They don't take the Subway coupons we get in the mail. That irks me! Lol

The hours on their door are not correct. They say 9:30. Came at 8:40 and walked into the unlocked door and the employees said they were closed and wouldn't serve us. Maybe call before you make the trip there or just take your business elsewhere where the hours posted are accurate and customer service is better.

The establishment was very clean. The young women who helped with my 3 sandwiches were professional. They didnt accept their own coupons which I found ubsurd. Overall experience 5 stars. One of the 2 young ladies seemed to not want my family in there, but I dont let stuff like that bother. I shop and eat anywhere my stomach takes me

Probably one of the better subways not going to lie. Place is always clean and when it gets busy they always make your sandwich fast no matter the line. I'm guessing management is good since there's at least 2 people working at a time. Staff really friendly. Recommend 👌🏼

Prices are always amazing and affordable!! And the food is incredible as always, I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and it was a great choice for dinner!! Just thinking about it makes me want to go grab another sub now!!!

I’ve been to a few subways in Charlotte and never have I ran into a problem to where I’m having to show my ID when picking up an order I placed online ! Made me feel super uncomfortable and I will never come here again. Terrible!

When you want a quick sandwich, you can't go wrong at Subway. The food flavor and quality are very good, and the staff are friendly.

Brought a friend to lunch. We were able to sit and talk. Owner and family made our two large sandwiches. No, BOGo coupon accepted. The place is always clean and fresh. Our food was great, made with care. Windows and pleasant atmosphere, Mint Hill Subway is a winning location. Not the easiest place to find parking (go around back to find plenty parking and then cut through the ally) when it’s lunchtime. It must be a challenge to run a small franchise these days. These folks are kind and interested in their costumers. Admiration for hands on efforts.

We came in really close to close and the two gentlemen were super polite and quickly got our sandwiches made perfectly and did not rush us at all. I was impressed and love this location. I will be back (earlier in the day) soon!

Their only downfall is that they don't take the subway coupons!?

I arrived at the subway at 8:36 and the doors were already locked. Maybe you should update the time to 8:30 instead of 9.

Bread was bad. My kids had few bites and said “this sandwich is gross” Be careful at this place

I chose to come here because I know Subway is always empty and I didn't want to have to wait in line for Chick-fil-A. Why is Subway so expensive for such mediocre food? It was almost $10 for a six inch sandwich. Sheesh! It's no wonder why Subway is always empty. I'm not a fan of their new menu either. There are far better places to go. As far as this specific location is concerned it's on the corner of the intersection and is accessible from the street (front) or the parking lot (back). It was clean and the food was pretty good. The customer service was fine. Very underwhelming overall.

The setting sun 🌞 made it brutally uncomfortable waiting for our sandwiches to be made.

I showed up 10 minutes before close. The door was open so I walked in, they had everything out still nothing had been put away. But the guy behind the counter told me they were closed. This was very upsetting, I am a hair stylist and I had 11 clients today with no time to eat so I was really looking forward to getting some food at this location. I know I was close to closing time, but the guy was very rude to me and I don't understand why he couldn't just take 5 minutes to make my sandwich considering all the ingredients were still out. As a person whos worked in the service industry my whole life I was very disappointed. I was trained that if the door is open and someone walks in you have to serve them. And he did not, he a refused a sale because he wanted to be lazy. Definitely will not be back to this location. Ever.

Owner is greedy and refuses to honor any coupons sent out to locals by parent company. I strongly recommend going to the Albemarle road location.

Slow made salad

i been here two time this week and the same person was working each time. the first time me and my girlfriend ordered online and when we picked it up, she barely had any steak on her sub and mine only had 4 meatballs. the second time we came, we went inside to order and got the same thing we would always get. once again i only got 4 meatballs and my girl didn’t have much of anything either

Not very good the staff is not trained on how to make sandwiches correctly have to look at pictures & ask me what's on it. Dont have most of the breads on menu. Two times I haven't had a good experience!!!!

Older white lady before making sandwich sneezing without face covering over her face was not on all the way never washed her hands and said it's ok she sneezing on the floor me and other customers walked out. Gross sneezing down towards food and floor without her face mask on all the way and said it ok will never go back

It's your basic subway, so normally I'd rate them 3-4 stars. This one gets two star because, while the staff is nice enough and the place is clean enough, I'm so tired of them locking the doors before 15 minutes or more before close. If your times say you close at 9:30, then you should be open till 9:30. I'll just take my business to Hawthornes or Char Bar instead.

It's a subway, the same across America. Good clean location. But and yes there's a but the Ruben subway has created in my opinion is garbage. Beware.
