A nice and clean grocery store and plus the employees are very friendly and willing to help you

One of the rudest people I have ever met in the deli department. Black guy who works mostly at night acts like he hates to do anything for you or for you to ask him for anything. Guess when you can't get good help you get people who just there for a paycheck and don't care about the customers .will shop at Harris Teeter for now on Food Lions is not as good as it used to be going down fast

This is my "home" Food Lion where I get our family's groceries. There are times when they are out of items when I do the online ordering and pick up but when I go in the store, the stock of most items is pretty good. My only suggestion would be to get Bluebell Dr. Pepper Float ice-cream ASAP. Please.

Great store…..usually stocked and sale items in stock too. Food Lion has some great deals especially if you use the App and MVP! Love the lion! 🦁

This Food Lion is always clean and neat. The employees are friendly and will try to engage in conversation. I totally enjoy shopping here.

I been watching this store decline over the years. The meat dept is gross. Bought expired dairy products a couple of times. Only reason I go there is to see a few employees to say hi! Harris Tetter is my go to now with friendly management.

I gotta give a shout out to a young man named Cam. He is always so helpful and friendly. Any time an item has been out in the milk and dairy section he checks the back and returns with a big smile and products in hand. I look forward to seeing him at every visit seeing as I'm there several times a week working

Poor selection, poorly stalked. Prices are always increasing. Lots of employees not wearing masks properly. I took this picture of an employee with her mask around her neck while she stocks bread and completely blocks the aisle. I have to say the store is very clean and well maintained. Lastly, a lot of the employees here are amicable and professional.

This is a great store!... first class staff,meat departments got the best cuts and prices in the area...produce always fresh and the deli hot bar is yummy...best bang for your buck in mint hill is definitely food lion

Associate broke my eggs and would nit send anyone to get more. Said I would have to go to service desk and then had the audacity to tell me to calm myself down. Young teenager had no business working there and not being trained in customer service. Poorest experience i have ever had anywhere.

Inviting place to shop where easy to get in and out of. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have

If you shop here, good luck. You either get extremely friendly people or you get the rudest absolute worst customer service people of all time. Cashier even broke the eggs because she attempted to bag them straight up and down and then just threw the bag on the counter. If you hate your job that much please do yourself and everybody else a favor and quit

Been shopping there for years as it is close. Staff is ok, slowest cashier's ever and don't seem very motivated. Very boring store but I think overall they have the best prices. Of course, the quality of meat is mediocre and are charging triple for their meat. As no one seems to care, I would get my meat Publix and shop Food Lion for everything else. Thanks!

If I could give them a Zero I would. BEYOND GHETTO.. NOT ONE SINGLE MEMBER SPOKE. THE CASHIER DIDN'T SAY A WORD!! NEVER AGAIN! SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Everyone in that store deserves a 5 stars, except for Shea at the front desk. She was rude, condescending and actually called me names other then my own. While checking out I ask to see a manger and it was Shea, so I had to call another store to get customer service information. I filed a complaint and left a message for the district manager. Wow, I just can't believe someone like that in charge.

Clean well stocked store with great prices. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great place to shop.

Not too great. Needed assistance at self checkout with cancelling a product. Light was blinking. No one came. Several young associates at one register but no one assisted. When I spoke several times to an associate passing by he never responded but instead went over to socialize with another customer.

Customer service very friendly. Greeted me with a smile as I entered. Store is clean and not cluttered, making it easy to maneuver my shopping cart.

Found everything I wanted prices a little high though. I just wish everything would start going down

First time here and everything was nice and organized. This store is also pretty big and should have everything you need. They even have the fresh food bar that’s self serve. I didn’t get to see the whole store because of how big it was and I only needed a few items. The cashier was courteous and I will definitely be back. Glad I found this right around the corner from my new house.

Clean store with friendly people. Lots of items missing but that's everywhere you go nowadays. Associates were super helpful with checking for in stock items.

The deli area need to work on customer service. They will look right at you and keep doing whatever their doing. Ignore you until you starting saying "Excuse me, Excuse me!" Why not see me and say Hello, please let me know when your ready or if you have questions. I'm here to help. I haven't witnessed the same behavior at both Foodlion locations on Blair Road and Wilson Grove Rd.
