because it was central to where we wanted to go - felt safe if that's a concern...seemed like a nice area. easy on off to roads to get to Mall of America and Paisley Park.

The room was spacious and clean. Our bathroom sliding door was broken and wouldn't shut, but upon calling the front desk, they had a maintenance person in the room and fixed the problem right away. The pool was ice cold so none of us swam in it. We did use the hot tub, but I think there was too much chlorine in it as my legs were burning as soon as I stepped in and we all had slight chlorine burn afterwards - not serious, just uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was ok - the loaves of bread and bagels were kept in a plastic drawer, but still in their bags, so everyone was just sticking their hands and arms in the bags to get their slice - I think they should have been unwrapped and tongs provided so everyone in the hotel didn't touch your pc of bread or bagel - not very sanitary, especially in these times! The hotel is located in the middle of nothing but office buildings - there's no close convenience store or eateries nearby...next time we will be sure to bring groceries or premade meals and snacks being there's a full-size fridge in the room. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and happy to help.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. No house keeping no towels. Customer service does not exist. Hilton Honors app qouted one price. Got billed almost 100.00 dollars more a night. Was promised credit for one's nights stay yet to recieve that. Hotel hallway is a mess.

This is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever been in. It has a dish washer, sink, cups glasses, coffee maker. It had a couch with a curtain that separates the bed from it which was cool. All in all if I ever come to this city. I will come here again. It's close to everything.

Rooms are always clean, location is quiet. Pets allowed on the first and second floor. Best place to stay when traveling with smaller children, the small kitchen and dishwasher is perfect for washing bottles, bowls and spoons. Rooms are spacious and you can easily fix two pack n plays.
