Jidana Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 This is such a great park. It is so secluded, it feels like it isn't public! The boat launch is perfect for canoe, or raft. I was a first time rafter and it was a great experience. The park is clean and beautiful. Everyone I passed was so happy and friendly. This really is a gem. People often mention park, walk, great, area, trails,

Large open area next to a creek and the police department. If you are a bow hunter they also have a shooting range here but you have to inform the police if you are doing taget practice. Lots of trails

Great little park with lots of quite off shoots if you want to explore off the main path. Dog friendly, and beautiful scenery!

Great place for a wander on or off the trails with dogginos. The main walking path is relatively busy, but the people were nice. Lots of off-trail options in the marsh during colder months.

Hidden gem. Bring a leash, but don't use it. In winter walk across the marsh to an island with great trails.

As far as parks go there’s nothing much here except a few picnic tables and benches but if you sit for a while on one of the benches which are quite well maintained you’ll enjoy the surroundings of the Minnehaha creek that flows by and perhaps see a canoe stopping at the nearby landing. There is a small parking area where you and your dog can stop and go for a walk and if you’re up for it take one of the paved trails that heads eastward towards The Marsh and other areas along this beautiful area.

Nice place and good trail. Good place for bird watching. The trail doesn't loop and have to walk on the road for a couple of blocks

The plank walk reminded me of a safari walk in the Selous Game Reserve. The tall reeds and prolific bird life.

Beautiful park tucked behind a quiet neighborhood. We did some family picture here in May and they turned out great. It's a serene area for pictures that also offers many gravel and dirt trails for exploring. While it's challenging to find, it's worth the visit.

I was a little confused, I came here for a walk and the payment trail led me to to a some buildings and streets. I just did not see a map or anything the parking area was super small and I felt like I could be in the wrong area of the park but google maps took me to that spot so maybe ill look into it sometime
