Reviewing catering/delivery services: I ordered dinner for staff for an event over 24 house in advance. 30 minutes after the requested delivery time I called to check where the order was. The man I spoke with put me on hold for 5 minutes then told me he hadn’t noticed my order but would get started making it right away. Food arrived an hour and a half after the time I requested.

Absolutely horrible. Never fully staffed. Closed early constantly. Always have to drive to the store foe it to be closed early and or online only. Staff is slow and there portion/serving sizes are always off. Go anywhere else if you want something good to eat

This place still can’t decide when it’s open or closed. Pro tip - consider updating hours posted on the window of your store if you are now closed on the weekends.

I love Potbelly! It always satisfies my hunger and it defies my expectations every time! The sandwiches are always cooked to perfection and the vegetables are healthy and perfect. I recommend coming here if you like warm sandwiches, quick food, and good service as I’ve always been extremely happy. Just be sure to check their hours as they have been frequently changed during the past 3 years.

Never open - website said “open” sign on door says open - its 12:15pm on a Saturday. In the time it took me to write this I watched 3 other people walk up and try the locked door.

The Minnetonka Pot Belly restaurant serves good sandwiches when open however they are not reliably open for business. I can’t tell you how many times i have driven there only to find they were closed. Call first if you don’t want to be disappointed….i know businesses are having trouble keeping and finding workers but this is no way to run a business.

Me and my friends stopped by for lunch we ordered two chicken sandwiches and one Italian, A couple hours later we all got super sick from food poisoning The chicken was very undercooked.

The food was flavorful and enjoyable. Service was absolutely phenomenal! The outdoor seating was a bit worn.

I go here fairly frequently and have never had them mess up my order. It's always pretty quick as well. I usually only go to Potbelly when I'm absolutely craving it, though.

Love Potbelly! Every location I've been to is great and this one is too. Great food, lots of choices and made to order. I never miss a chance to stop by. This one is just off the main road and located in a strip mall. Plenty of room to sit. Clean bathrooms. Love those hot peppers! Yum!

Quality and accuracy of order was low. The branch reached out to apologize for the issue and refunded the order. Will visit again, thank you to the team for checking in after submission of the customer service review! Good experience in the end!

My favorite sandwich spot. They heat the sandwiches and you get a good amount. If you're used to Jersey Mike's where they charge you a ton and give you little, I recommend you switch over. You get your money's worth here.

I got delivered the wrong salad today, and I called and let them know. The woman I talked to, Annette, was apologetic and she personally drove and delivered me the correct salad along with a cookie and some coupons! I'm so impressed- amazing customer service! Food was delicious also! We will definitely be ordering from this location again and recommending :)

Not even one star! The lady working was extremely rude, refused my online order, then refused to take my order in the store. Other employee looked visibly "disheveled " dirty hair and clothes. No name or manager given. Will never return and seriously doubt the cleanliness of that place! Yuck
