Hope the below review would help the needy peoples. Please check out for below pointers in gym by taking couple of demo sessions and then only opt for joining. Worst service Worst equiqments 0 women's safety* 0 maintenance Receptionists need to learn some decency , and listen to the complain and not make weird faces. As you are the one's responsible to trap the clients in this worst gym by showing them moon and stars. Staff never listens to any of clients complaints. Even owner's contact number is not provided as the staff is not capable to resolve very basic issues and no feedback system. Unhygienic washrooms, no toilet papers, no proper locks, no handwash (for gents) No parking for 2 or 4 wheelers

A good gym but arrogant & unprofessional staff!!!! We have taken membership last year and my brother had taken annual membership in last 2 years both the years there was lockdown, 2020 membership went for toss due to pandemic, we requested for extension which was declined by the staff as they stated there had been great loss, understanding the stituation we signed up for another yearly membership and as my brother referred me we were offered 13 months membership instead of 12 which we liked and hoped to hv a good experience however again in 2021 there had been a lockdown, again no extension/exceptions were given by this gym management, we expected atleast this year loss will be borne by the gym's side as last year we did but no understanding still we thought to continue, now we still hv 2 months left and my brother had been reminded for next year membership to be purchased time and again, daily reminders to renew the membership and was stated only 1 month left, on checking and reconfirming we informed them we were offered 13 months membership they checked on their system (which is a manual entry) and again we were told it's only 12 months, so to prove we provided the invoice we received at the time of purchasing the membership, I personally spoke to the manager of the gym and informed him that me & my brother were offered 13 months of membership he requested me to WhatsApp the invoice I did and also informed him that my brother has misplaced the invoice however we registered together so you shall find the records, on call he agreed and stated he'll look into it and requested for my invoice, which I sent him the same moment, post which I did not recieve any reply then coming to the month end my brother was forced to not come to the gym, and gym manager & staff is blaming and yelling that they hv a huge loss, plus a 5 lacs electricity bill, every company, brand, even the home makers had paid the bill, rents, loans for all the years inspite of lockdown, so what we have to do with that we paid for our membership and we are asking for what was promised to us and offered to us but still my brother informed again that we have 1 month more, but he was forced for the same as he is a teenager.... And post which no one ever replied... I am really dissatisfied with such unprofessional and profound behaviour of the gym management & staff, unfortunately it's a "fraud factory"

They don't have proper AC cooling. Management is playing cheap tactics to save cost at the cost of reputation of the Gym. Even during winter time, outside is better than inside the gym. Join if you want to get yourself fried while working out.

Horrible gym and my annual fees got wasted because of their approach. I have been requesting them to extend the membership as I was hospitalized for 20 days and doctor had advised 2 months rest. Also, prior to that I was out of city too. They have not been listening or responding to my emails... Im highly dissatisfied with the behavior and customer service this gym provides. I was once a member of Gold's gym and they were far far more professional and better.

AC is always off at legs section. Please arrange a donation box to accept some money so that you can keep ac running because clearly you cannot afford AC running at all time. Gym is otherwise good but 1 star for cooling issues.

When we are going for take a membership on that time you people are saying that we are the best Gym in miraroad Best Trainner who guide you and help but it's not like that Dear friends if you are coming to take the membership so confirm Because they don't have sufficient Trainner on the floor and after taking the membership all staff behaviour is change

Perfect gym for workout. The trainers are also respective. Staff is well maintain, they have also locker facilities, fully floor is air - conditioned, well hygienic washrooms, and pure water to drink after workout. The equipments are new, which is very easier to us. I recommend this gym

Gym is good and spacious. I am member since 2 years now. New equipment came too, few old machines seems to be wrapped up. Almost all Trainers keep chit-chatting with girls/ladies. Trainer will hardly guide any male member if he is doing exercise in wrong form, also if male member ask trainer to spot it, they hardly be helpful but for girls/ladies, without they asking help, they will happily do the needful. I had never seen trainer giving post workout stretches to male members. Females have lifetime free stretches offer. So basically, Trainers are big CHAMDI.

One of the best gym located in Mira road locality.It has huge premise with all latest machinery along with CrossFit section and have great trainer who can assist you in your workout.The main USP of this gym is it's huge premise and equipment.Very rarely in gym you find assault bikes and stair climber along with rock climbers but this gym has everything.Also most important this place is opened 24by7 only Sunday is half day.Do visit this gym if you live in same locality.

One of the biggest gym in Mira Bhayender region. The gym is well maintained and have more than adequate equipments for a good workout session. In trainers are well behaved and provide your adequate guidance required during a session. On top of that the gym offers steam and shower faculties as well.

Best gym in mira road no doubt spacious,humble trainer's, steam, bath and more but the Machines quality aren't that great as of fitness plus or ifit (big gyms of mira road). Overall facility is amazing they also provide emi option on yearly membership.

Gym is really good.. with new tech machines.. also the trainer are really qualified and good in training and helping for example Sanish Sunny.. really it's very second home like feeling.. I never want to skip gym because of the environment and people.. really I enjoy working out here..

It's Verynice gym Clean and tidy, All the trainers are too good and helpful if you ask anything .... Over all very nice gym with well equipped but yes Every gym approach for PT it's common they say it that they won't approach but then it's personal choice they won't force you atleast.

I was excited to join this gym, but most people in our area say they keep the AC (air conditioner) close. They keep close and try to save money and don't care about the customer, even after requesting they don't open, they ignore and when I visited the gym the AC was not open. So i finally decided to join some other gym. And i fell all 5 star reviews are done forcefully or after requests to the members to please give them 5 star rating.

Poor Management... They switch off A.C which gets suffocated.. i can see the fan running and window open. no general trainer ever seen on the ground... Even if the trainer is free they never see anyone while workout. They are busy in gossips. Sometimes equipments are broken and it takes almost a week to repair.

Best gym in Mira road. I m here been 2 yrs and having good experience with fitness factory. Trainer are helpful and counter staff is also polite. Please join fitness factory you will get better experience over here.

Its nice and spacious, but there was cockroach in the ladies steam room when i went to check the gym for first time so not sure about the hygiene of the gym

One of the finest experience specially in Mira Road you can't find such experience here. Specially the environment it brings is professional as well as hardworking. The trainers here are very good they help in every possible way from diet to training every single aspect. Amazing experience overall.

The best gym in Mira Road... Literally! Amazing trainers, enough machines and dumbbells/barbells, enough benches. The only request to management for a shin exercise machine if possible.

The gym has good space, enough machines and equipment that won't let you wait for your turn even in peak hours. However, quality of equipment could be far better to ensure you workout in proper form to avoid any injury. Besides, if you have a zumba session going on you will hear music so loud that it might give you headache and you might need earplugs. They don't have parking space for 4 wheelers.

Fitness factory is best gym in whole Mira road. Trainer nd staffs are very cooperative. I like this Gym very much and always wanted to be a part of this Gym.

The best Gym of Mira Bhayandar. Some of the features i like the most are - (24/7 open) Me being working in Entertainment Industry as a Director I have no fix time, Fitness Factory gives me the time flexibility option. Other than this the gym is very spacious and loaded with proper equipments which helps us not to wait for our turn. The ambience is also nice. The staff is helpful. I highly recommend Fitness Factory.

Gym is ok, has all type of machines and equipments. Trainer is little problem here they don't give u much advice unless you take Personal Training.
