I needed a new insurance company, and happen to run into Will. Will called his teammate Ryan, and within an hour had a quote for new home and auto insurance. They saved me over $30 per month in my auto and almost 50% for my homeowners insurance. It was amazing getting to speak with actual people versus getting put in line to wait to speak to a representative. Will and Ryan made the experience very easy for me. Fast forward to today. This post comes a week late but I had to make sure I completed it due to the level of care that was shown to me. Wil and Ryan are the BEST!! I had to take care of a couple issues with the DMV on the Friday before Memorial Day..thinking since it was a holiday weekend that the DMV wouldn’t be busy with people traveling and all, but that wasn’t the case..it seems like even more people must have thought the same and both the license office and the tag office were packed!!! I spent four hours at the license office with only minutes to spare to get to the tag office, but thank God I made it in time before doors were locked. With only minutes before 5pm, I realized that it would be after closing before I’d get to the counter, so I reached out to Wil regarding a document Ryan had sent to me; however, I needed some things changed. Even though it was still after 5, Wil was awesome enough to stick around and make sure I received what I needed. He should have started his weekend with his family, including a newborn and out of town guests; however, he would not do so until making sure my needs were met as a customer, and I TRULY appreciate the type of dedication he showed. He made what was such a stressful day seem like it didn’t even matter, just knowing that there are still people willing to go above and beyond to help someone else out. Thank you SO much Wil; you and your agency staff ROCK!!

The process of changing insurance companies is not generally something most folks want to deal with. However, working with Sam at Wil Lawson State Farm was a true pleasure. Sam was very patient with and walked through each policy I needed to move and with each policy (there were 5 total) State Farm saved me 50% or more than my old insurance company Amica.
