It's funny how I found out about this FANTASTIC PLACE. I was reading the HORRIBLE REVIEWS on "Once Upon A Child" Located in Concord, NC beside the K&W & stumbled across one review saying.... "Save your money & drive to Trendy Tots. That place is amazing" Never knew about this place until about two weeks ago. I paid a visit today Wednesday, September 22nd, 2020 to do a little shopping. When I arrived? I was hit with more fantastic news that all of their clothing & shoes were $1 a piece. Such a blessing. The staff were amazing & very helpful & I found quite of bit of stuff for my 10 year old & soon to be 7 year old. I will be visiting again. Thanks again Trendy Tots!!!

The owner was nice. Trendy Tots had a large variety of kids clothes and kids toys. She didn't mind my four kids, seven and under. She didn't complain that they were unsupervised while I shopped. There isn't a designated play area but there were many toys on the floor to play with. They have lots of strollers and really anything you might need for babies and kids, even breast pumps. Because it was so varied it felt very full but I was able to find everything I needed and they had a large quantity of good quality girls shoes. The prices were good and very consistent. Many things were $5 so it was easy to tally up my total before heading to the counter. I appreciated that. They don't do colored tag sales for items that have been there a while, however they do have seasonal sales. I will definitely go back to Trendy Tots.

I purchased a double stroller that one bought brand new is about $400. I paid $129, and the stroller was barely used. In fact the tires had no marks at all! This was such a terrific deal, that I bought my granddaughter some snow boots, ski pants, a winter jacket, and my grand son a winter fleece. The woman who worked there was so helpful, she showed me how to collapse the stroller and helped me get it in to my trunk. She also showed me the various configurations of the double stroller, taking time to show me that the children could be face to face, or I could remove one seat completely and have a one child stand up. My shopping experience was exceptional. From quality of my purchases to the price to the assistance I received, I was completely happy. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you were looking for good value.

I prefer Trendy Tots over Once Upon a Child. They don’t mind children playing with toys/books on display. It’s nice to be able to distract my daughter while I shop. I do try to be respectful and tidy up after my kid.

Trendy Tots is an absolutely fantastic place to buy inexpensive clothes, toys, strollers, carseats, and more! Kids grow soooo fast, so it's great to be thrifty and find all that stuff in one place! Cassie and crew are so helpful and knowledgeable!

This is my go-to place to get children's clothing. I almost always get decent brands like GAP or Old Navy. Even when I go in for something very specific like a white cardigan, I can usually find it. The owner is a nice lady and remembers me, it's nice to feel welcome. The best part is that the staff doesn't mind if my kids run around and play with toys while I shop. My kids love to play there and often ask to just go play, which means I walk out with an arm load of goods I didn't intend to buy. Last time this happened I ended up with snow pants for my 8-year-old and winter gloves for everyone so I'm not mad.

You have extremely rude and unprofessional help in your Mint Hill store. Store was empty but she tells me she is too busy to take a couple of drop offs when she just told me on Tuesday I could drop off Anytime! I took time out of my day to do this, only couple items and she wouldn't even look up at me! I'll Never be back! Per your response...I wasn't there last Saturday, like I said it was Tuesday. And if you think you remember me so well then you would also remember that I did Not have any clothing items! Thanks for your non apologetic reply for your rudeness.

This store is very inconsistent with their hours. I have gone twice at their posted opening time of 10:00am and no one is there. I waited 10 minutes the first time and someone finally showed up. There was another customer waiting as well. The employee didn’t say anything to us as she walked past, unlocked the door, and went inside. I had to open the door and ask if they were open. She replied, “Yes, but I haven’t turned on the lights yet”. This was 10 minutes past the time they stated they’d be open. No greeting or apology for being late. I stopped by today as well — a few minutes after 10:00. No one there. Another customer next to me drove away and so did I.

Absolutely the best, been shopping here for years. Cassie and her staff are friendly and awesome! They know you by name and care about your family. The prices are fair and the products are of great quality. I highly recommend times ten!

Pretty much all of my kids' clothing come from Trendy Tots. Cassie is awesome, and has great quality items, for an amazing price, coming in every day! Disclaimer, I work there occasionally as a fill in person, but these opinions are truly my own. When I work, I see customers who are shopping, year after year, because they get such great deals!
