The lady that did my nails was very sweet however I had to come back to have them smoothed out (not to mention I made an appt and asked for Kim and did not receive service from her). When I called Ginnie was very rude telling me it had been over 2 weeks and it had not. She then hung up on me. I called back and she told me to come in at noon on Tuesday. Once there I showed her my nails, she said she would not redo them but they would be smoothed out. I asked if they could be redone because of the crookedness. She starts raising her voice and speaking in her native language. Why would you yell at a paying customer. Not once did I raise my voice. I have never been treated or talked to like that. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please stay away from this salon. Ginnie is extremely unprofessional! Never again

First time customer here and Johnny was my technician. He was great! He paid attention to all the details as he did my nails. He even checked each nail top and under the nails to be sure all the acrylic was clean from the base. I didn't like the color I chose once he painted the first nail and he Kindly helped me find a nice red/orange vs. The hot pink I thought was red/orange. He didn't have a attitude like some places. He was about giving the customer what they asked for not a rush job!!! The prices here are great and affordable. I will definitely be returning!!!

I always have an awesome experience at this place! John and Jenny always do a great job with my nails. I have been here multiple times for dip powder and acrylics and they never disappoint me. My nails usually last up to five weeks 😱😱Great price, great people, great environment!

Jenny is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 6 years and out of all people who have done my nails, she is by far the best. Speaks great English and is easy to talk to. Every nail design and idea I’ve given her, she does exactly what I want. Highly recommend her for micro blading too. Salon is clean and staff is friendly.

Thank you for the wonderful manicure! I couldn’t be happier after being pampered! 💖 I went for a dipped French ombre, but wanted it to be very sheer and natural. My nail tech totally delivered!!! They were kind and helpful while I was deciding what shape and length I wanted. And I was really impressed by their meticulous attention to detail! My nails feel strong and have held up great against all of the abuse I’ve put them thru this week 😂 This is the best French fade I’ve ever received! 💅🏼 Gracious Spa is my new nail spot~!

I will begin this review by saying if your nails are longer than the tips of your fingers this salon is NOT the place to go! I visited the salon (made an appointment in advance) to get a full set SNS and a gel pedicure. They are not my regular salon but I’d visited before to have nails repaired so I was familiar with them, so I thought. When I walked in and let the lady at the first table know what I was there for, she rudely asked what was on my nails already. She bantered with me for a second, telling me what I couldn’t have gotten on my nails before finally telling me to pick a color and sit in a pedicure chair. The lady and a few other techs began speaking in their native language(no issues with this), however I realized they were discussing me and laughing as they were clearly saying ‘SNS’ (it caught another patron’s attention too, as we made eye contact disapprovingly). The lady then came and looked at my nails, left again back to her table. She tells me I can’t get SNS and my only option for nails like mine were acrylic. I replied my nail tech does SNS every visit with no issues. I finally tell them let’s just do gel and I will get SNS the next time with my tech. Towards the end of my pedicure I was told “sorry we can’t do your nails. She will tell you why later.” I said to tell me why I was being treated like this. The first lady said they don’t do nails like mine. I tell her I said do gel and she says “OH! Sit at table 5 then”. The gel was done, but the very next day they began separating. I called to let them know and get it repaired. The same lady rushed to tell me it wasn’t THEIR gel, but instead MY NAILS that were the issue. It was repaired, but over the next 2 days I had 3 more to crack(this has NEVER happened to me before). However due to how poorly I was treated, I have no choice but to use nail glue, wait for my regular nail tech to come back in town and PRAY she can salvage this HIDEOUS work! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!

One of the hardest things to find when you move is a dependable nail salon. Luckily, I received a recommendation to check this place out when I first moved here & thank God. I've been coming for about a year and a half. I do my eyebrows, pedicures, and gel manicures or acrylics every couple of weeks and have never been disappointed. I also love that they do appts or walk-ins.

I also usually treat myself to a pedicure & am always happy with who does this too. Jenny is also very sweet & kind to everyone that visits. You can tell she’s very appreciative of her clients !

Made a 5pm appointment with Jenny because of her excellent reviews, being new to the area I wanted to go with someone with a good reputation but unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I arrived 5 minutes early, washed my hands as told and sat down. Waited 30min then someone who is not Jenny was about to start my nails.I politely told her I had a 5 o'clock appt. with Jenny she then walked away talking in her native language. When Jenny finally arrived I asked if my appt.was forgotten she said no. Very rude and had NO RESPECT for my time. She made no apology or nothing just started talking to siri the whole time doing my nails. I really wanted a new nail salon home but this won't be it. I don't care how good you are when you don't respect a person's time I won't support it. She is lucky I'm going on vacation or I would of walked out. Clearly my business is not that important to her no worries I will keep looking. Also I got there at 4:55pm didn't leave until 7:40pm No thank you. My nails were flawless but good customer service goes a looong way. Had nothing to do with "short staff" you simply didn't want to do my nails, Maybe you feel like doing my nails was beneath you b/c you do permanent makeup idk. But listen to the Christian music you play in your salon and Humble yourself...

I absolutely adore the Christian music played all day. From the moment they open until the last guest is gone everyone is given the top quality care. Very nice people, but told me they had a gel color that would match the dip powder I picked out. It did not match. They did not offer to fix it, said those were the same color by number so it matches. I still left a tip. $116 and the toes don’t match the nails

My experiences with Gracious Nails and Jenny is always a pleasure. I’ve been going to her a little over 10 years and she never fails! She knows her customers and knows what service they’re looking for! The staff is nice, Jenny has a great personality and I never have bad experience.

Today was my first time at Gracious Nails. I got a full set of acrylics with tips, and I love how they turned out! I showed my nail tech Julie a picture of what I wanted, and she gave me exactly that. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great experience! I would highly recommend coming here. I got my nails done 2 days ago (SNS powder), and they looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the tips of a couple of my nails began to chip. I called, and they were more than happy to fix it and very kind about it too! In fact, Jenny went above and beyond and made sure all my nails looked great. Having been to many nails salons, this is not always the case so I really appreciated the great customer service and my amazing looking nails!! I will definitely be back and be making this my go to spot!
