What a joke! Ordered the eagle bowl... look at this joke... they say pepperoni and sausage... not a single piece of meat in here... you guys should just close already! Thanks for telling me to say your name next time I go... no way I'm showing up to your restaurant with this absurd quality.

The food was good at a good price. We had their brisket nachos and pizza. Brisket could be a little more juicier, but the pizza tasted homemade and fresh. The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs. But the place could use some care. The floor could use a coat of paint and a could of the doors new hydraulics from keeping it from slamming.

Great location and atmosphere. However, the food and service have a long way to go. Asked for no mushrooms and repeated the request so the server wouldn't forget. Still received mushrooms. Whatever my wife ordered was not correct either as she said was missing components of her sandwich and it was soggy. Essentially this place serves bar food which is fine because it's a bar atmosphere, but the quality of food can certainly improve and the service can most certainly improve as well as our server was not attentive during our visit during non-peak hours.

We stopped in on an early afternoon, and there were a handful of people at the bar. Our bartenders were friendly and made us feel welcome. We split a gluten free pizza and it was very good.

Was wondering where the Manager or Owner were?, No one cares about service all are running around with no clue how to wait on customers.The servers should have their assignd tables so they can take care of their Customers.Went there twice Bad service.Nice out on the patio for a beer .The food from the kitchen takes 30 min. Way to long for lunch. And Dinner was40 min .All employees need to be Trained about the Menu ,and what Beers on draft. What Wines to suggest. Hope you're business will get much better.

This is now my favorite pizza place and sports bar in Fort Myers. I have been there multiple times and never had a bad experience. The Signature pizza is my favorite. I also want to call out all of the wait staff and bartenders, especially Sophie. The service has always been the best without exception. Highly recommend this bar to anyone visiting Fort Myers.

My husband and I had dinner here after seeing it on TV on More in the Morning. We both had the Mexican Bowl. It was delicious and plentiful. My husband had a beer and he liked it a lot. The server was very upbeat and friendly. There is seating outside and the bar is inside and outside. Very pleasant. We sat at a table just inside and could see out and enjoy what was going on. This restaurant is where Aurelio’s used to be. To add to the fun, our sheriff and his staff was at the mall for the opening of the outreach center.

We went there yesterday around 5 pm. We had to seat ourselves. It took 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. Then we had to wait 40 minutes to get our drinks. They just dumped barbeque sauce on our wings. There was so much sauce that I had to use a fork to find a couple of the wings. The beer I ordered was room temperature when I got it. The pizzas my sons ordered and my salad was good. The service was very bad. they are seriously understaffed and need more help and better management.

The food is okay but the service sucks. Asked 3 times for Alyssa to refill our drinks and she conveniently forgot our table but had no issues remembering her tables all around us. Never came back to ask if we needed anything amd never asked if we needed our check split. Pizza was good but experience could have been better.

The food isn't as good as it was when I first started going here. It was excellent before. Everything on the menu was tasty. Now it's just blah. Average. Not spectacular like it was before. I'm not sure what changed. Now I'm more conscious of what I'm spending on the food.

Wait staff was great. Pizza awful.. Ordered a sausage and onion pizza well done. Sausage was very thin slices, a few thin slices of red onion and very greasy. Not much sauce. Our second and last visit.

I came in for my first visit and had a black and blue burger. When I ordered I asked for it med rare and when it came out it was well done and dry. When the manager came to ask how it was and I let her know I asked for med rare she said they're all cooked at that temp or that's how that Patty's are or something, I didn't really understand what she said but I was clearly disappointed and she just walked away. When the server came to clean the table, she didn't even address that I didn't eat 3/4 of my burger. I checked the menu and they didnt note it that burger temps are not cooked to order so she could have mentioned it when i asked for med rare so i could have changed my order. They had a channel on TV showing cleft lip babies getting surgeries and that's just not something you want to see while eating. But the music they were playing was good, their fries were good.

No complaints with our server, but the food here is very bland and underwhelming. Skip the food. Mixed drink was super weak. Unforgettable and over priced. I can see why it was dead on a Friday night.

Every time I come here I always have to wait forever even when it’s dead. Me and my friend waited for 5-10 minutes and there were 3 workers talking to each other avoiding looking at us. Never even took our order so we just left. This is the 2nd time this has happened where the workers avoid having to take an order. Definitely don’t plan on coming back.

Went for lunch with my wife. Server was great and helpful. The place is filthy. Our arms were sticking to the table. Spider webs everywhere. Ceiling tile water damage. The place had a college stale beer smell to it. We didn’t notice some of these things before we ordered- So we rode it out. Food was mediocre at best.

Good pizza. Good Caesar dressing. Lots of drunk people.

Been here a few times and food is good. However, no kids menu or no high chairs ( that we know of since we’ve never been asked if we need any). Service has always been a struggle and slow but tonight was another level of absolutely awful. Worst dining experience we have ever had. We tried getting a table but the hostess didn’t know if they could accommodate us nor what the wait time would be nor adding us to the wait list. She mentioned that the staff rolled their eyes to her when she asked them for help on seating or a wait! So second try to seat and we got sat thankfully but literally took 25 minutes to get a water let along see our server. No sense of urgency and service towards anyone. We had to grab a random server to ask when we would see someone and get greeted. Took another 15 min for our drinks to come out. After we got our food order in that was another long wait. Ended up having another server take care of us since our original stayed behind the bar and never came back out to us. Two out of the 6 food orders came out and the other four never came out until we all wanted to leave 1.5 hours later. One of the orders didn’t get what he asked for either but ended up leaving since he was beyond annoyed tonight. 2 out of 6 people ate and the four took the food to go since it was the longest and worst service ever. Felt bad for the server for ended up taking care of us but she and the food runner were nice and handled themselves with poise. I would be more than embarrassed with how everything went with service. We weren’t the only table that was waiting over an hour and ended up getting upset about their terrible experience. Owner needs to recognize the terrible service, if not they will be loosing customers with this happening since I’ve heard others say they’ve had the same experience. Very disappointed tonight!

First time we went we waited an hour and a half on appetizers to come out. Our main course came out first. Second time we went we got asked for our IDs one guest did not have an id with her. So we simply couldn’t just sit and eat food. Why do I need an ID to eat at a restaurant? Doesn’t say anything about it on the website or anything.

Hands down the WORST pizza I have had in my entire life. The couch, sauce and cheese all tasted like cardboard. I was so excited for this place to open and extremely letdown when it was so awful. We need a good pizza place around here, and unfortunately this is NOT the place. 🤮

This is a great place for wings with very nice service! Netty was our bartender and server the first time we went, she is so warm, friendly, and talkative! Miranda is also great too. Would highly reccommend

2nd time in 2 weeks that we have been here. Ordered pizzas, tenders and sandwiches both times. All are amazing. The pizza is close to the best pizza I have had. I don’t like the super thin but I do like a thin. And it’s amazing. The tenders were also very good. The other thing on the menu that you’ve got to try is the french fries with gravy. It’s a must. Thanks.

The place to stop for good food, cold beverages and great service. Super friendly and the best bartenders. Netty, by far is the most attentive and customer friendly gal around, she is the best . . . . . and her working partner, named Miranda is tops as well and they never let you sitting around without a drink in front of you. I've had their Chicken Philly as well as their Pizza (they even sell it by the slice), their Buffalo dip w/nachos is a great starter and everything just want to make you keep coming back for more. Great location at 9909 Gulf Coast Center Main St. and plenty of parking. So, stop in and ask for Netty the next time in the area, you won't regret it.

Having visited this place several times, I can't say enough about the amazing food, friendly staff, and the perfect Sunday football atmosphere. The pizza is top-notch, the staff is welcoming, and it's our go-to spot for Sunday games. Highly recommended!

By far the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The bar and restaurant was empty yet we sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before I had to make eye contact with the bartender for her to even acknowledge us although she had been talking to the male customer next to us. The bartender seemed annoyed when we spoke to her to put in a drink and appetizer order. 30 minutes later still no appetizer and still no follow up from the bartender. She was too busy socializing with her friends to bother coming by and checking up on us or the food order. At that point the lead bartender for the night came in for her shift and the first thing she did was check up on us. She was great but at that point we were irate and more than ready to go. We asked to speak to the manager and he asked us what we thought the solution was. That’s his job not ours. What he could of started with was making sure our food order was in and get us better competent service. His offer of free drinks was declined because it wasn’t about getting anything free, it was as simple as getting good service that we were more than happy to pay for.

The service here is amazing. I called to schedule a big order and the general manager and owner were both so nice and available. The owner called from Tampa to help me and gave us a discount, too! When I went in to pre pay, she refused to accept a tip because I ordered for a school. I also ordered pizza for my family online. It was ready at the exact time they said it would be, and they walked it out to us while my daughter played across the roundabout. We ate the pepperoni pizza, Buffalo wings, and mozzarella, marinara, and basil pizza. Everything was so so good. I'm so happy this is on my way home!

Where should I start, how about the bartender/server was very rude. No smiles threw our menus on the table. Like I was inconveniencing her. Not once came over to the table to see how our food was. She literally sat on her phone the whole time mind you we were the only people in there another couple came in and she did the same to them. They only ate two bites of their food, and they left with a to go box. Instead of sitting on your phone, the whole time you should be cleaning the floors disgusting french fries, wrappers napkins, ect. Poor you should be cleaning the nasty windows if I could get a job to stay on my phone all day and not do anything and be rude to people and make money. Maybe this is the place I need to be. First time and last time and trust me, I go out to eat a lot for lunch and dinner a lot and you will never have my service ever again and if people ask me, I will tell them to go somewhere else. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Sorry for leaving a negative review, but I only speak the truth and if you don’t like it, don’t read it.

Amazing pizza. The home made buffalo chicken dip was as amazing. The atmosphere is really upbeat and whoever controls the music knew their $;)@. Highly recommend. We had mushrooms and pepperoni and it was amazing. Oh yeah. We also had the brisket nachos. Very tasty. Can’t wait to go back. Well done!!

The restaurant was mostly empty at 5 pm on a Saturday evening and should have been a red flag. I have been to the pizza destination of the previous name and hoped the new owner had experience from the old name sake. Of the 15 or so patrons most were sat at the outside bar. There were kids present which helped me decide it was kid friendly. Not much has been changed on the inside from previous owners other than the name sake. Now the bad. Waitresses and bartenders having a good time making more noise than the patrons. I am not opposed to having fun at work but when I am waiting to have my order taken or waiting on drinks and apps to arrive, that is an issue. The meatloaf was warmed up from frozen. Frozen fries. Not very warm after being cooked. "Cowboy corn" corn with bell pepper. Not very good. Servers were friendly but need training on being aware of patrons needs.

I ordered the white pizza, so darn good! My bf ordered the cheese steak sandwich. We are very picky about these and it was really good! Fries were awesome too. Recommend this place!

This is a great place, TV’s are perfect for sports. TY is awesome behind the bar. *sidenote, spend the money and get your sound system, main mixer, and cable boxes intergrated… it’s a lousy system and it takes away from your staff having to adjust Inside/outside volume.. all it takes is two zones versus wires all over the place. What a great place. Fantastic prices and really great food. We went for lunch today and we would highly recommend it to others! I had a cobb salad (so good - avocado & all ingredients were fresh and delicious) and my husband had a steak and cheese sandwich (said it was the best he's had (honestly)!

Went on a Friday night. Had a later dinner around 9pm. Pizza was good! Thin crust and foldable. Only thing - wish there was more sauce on the pizza. It’s toppings and cheese with a very little bit of sauce. The place gets lively the later you stay. A lot of college kids at 10/11pm.

Ordered for the first time for delivery. We got a 16” half cheese/half pep - our whole family loved it, even the kids! We also ordered the buffalo chicken dip appetizer with tortilla chips. We were worried at first with the size of the container but it was plenty, and delicious!

The service here was really good. All the people working were kind and attentive. The appetizers were pretty good, but they were out of burgers and the chicken tenders were not good. The buffalo sauce they use is very oily and bland. This place seems more like a place for drinks.
