Been
here
a
few
times
and
food
is
good.
However,
no
kids
menu
or
no
high
chairs
(
that
we
know
of
since
we’ve
never
been
asked
if
we
need
any).
Service
has
always
been
a
struggle
and
slow
but
tonight
was
another
level
of
absolutely
awful.
Worst
dining
experience
we
have
ever
had.
We
tried
getting
a
table
but
the
hostess
didn’t
know
if
they
could
accommodate
us
nor
what
the
wait
time
would
be
nor
adding
us
to
the
wait
list.
She
mentioned
that
the
staff
rolled
their
eyes
to
her
when
she
asked
them
for
help
on
seating
or
a
wait!
So
second
try
to
seat
and
we
got
sat
thankfully
but
literally
took
25
minutes
to
get
a
water
let
along
see
our
server.
No
sense
of
urgency
and
service
towards
anyone.
We
had
to
grab
a
random
server
to
ask
when
we
would
see
someone
and
get
greeted.
Took
another
15
min
for
our
drinks
to
come
out.
After
we
got
our
food
order
in
that
was
another
long
wait.
Ended
up
having
another
server
take
care
of
us
since
our
original
stayed
behind
the
bar
and
never
came
back
out
to
us.
Two
out
of
the
6
food
orders
came
out
and
the
other
four
never
came
out
until
we
all
wanted
to
leave
1.5
hours
later.
One
of
the
orders
didn’t
get
what
he
asked
for
either
but
ended
up
leaving
since
he
was
beyond
annoyed
tonight.
2
out
of
6
people
ate
and
the
four
took
the
food
to
go
since
it
was
the
longest
and
worst
service
ever.
Felt
bad
for
the
server
for
ended
up
taking
care
of
us
but
she
and
the
food
runner
were
nice
and
handled
themselves
with
poise.
I
would
be
more
than
embarrassed
with
how
everything
went
with
service.
We
weren’t
the
only
table
that
was
waiting
over
an
hour
and
ended
up
getting
upset
about
their
terrible
experience.
Owner
needs
to
recognize
the
terrible
service,
if
not
they
will
be
loosing
customers
with
this
happening
since
I’ve
heard
others
say
they’ve
had
the
same
experience.
Very
disappointed
tonight!
