Superb little quiet pub (though it was a Monday afternoon). Views to die for and very modern / smart inside. Wished we could have stayed longer!

This place has a buzz as a place where we enjoy the company of friends, at the end of a working day or at weekends. Question: how do we open the freaking doors to the beer garden with two drinks or more with out waste or the destruction of carpets? Seriously!

It's absolutely brilliant. Arranged to meet a friend who lived locally. So, I am only able to have one pint. But it was first class, and I felt like a kid in a sweet shop and no pennies. It's a pub you can easily miss, if u don't live local, but we'll be worth a visit. The lady behind the bar was also very helpful..

Great venue if you want a quiet drink or a celebration. The pub is on 3 levels and has lots of areas to sit and there is a marquee outside which is lovely. Great choice if drinks and reasonably priced

Dark Landlord superb! Normal Landlord also as well as blondes for the uneducated. Plenty of space, loads spring/summer.

The Rising Sun is the best local pub I've ever had. Excellent friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, great beer garden with fantastic views. I will miss it when I move!
