    Normally when I go here it’s rather fantastic. I only knocked off a star because my last order with them they completely forgot 2 orders of strawberry delights and we asked for no lettuce and all of our items had lettuce. Keep in mind we ordered through the app so that it would be even easier for the staff, did not seem to help. Other than that one incident I’ve never had a problem.

    I'm a Doordash driver and when I came to pick up the order and deal with the Manger I was poorly treated even though I was only doing what I was told. it's hard to believe that a Manger can be so rude. hope future interactions do not go the same way.

    The food was okay, but the service was bad. They took my order wrong, and I noticed it before the food came out by looking at the receipt. I let the lady at the drive thru know, and a manager came and refunded what I paid for the recharged me for the correct items. When my order was ready we pulled around the building and checked the order. There were sauces and items missing, so I went in the store. They ignored me at the front counter and then proceeded to tell me all items were in the, which they were not.

    So I went to the counter to tell them my order was completely wrong. Found out two other people were waiting because their orders were wrong too. And then our food was put together so poorly. Tacos all broken and meat only on parts of the food. My kids thought their crunch wraps were all meatless tell the last few bites. I had high hope….

    We ordered 4 items. 2 steak quesadillas with extra steak and 2 grilled cheese steak burritos, no rice with extra steak. The cashier was rude. The quesadillas had less steak than a normal one would have and no sauce. I don't even know what the burrito is that they gave us but it certainly isn't what we ordered. This was our first time visiting this location and I don't see us recommending it.

    Went through the drive-thru I was informed there was only one lady at the register and one person cooking food so it would be about 15 minutes before I would get my food I appreciated her letting me know that I did place my order and the food was great thank you for your service

    It’s Taco Bell not Olive Garden, you get what you pay for, whole place offers same as any place and ain’t paid enough to care come in politely with respect and get it back, love y’all fast food workers keep up the work guys!

    Been here multiple times since they’ve opened and I’ve had the best service! Also the potatos and chips are fresh (if you know, you know how rare this is).

    This location was great when they opened. I never had any issues with my orders. There's never really a line, service is fast. However, the last month or so almost every single order there's been something wrong with my order. Usually it's stuff that already comes on my order! Come on y'all.

    Order at kiosks only. Didn't use as much sour cream in taco supremes as I've had elsewhere. Chulupa seemed to have beans instead of meat.

    Well I have to say the quality and portions certainly decreased dramatically and for a family of 4 our price was no different then going to hacienda , what a shame Taco Bell used to be the place to go

    I’ve had great experiences here! They give the fullest and best tacos and burritos I’ve got at Taco Bell. I’m shocked to see the mixed reviews. I guess expect hit or miss with this location.

    This new location was disappointing. The food was made well, but the new building was uncessarily dirty. No one would come to the counter to take our order so reluctantly we used the kiosk which barely worked. The order process, the unnecessary questions, combined with the touch screen was maddening. It wouldn't register our inputs and in the end was finally able to get it to take a couple random letters for our name so we could submit the order. Why do I need to select a drink product when it is self serve? Why do I need to skip sauce packet prompt when they are self serve? Why does the menu of combo items not align with what is displayed above the counter?

    Half the times I’ve gotten tacos, the shells were always broken, or soggy. It baffles me how I ask for a regular hard shell taco, and they put SOUR CREAM on them. Let alone they don’t care how the food is bagged, there’s been countless times where I’ve pulled out a taco from the bag, and everything fell out because of how poorly they were wrapped. They just throw the food in the bag, I’ve had to pick up the nacho fries and put them in the cup because of them just throwing them in the bag. ISTG I can’t get a simple meal after work 😂
