Burgers were delicious as well as their Cajun fries. The cost of the burger definitely adds up once you add additional toppings such as avocado and a fried egg but so worth it! Friendly staff as well.

Soooo good. Total 5 out 5. Fast service, fresh, not too greasy and the fries are crispy too. We had a mushroom Swiss burger. Just the right amount of food and not terribly expensive, about $12 per person including drink.

Super Fast and Yummy Food: My California cheese burger with sweet potato fries from My Burger were Great; the burger had a delicious, fresh bun and the hamburger patty was moist and perfectly done! The order process was quick and the preparation of my order was super fast! I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I enjoyed my meal and will return again soon.

My first time at My Burger. Fully impressed with all aspects of this restaurant. Tasty burger and fries. Excellent service and decor. Spent about 30 minutes here from start to finish. My wait staff took extra time with me to make sure everything was good and taken care of. Highly recommend.

GREAT housemade veggie patty and sauces. Buns are delish, fries are perfect, and the topping options are fun, e.g. fried egg, jalapenos, etc. Service has always been fantastic at both locations I've been to. Definitely didn't know they were MN owned until an employee shared that with me!

We had an incredible first experience! Justin took the time to explain the menu which is important since my husband can’t have gluten. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious! Nolan came and checked on us, wondering if we wanted to try one of their signature mayos or if we needed anything else. Definitely our new favorite place!!!

Ayu is awesome ! He should be a a manger or promoted to a new Location. I have been a service manager trainer for years. The staff at my burger gets it. Friendly excitable, the restaurant is always clean in the cooks are outstanding . The presentation of a meal goes a long way when there's many layers of items on. Time and time again my burgers are made with everything properly placed in cared for. I want the manager to know what everyone in this building are doing an amazing job

Very good burgers we asked if they had mushroom Swiss burgers on the menu and he said no but I can make you one. The burgers were delectable with the perfect and the fries were fried to perfection. The vibe is light & fresh and the decor is bright and fun with a flair of vintage motif!

Food is always great. Service is excellent. They were great tonight, eager to help us fix an error in ordering. Happy they are our neighborhood My Burger!

Just had my first MyBurger experience. Everything about this place is excellent. Delicious, friendly, efficient. They talk to you like a human and cook (manager?) came out to ask customers how everything was. Minnesota charm. I think they may be interesting to keep an eye on if they expand outside the twin cities.

Great burgers and milkshakes. The staff is the best. I chose this place for food the last time I was in the area just because the staff was so helpful and memorable.

Phenomenal everything!! We stopped by on a whim and were thankful we did. We experienced excellent service and mouth watering food. The Hotness Monster was delicious and the Cajun fries were perfect for sharing! 👍 The patio is dog friendly too!

The cashier was very nice and helpful, and the food was amazing! Definitely the best burger I have ever eaten. This is the first restaurant that I have audibly said "mmm" to once I put the food in my mouth. Burgers and fries taste and smell delicious

Had a really good experience a couple days back, as a former kitchen worker nothing killed a good mood faster then having someone come in last minute. I say this after doing just that at this particular My Burger, and feeling a little guilty about it. But everyone there was really understanding and friendly about it, the guys in the kitchen even joked around with us while they quickly pulled together our order and even brought it out to us! I really recommend these guys! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Top tier service! Great food. Lost a star from me though because there was somethings floating in my water from the fountain machine. I saw an employee working on it so I believe they were aware of them problem. I would just suggest bring your own water. Otherwise everything was great. I was surprised at how many vegetarian/pescatarian options there were for a burger joint. Veggie burger, impossible burger, fish or chicken sandwiches. Pretty delicious!

Everything was pretty good, shake, burger, potato fries, the star is docked cause coleslaw isn’t good and more importantly, and I understand it’s also my fault, but I ordered the original, the picture had it displayed with all its cheesy goodness front and center, however it didn’t say cheese was included on the burger. I didn’t pay attention assuming it was given the picture, so I got a perfectly good burger with no cheese. Again, I should be careful myself but the picture should be presented as the burger comes before add-one, or clarify cheese is extra. End rant, food was good besides.

I love this place, great burgers, has a nice charm to it, and great service! And today was no exception! I forgot to add a topping to my burger and Michael helped me out and was polite about it. The people here are always nice, polite and courteous. This is my go to burger place and its things like this that keep me coming back.

First time visitor, LOVED IT!! Had their jalapeño burger which includes actual jalapeño poppers in it. When the sour cream hits the palate and mixes with the jalapeño cheese and fresh meat it is absolutely fire! So so so good. The Cajun fries made for a fantastic side. Great atmosphere. Halfway through my meal a worker even came by and checked with me, and the other customers, how my meal was going. Very nice customer service, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Only problem, there isn't one close to where I live in the north metro. I'll be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

In general, My Burger is a great fast food joint. Service can sometimes leave something to be desired but times are tough with staffing right now so I understand. Their buns could be better, too but thay could be a supply chain thing. Who knows?

The staff here gets orders done RIGHT each and EVERY SINGLE time I’ve ordered from them. Accuracy is not something I can say about OTHER My Burger locations but the staff here at Minnetonka really knows what they’re doing! Customer loyalty email program gets me so many discounts too, always coming back and ready for more!

Love My Burger! Came here to eat, but when walked in @ 3pm, they said they were closed. I know they close at 4pm, Saturday. I'm not sure, but I think it was because they had a sign out front that said they were hiring all positions and all shifts? No biggie, so we drove to the next My Burger,and called ahead too. :) we didn't know about this location, so we'll definitely be back!

This is a pretty typical burger chain. The burger itself was blan. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the meat. It was so mild in taste. Slightly dry and the bacon was lacking peppered seasoning and taste. It is overall better than McDonald. I liked it better than 5 guys cause it wasn't soggy. So in need of quick burger and don't want "fast food," give them a try.

It's a great replacement for 5 guys burgers. Same concept as 5 guys but better burgers for sure. Not sure if 5 guys uses real ham burger but I know my burger does. Fresh and lean burger. Super fast too. It's a little spend though. 2 people having double cheese burgers, fries and a drink was $27.00. I would recommend it though.

First time eating here. Great find! Burgers were very good. Service was awesome. While waiting for our food, the staff took the time after finding out it was our first time there to explain the offerings, the sauces, the theme behind the store, and other locations that we're opening soon. We had skakes, plain and bacon cheese burgers with fries. All were delicious. I will go back there.
