This place is conveniently located in the midst of where u need to be in Miami. This is a pretty good and standard hotel. The only time I I interacted with the staff was upon my arrival during checkin and the young man was a great help and got me checked in right away. When I got to my room it was nice and cold. It had a fridge and a microwave. But most importantly it was a clean room. The breakfast was decent. Was a relaxing one night stay.

Small hopping black bugs in the room. They didnt seem to bite, but were a nuisance. They were not bed bugs or ticks though. Other than that, the place is average and clean enough. Definitely just a place of convenience. When we were there, the pool was out unexpectedly, but they directed you to the hotel in the same plaza, so that was considerate.

The room looked nice. However, there were dozens of small black bugs by the sink and coffee machine. We asked to move to another room. The second room on another floor had the same issue. The third room we got moved to still had the bugs but less of them. They were also at the front desk. I'm dissatisfied with this location due to the bugs and now I don't feel comfortable eating the breakfast there since there are bugs on that floor too. Not a good experience.

The hotel rooms are clean and the room are spacious. The breakfast was good for what they had available and the drinks were watered down. I would just stick to coffee or water. No waffles to make due to the hotel not receiving their shipment. Maybe in the future that we change. The front desk clerks just always seemed busy. Either you had to wait on them from the back or wait for them to finish a conversation amongst themselves. Dry conversations from the overnight shift and day shift. A simple "How's your morning/evening going?" goes a long way.

Wonderful staff. I felt cared for and you don’t find that in many businesses. When I first came to the hotel the room they had for me was not going to work due to asthma. The front desk attendant and manager was very accommodating and got me settled into a better suited room. I had to wait a bit, however it was worth the wait. The view was spectacular. I took off 1 star from the room due to the lack of privacy because of the bathroom door and it came off the hinges.

I got scam!!! Made a reservation by phone, went to get my room and there was no reservation in my name, I call back to see what was going on, some girl hang up on me twice, know they're trying to change me $146.00 per night for a 3days stay. 😥

So we just finished up our cruise with Royal Caribbean and got to our hotel around 9am. Chk in wasn't till 3pm. The receptionist Andrea allowed us to put our bags in a locked backroom. Offered us breakfast, which was going on til 10. Which was the best continental breakfast at any hotel I've stayed at. We then were allowed to wait in the lobby till our room was ready. I feel asleep and was woken by Andrea stating our room was ready. It wasn't even 11 am yet. She got us into our room so fast I couldn't believe it. 5 star treatment from Andrea and all of the staff. The staff here are so kind. The ladies at breakfast work very hard and I have such appreciation for all their effort. My room was huge with the basics. Not cozy at all. But I got used to it after a week. Lady at the front desk I think knew I was just tired and got me some waters. I love kindness like that.

This is a lovely hotel, in a convenient location, especially to have something clean, quaint yet in a hospitable spot to Miami and surrounding areas. The room was clean, cool, and cozy. Nothing fancy, nothing special, but nice for what it is! The pool is lovely, the view is not bad. This would be five stars if the price was a little better and if it were not for the fact there is a big landfill just across the way. This particular day, the breeze was downwind from the landfill, and after an hour or so spent at the pool, I just couldn’t bear that smell. It’s not that bad, but it’s there. I haven’t seen too much about that here, given it’s a normal thing in Florida. But it’s not the best smell and it certainly put a damper on my day. Otherwise I have enjoyed this stay and would recommend. Just bear this in mind if you don’t care for the smell of landfills.

The hotel is a very nice place, the rooms are huge. This is a pet friendly hotel. they need to tell guests they are staying in a pet friendly floor or room. I had to ask if there were animals in the room as I am allergic to pet hair and dander. I was wheezing and coughing the whole visit, I literally went through a whole inhaler. I just feel they should notify guests or ask if they are ok staying in a room that has had animals stay.

While staying here I got a really bad case of food poisoning from a nearby restaurant I ate dinner at. I called Debrah to extend my stay one night because I cant drive in this condition and she could hear I was sick so she asked if she could bring me anything. This little gesture meant so much because I was beyond dehydrated so I asked for water and juice. Clara ended up bringing me a plate of easy to eat foods, vitamins c pack and all the juice and water I could imagine. There is hope in humanity. I am beyond grateful.

Upon arrival, was pleasantly welcomed by the receptionist Andrea, she was so nice and even up graded my room upon request. The hotel is very clean, up to date and the rooms are clean with comfortable bedding.

Room Keys stopped working at 10:00 AM. Went down to reception twice to get the new key cards but the problem was not solved. Were able to able to open the room with the help of the cleaning team. The receptionist did not even say sorry to us. Disappointed.

The service was the best I’ve seen in a decade. Everyone was as nice and friendly as they could be! Fantastic location. You can’t beat the sunset views (see photo)! We used the dive boat for two days of diving. It is very convenient to walk out of your room and get on the boat. Also, the rinse tub and dry locker was a great amenity. The crew on the dive boat were also phenomenal. Super friendly, informative and helpful. Fun times on the boat. Great crowd. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. My room was newly remodeled, fresh and clean. The A/C had no problem keeping up. The only knock I can say is the walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors slamming doors and hear their probably too loud TVs - not really the hotels fault. Want to go back in the future.

As soon as I arrived for check-in the front desk gentleman (forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. We were there attending a family reunion and our stay was great! Very clean rooms and establishment overall, especially the pool area. The location was also a plus, it was near a lot of things.

The beds did not have clean sheets when we got to the room and they were never changed during our stay at the hotel. When we got to the room the towels did not smell clean. The bathroom did not have an odor extractor and the smell could not be tolerated every time someone used the bathroom.

My hotels of choice are always Hilton and this one did NOT disappoint. The room stayed cool in the Florida heat and probably one of my best nights sleep and visits. I travel a lot and if I am ever back in the area, this will be my go to hotel.

Very bad customer service. I was charged 2 times. I paid in cash on the check out date and I asked more than 1000 times with people from Front Desk if this was ok, and the answer was affirmative. Coming back from the trip, checking my credit card balance, I saw the duplicated charge. Still trying to recover it, and on top I paid the taxes for international transaction !!!! The detail: I am HH diamond member, can’t imagine the level of customer services of the others. ///////….. STILL WAITING FOR ANSWER after all the documentation already SENT more than 4 times !!

This was the best hotel stay we've experienced in a long while. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the decor was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff was friendly and professional.

Great stay as far as the front desk staff and the comfortable room. The breakfast in the morning was good. The only downer of my trip is my catalytic converter was stolen off my pickup truck during the night at the south end Side of the parking lot.

Great great location if you’re visiting hard rock stadium for events. Stayed here for Formula 1 and other soccer fútbol events. Don’t stay if you’re looking for luxury. Only convenience. Beds are clean, good cable options, and AC works well. That’s about it. In my last stay, carpet was sticky, bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, the room smelled like they’d tried to cover up some other smell, the air inside felt moist. Hope they’re going to fix it soon.

I always have a good stay at this location. Easy access from the highway, lots of restaurant choices on UBER eats. It feels quaint and homey for me. No parking hassles or when my family and/or friends visit me at my home away from home.

Stayed 4 nights for a business trip. Met expectations for corporate travel. Rooms are large and clean, but outdated in style. Front desk and breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, bagels, coffee...etc. My only complaint is that there was a strong mold/mildew smell in the hallway of the 5th floor all 4 nights that triggered my allergies in the room. I would consider staying here again on a different floor as that was my only downside.

Hotel offers a decent stay. The room was good. Bathroom although updated could use some repair work on the ceiling and a few bugs on the bathroom floor. Hotel staff was not the most friendly. Digital keys are used at this location. Location of the hotel is great. Close to the main roadways to get to Miami or the beaches.

Good: Off the Turnpike exit. Clean rooms. Standard room is spacious. Quiet hotel. Bad: Not too many bad things, so I'll say needs improvement. Breakfast was kinda limited as far as continental breakfast goes. Only dark roast coffee?!? Yuck. No hot chocolate. Not even the single packets. Definitely a work location (not near any attractions). Its lakeside, nice looking outside. Did not visit weight room or pool but they have both.

We had a fine time at this property. The staff was super attentive and professional. A special thank you to Aeysha, from the front desk, for your kindness and caring attitude. You made our stay the most enjoyable!

Good room, with extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, but not my taste. The only thing which really disturbed me a lot were the plastic plates and forks. Feels very cheap...

Great convenient place to stay during our visit to the Miami Tennis Open at the Hard Rock Stadium. Only problem was with the cleanliness of the outdoor pool and the inoperable hot tub. Breakfast was terrific!

Hotel is relatively new and facilities are clean. Staff was overall cordial and willing to help. Room was huge, but sparcely furnished; a couple of additional chairs and drawers would have been nicer and helpful. Despite numerous lamps the room was dark. We had tons of lights coming through the windows and had an awesome pond view. However, we couldn't open the shades because we were in the first floor right next to the pool and automatically became the equivalent of a Macys window display. FYI, housekeeping is only provided upon request, we requested it on our last night and never got it despite calling the front desk to double check. Therefore we had to go throw out the garbage and pick up towels at the front desk. Overall it's a nice hotel and we would probably stay here again.

Deborah and her team took great care of me and my husband. We had to extend our stay and Andrea ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Lonnie provided great room service. Yaniris, worked hard to keep the hotel clean every day. We thank them for their hospitality during our time of need.
