Much better than I expected. Quick check-in, Ekaterina was very helpful even though we were a little complicated with extra wishes. The rooms obviously recently renovated. A little small but absolutely ok. The bathroom clean and well arranged. Breakfast was really good with something for everybody's taste. From continental to English to sweet cakes and porridge, even near to the end the employees still were bringing replenishment. Modern coffee machines and tea available. Very satisfied with the whole stay and that for an unbeatable price. The view of the city was very good and the hotel is placed near the park with an easy walk of about 10 minutes to the city centre.

I been to 3 hotels in Minsk. And they are good in different ways. Hotell Belarus is a big hotell. It have everything. But the room, "standard room" Is not the newest (but very clean and everything is in order). The air is good. Its multiple restaurants in the hotell. And one with panorama view at 22 floor. There is casine right close to the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. It's very cheap in comparison to all that is here. Its a gym, it cost only a few rubles to use. Also a swimming pool. A business senter with computers and printers/scanners. Big conference rooms. Its a hotell with everything.

A very nice modern hotel in Minsk within walking distance of down town. The reception was very helpful and they spoke English. On the ground floor there were several shops, a bar and a restaurant which was also the breakfast room. The coffee/bar next to the reception is rather handy and friendly. The shop sells sweets, snacks and alcohol in addition to the usual souvenirs. The lifts were modern and fast. The rooms were adequate and clean as were the bathrooms. Except for tea and coffee, most facilities were available in the room. The Panorama restaurant on the very top floor was very good but can get crowded if there is a reception. A very good hotel and my only criticism is the feeding frenzy at breakfast time which starts at 0700hrs. There are coach loads of people who have to depart at a specified time and they all descend in a body. I found this rather unappetizing.

Good hotel at a fair price. My room was comfortable about 11 floors up. Cafe for breakfast is very good and I gave the restaurant a try and I will happily eat there again. I was only passing through so three nights only but I am going to stay there again next year. 4 stars because it can get very busy around May 9th when I am usually there but very friendly staff who helped me a lot.

While leaving the room, going to do checkout, Housekeeping stopped me and told me I must check the room first, I said okay, I waited upfront of the room, suddenly came out shouting, there’s one towel is missing, check your bag you might forget it there, I said no way, check the room again, or might be missing from beginning, we went inside and she start look fir it again then she found it same place , because I didn’t use it, she said I thought you use it and it’s not there, I’m sorry, that wasn’t good plus no cattle which it coast almost nothing in the room, you need to walk all the way to elevator to get hot water from water dispenser. Not good at all, other than that nothing really, to be fair, but I wouldn’t go there again myself, for this price I could have stayed in better place.

In general the hotel was good: clean, warm. It corresponds to three-stars hotel. What is related to the price - it is possible to find in Minsk 4 star hotel for similar price, but it will look then absolutely different (bigger rooms, slippers, tea, etc.)

Huge Soviet style structure with same style lobby area. Rooms are outdated, need renovation. No in room safe, no kettle, staff with no smiles just working off their job. Pool was closed, very disappointing. Breakfast for 10 euros pp is a rip off and low quality, dont go for it, eat outside. Panorama restaurant on top although stated to work until midnight was closed at 10.45 pm. Location good, by the river 15 min walk to center.

Very good location, rooms are nice and clean. Cleaning personal is very professional. People at reception could smile more welcoming but still 5 stars because 3 stars hotel Does have A/C TV's amazing views tasty food and it's much better than 4 stars hotels in Spain.

By far the best hotel of Minsk, really well located right in the city center and on top of a small hill which makes all the views from rooms great. Unfortunately the restaurant at the top was not accessible when I was there. The spa is a must see. It is an incredible Soviet style swimming pool, very relaxed and great for chilling out!

It is ok hotel. Location is great, view from some of hotel rooms is great, rooms are quite ok. Didn't try their breakfast offer because it was 7 € and for 7€ you can go to nearby French bakery and stuff yourself with delicious pastries. There were some not so good looking hookers roaming around hotel at late hours. For some it might be a plus, for some not. So you decide. And another con, they use cheep toilet paper. In overall it is an ok place.

Fine hotel. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Good location and great views from the windows. Inside there is a pool, casino nearby. On the top floor you can visit the restaurant. In the evenings view is magnificent. As well there is an observation point, just ask the receptionist to get there.

This is a very relaxing and excellent place to stay in Minsk, after walking all day I was resting in the inner pool, so nice during the winter!

Panoramic Restaurant should change the chef as food lacks a lot of taste. Worst ever taste...
