    I had an amazing experience at Saarthi Yoga Classes! Both mentally and physically, I feel so much better after attending their classes. The breathing and stretching exercises they teach are simply the best. The instructors, Sir and Madam, conduct excellent meditation sessions that create a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend Sarthi Yoga Classes to anyone seeking mental peace and a flexible body. They truly offer a holistic yoga experience. Kudos to Sir and Mam for their expertise and dedication!

    I had my knee replacement surgeries done in 2015 and 2016; post which it was difficult for me to move freely due to the limitations of the surgery. As a result, it lead to weight gain and related complications in my body. I joined Saarthi yoga class with the intention to lose weight and improve my flexibility. Apart from the improvement on my flexibility and weight loss, it also helped me get my physical and mental health in place. Sapna mam knew about my condition very well and hence gave me aasanas catered to the same. She has been super supportive and patient with me and I recommend everyone to giver here yoga classes a try!! It will benefit you in a lot of ways for sure!!

    Within 3-4months of my joining Saarthi Yoga my mind is calmer, thinking is clear, and I feel more connected with people and myself, over and above drastic increase in flexibility. I could feel different myself and I am happy. I like that we are taught the benefits of every posture and asana’s we practice, this helps to deeper connect with our bodies. Saarthi yoga has become my extended family, and we all are connected by that love. People who are not doing any exercise should join Saarthi Yoga (Off course others too… that goes without saying☺️) and you will know what you are missing.     I am an international student ( residing in Europe) and attending online yoga classes from Vishal Sir (Saarthi yoga classes) last 3 months. Personally, it has benefitted me lots especially the strain on my shoulders and migraine headache too. The online class has been really fruitful and Vishal’s clarity in terms of instruction and punctuality has made my yoga program a big success. Thanks Vishal Sir, wishing you much more successes in life always 🙏🏻

    I had joined personal home class -Saarthi Yoga Class with Vishal Sir as i was going through anxiety and 2 of my close friends had suggested. This was best life decision as Vishal sir just understands our needs and takes the class as the individual needs. He is himself very master of each aspect of yoga. I never new yoga can be so relaxing in today's busy anxious and stressful life. Most and most I want to highlight his ability to understand where in my thinking and lifestyle i am lacking in the path of mental and physical health and thus he guides so well each day that 1 hour is so relaxing and like someone who is helping me to understand the importance for lifetime. I have met Sapna ji also. she is also well in depth with yoga and diet which is important for overall lifestyle change

    I joined yoga class to mainly solve my back and chest aches and to my surprise in 1 months time itself my chest pain has totally stopped and also back issues are much relieved than before. I feel completely relaxed and energetic throughout the day after every session. Vishal sir's teaching techniques are so good, he makes the class so LIVELY. He gives personal attention to each and every member of the class. I would highly recommend this to everyone!!! Try once and you can feel the difference!

    I had so good experience with saarthi yoga classes. I liked their explanation of all Asana in yoga.. i feel relaxed mentally and physically after every class. They help to do very well in breathing excercise which cleanec inside the body.. i visiting USA at my son house i took my classe here by online.. timing was so good easy to adjust..i am glad to be part of this institute..

    My journey with Saarthi Yoga classes began few years ago.I have seen Vishal sir and Sapna mam training hundreds of students over a period of more than a decade. There are many so called yoga instructors around us but very few know what Yoga actually means n more than that very few instructors are able to pass on the knowledge n wisdom of authentic yoga to people. Kudos to Vishal sir n Sapna mam for keeping alive the authentic form of yoga which deals with not only solving your physical ailments but also working on mental n spiritual level. Also , I must admit that they have kept yoga far from the glitz n glamor n didn't get influence from the competitors around them .Both sir n mam actually practice yogic philosophy in their life n are truly one of the best yogic couple.May their tribe increase

    I have been attending Sarthi Yoga classes since 6-7 yrs. It has helped me calm my mind. They also conducted online sessions during covid period which helped me stay fit during difficult times. The best Yoga classes in Mira-Bhayander.

    Saarthi yoga classes are just amazing.. before joining this class I took 3-4 demo sessions of other classes.. but I was hooked to Saarthi yoga classes since last 5 months. I feel really lucky to have Vishal sir as my yoga guru. The positive energy and warmth he radiates is an added tool of motivation.. All asaanas and kriya done with proper breathing techniques.. I really benefitted in term of mental relaxation and physical strengthing and flexibility. Every morning session give immense energy and calmness to make my day lighter . It's such an amazing experience at Saarthi yoga classes. It fulfill my purpose.. Yoga may be a physical practice, but it has profound effects on the mind and soul, too. It can help relieve emotional tension stored in the muscles and fibers of the body. At the same time, it calms the mind by bringing your attention to the present moment. This approach helps me to give enough confidence to give reference of Saarthi Yoga Classes to others so they can get take advantage of joining yoga

    I am under medical treatment for autoimmune disorder for last 3 years. As advised by my Dr. and in order to reduce stress I used to practice some asanas and breathing exercises by watching TV channel but desperately wanted to join Yoga classes, when I my son found Sarathi Yoga through online search and I immediately joined the class. It's three months now I am practicing Yoga and meditation under the expert guidance of Sapna Ma'am. This has helped me to a great extent in improving my overall health. Now I feel energized physically and mentally and rejuvanated after each session. Both Ma'am and Sir are excellent trainers. Ma'am gives personal attention to each student during the sessions even to students attending through online mode. Overall I hv amazing experience with Sarathi. I hv no words to express my gratitude to both Ma'am and Sir for their help and support. Kudos!!!

    I am doing yoga from last 3 months at Saarthi Yoga Classes. It has been Wonderful experience for me yoga made me work with my own body and pushing myself further. I feel very Flexible, Fit and peaceful..I really wants to Thanks to Sir & Mam they are very professional, well experience, kind & deep knowledge about yoga...🙏 So..     I joined Sarthi yoga class under guidance of Sapna Ma'ma few months before. I was Having health problem like arthritis,back pain,lack of energy and I was taking lots of physio therapy but nothing worked in my condition, but after joining yoga class my body reacted positively and i saw positive improvements in my health. Best part in the class is meditation which gives peace of mind. Thanks a lot Sapna ma'am and sir

    I had an amazing experience at Saarthi Yoga Classes! Both mentally and physically, I feel so much better after attending their classes. The breathing and stretching exercises they teach are simply the best.I joined yoga to stay fit and healthy.     I had the pleasure of being a part of your Saarthi yoga community. The expert guidance of Vishal sir, combined with the seamless integration of online and offline training experiences, created an enriching Yoga experience for me. One of the highlights of my time at Saarthi Yoga, was the significant improvement in my flexibility. Although I had to discontinue my regular sessions for a while, the impact of the training has stayed with me. I wish to rejoin the sessions soon and continue my yoga journey again. Wishing you continued success in spreading the benefits of yoga to others.

    Its been 4 months of practicing yoga at Saarthi Yoga Classes and I had a very pronounced experience and enjoyed every class. The Yoga Guru (Vishal Sir and Mam) are so passionate about teaching and guiding us the right technique of Pranayam and Asanas. They put their heart and Soul while conducting the classes with the sheer intention that we are going back home/work with calmness, a more energized mind & body and also ready to face life challenges with the best attitude and behavior. I have a strong faith in Yoga as a preventive science for all our physical and mental problems, and hence I was searching for a morning class that motivates me to wake up early and invest time for self-healing , mental and physical fitness. Finally, i found one in Saarthi Yoga class. The uniqueness of this class is having physical fitness combined with breathing exercise and our yoga guru (Vishal Sir) emphasize on Breath-informed movement, which is consciously inhaling and exhaling during yoga asana to maintain a link between our mind and body and do not miss out on respiratory synchronization with body movement. I have only positive things to say about this class, the instructors and the atmosphere (What more can we ask than a Temple).

    Saarthi Yoga Class is best. I joined last month and till date I am having a great experience. Class starts on time daily, comfortable environment for practising yoga. Sir also provide online/offline options for practising yoga. While practicing for a month now, I missed one session and on that day itself I was able to sense the difference in my energy levels and also how my mind reacted in critical situation.

    I am attending Saarthi yoga classes for the last 3 months and it has been very helpful for my physical and mental health. Sapna ma'am is an extremely good yoga instructor. She literally pays attention to each and every student and makes sure that you are doing it properly. Highly recommend you to experience this

    I have joined Vishal Sir's Saarthi Yoga classes few days back, it has been a wonderful experience for me.for full 1 hr I was focusing only on my breath. After the session I feel very peaceful and relaxed with my mind and body. Thankyou Vishal sir ,you are a great yoga teacher,a very humble person and a nice soul.

    I have been attending Sarathi Yoga Classes for four years now The hour I spend doing Yoga is the best hour of my day. It keeps me physically and mentally fit and healthy. So if you're having a rough day, this class will set u back on the right path and all thanks to our instructor Sapna Mam she is absolutely amazing! she works with her guidance was clear, thoughtful, and encouraging, making the class accessible to both beginners and experienced. I found the balance between physical challenge and relaxation to be just right, leaving me feeling invigorated yet deeply relaxed by the end of the class. Sapna Mam is very professional, sweet, and friendly, filling the class with positive energy. What sets this yoga class apart is the sense of community and acceptance.     I have been attending Saarthi yoga regularly since October 2023, Saarthi Yoga Studio Is Not Just for Asana & Pranayama But Key to Be Healthy & Happy Leaving with Inner peace. They offer online sessions which is a wonderful option for me to practice yoga everyday, They include breathing exercises, and the value of doing this cannot be underestimated! During the sessions, Vishal sir often explain the benefits of certain movements or poses. I would definitely recommend everyone to try their yoga sessions.

    I never imagined that an online yoga classes will make such a significant difference in my life. I feel more better physically and mentally. Anyone will feel peaceful after attending Saarthi Yoga classes.Respected Sir gives instructions in his soothing voice at our daily yoga practices and i am now addicted to that daily 1 hour activity to follow.Even I have attended Sapna mam's session.she teaches everything very peacefully and effectively. Aasanas are very easy to perform and gives you instant results.Even my mother in law has joined classes recently and she is too experiencing significant difference.
