unprofessional staff and this was the ugliest hotel I have ever been to in my life.. i have requested a hotel room from 11 am to 4 pm i paid the full amount. i went for lunch around1 pm and when i back to the hotel around 2 pm they already take out my luggage from my room and all other my stuff which are open in the room they throw like garbage and when i started shouting they gave me a pathetic reply that by mistake they check out before time and they were even not apologizing properly ..not recommended at all be aware

The manager and staff is the worst , they don’t have manners to talk to women and create their own rules . Even after paying full price they are treating the customers very badly . Never recommend this hotel to anyone Very bad experience

Go for their deluxe and super deluxe rooms. Brilliant hospitality by reception, staff. Super comfy rooms and amenities. Loved it!

Rooms are not up to the mark as per price , 2400 was the room tarrif quoted and half day charged applied was 1800 was very unreasonable. no breakfast , also need to update them selves as per industry 2 noon check in and 12 noon check out is what followed everywhere as per industrial standards.

Please don't use this hotel, they gave me a room charged me with ac room price. The full night the ac was not working. Upon telling the staff they told me that I am talking rude to them. The lady at reception is not there to help however she is there to justify that there is no other room available. I have stayed in lot of property across India. This was most worst experience that I have. If there was a negative rating i would have given them negative star rating. Please avoid at any cost. I think all other good review is either bought or updated by the seo team. They will only charge a lot of money and when it comes to service it will bunch of non sense excuses. Plus this is not the first time I am getting this kind of service form this property. I have paid in advance for the service, but never got it.

Arrogant staff. The uncle who sits on reception will talk harshly to you. Hotels are meant to be helpful to the customer and there this hotel. I was glad I didn't paid for the first place. I was on long ride and wanted to crash out of tiredness. They have STRICT 11 AM check-in. I asked if room is available can you give early check-in. That uncle said " free mai thodi de dega". 2500 seems free to him.😅 Because of this types of people I started caring my own tent. When I ride I just need to find safe place to make tent and rest for the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE.

Good hotel to stay, that too in reasonable price. The entrance, lobby and rooms were neat and well managed, even the toilets were clean. Lift is also available. Even free parking facility is also available. Overall it is a very good hotel is manager and staff very good experience

Decent rooms at cost effective price, try to book the rooms directly rather than any app as they offer a good deal ranging from 2400/- for a double occupancy for a deluxe room. There is no in dine, u need to place order and wait for the food to come, rather there are some decent joints close by for lunch and dinner.

Staff and manager not at all responsible…if u will call them for booking they just show us that they don’t have concern about their clients. They want to us visit there for inquiry and I have visited also for the same but their manager not there so they told us please visit as per their time schedule.

Very poor service. Checked in at 9 pm. Even till 12 am our room wasn't ready. Floors were sticky. Bad response from the staff.

Good rooms, need a lot of work on the dirty old washrooms, the night staff were quite kind compared to the ones during the day which was a bit of a turn off that stops me from giving this place a 5 star 🥲
