The other day, I came to the hospital trying my best to make it in time for the reception, and even though I checked the website and the last reception was supposed to be at 6:00 p.m., something like a heavy stone was placed at the entrance with a sign saying that reception was closed for the day more than 5 minutes earlier. It was placed there. I gave up and was about to go home, but I wasn't satisfied, so I called the receptionist and asked her if the last reception was at 6:00pm.She didn't answer, but asked me my name and asked if I could come in. I was able to receive medical attention. It was definitely a last-minute time, but since I would be arriving at the same time the next day and I didn't do Saturday, I couldn't give up. Since the last reception is set at 18:00, there is a high possibility that no patients will come after that time, but please do not hand out your ticket before the closing time. It's strange for me to come in with an apologetic attitude and apologize. The conversation between the two receptionists was jarring until my name was called. Please refrain from private conversations that are not related to work.

I filled out a medical questionnaire at the reception desk, and the nurse asked me about my symptoms in detail, which I explained to them. When I went to see the doctor, I was told that I was not an expert and that I should go to another hospital. The doctor didn't feel sick, but on the spot he searched the internet and recommended a hospital that wasn't related to my symptoms and gave me a copy. And the initial consultation fee was properly collected. What was the purpose of the preliminary interview? Is the initial consultation fee just a 3-minute internet search fee? In the end, I did my own research and went to another hospital. If you are not an expert, just let me know before the consultation and I will leave quietly. It was a response that showed no sincerity.

We have thorough infection control measures and equipment, so you can visit our clinic with peace of mind. The receptionist had a casual response, but I didn't get a bad impression. The nurses seem very polite and kind. However, I got the impression that the doctor's response was very cold, and I felt like it was my fault for coming as a patient. Is there some compatibility? Even if the symptoms weren't serious, they felt unwell and went to the hospital, so I'm sure they are busy with the coronavirus pandemic, but I wish they would have been more considerate. thank you very much.

The clinic and facilities are very clean. Transparent partitions have been installed at almost all face-to-face locations, and the waiting room is large enough to avoid crowding and is well ventilated. The nurses were wearing face guards in addition to masks, and I think the infection control measures were almost perfect. The only complaints I had about the facilities were that the lighting in the toilet was a little dim and the sink seemed to be clogged, so I felt like they could improve that. Also, the nurses, staff, and doctors were very polite and quick to respond. I'll definitely come back if anything happens.

I've been going there all the time. Dr. Watanabe is really kind and listens to me, and although my disease may not be his area of expertise, I can also tell that they are concerned about their own patient's disease and are always gathering information about it. I am able to live a healthy life every day with the peace of mind that my doctor will take care of me if I have any problems. Thank you always so much. The reception staff and nurses are all professional and kind, making it a really nice hospital.

The teacher here really pays close attention to me. I recently moved here and was worried about finding a good doctor, but I felt relieved. I don't know if it's because it's so popular, but it's hard to get a reservation. I tried calling from 9:30am but couldn't get through until 10am.

The nurse was very kind and gave me a good impression, but the doctor was very cold. When I wrote on the medical history form, ``I had a lot of symptoms that fit me, so I thought I might have β—‹β—‹,'' and it seemed as if this was the case. I was told in a way that made me believe that I was sick, saying, ``If you believe that way, you will shorten your lifespan.'' Moreover, even though I have never fainted or passed out, I said, ``There is no way I could faint because of that because it would be life-threatening.'' I have never experienced syncope and did not write it on the medical questionnaire. I haven't even communicated it verbally. I will never go there again.

2/20 I went to the doctor for a pain in my foot, but the pain in my foot had subsided to some extent due to work last week, but I went to the doctor today. I just looked through the partition and asked if it was gout, but they said it wasn't the case and said they would give me painkillers, so I asked for a compress, but they only gave me painkillers so I bought a compress at a drug store. I am so angry that I will never go to this hospital again. Hospitals that say only good things on social media but don't match their content will eventually go bankrupt!

Yesterday, when I was examined, I was told that I suspected breast cancer, but when I told my doctor today about the examination results, he said, ``That's unlikely.'' In the end, the cause was determined to be a side effect of the medication I was taking, but at yesterday's examination, there was no explanation about the medication.
