I
needed
to
get
my
son
a
haircut
as
he
is
heading
back
to
school.
I
checked
in
online,
said
there’s
a
63
minute
wait.
After
63
minutes,
I
check
the
site
and
we
have
15
min
until
his
turn.
We
get
to
the
store,
he
is
first
in
line
with
3
minutes
remaining.
I’m
the
following
hour,
he
was
On
Deck
(next
up)
5
different
times.
Each
time
a
stylist
would
come
back
and
grab
someone
much
further
down
the
list.
This
happened
the
first
4
times
my
son
was
On
Deck.
The
fifth
time
I
got
a
text
stating
that
my
son
was
next
up
and
to
make
sure
we
are
in
the
store.
25
minutes
later
he
is
finally
called
back.
The
haircut
was
alright
(my
wife
had
to
touch
a
couple
things
up
when
we
got
home
).
I
asked
the
stylist
checking
me
out
if
their
service
was
always
this
bad.
She
just
kind
of
shrugged
so
I
explained
the
situation.
She
tells
me
it
definitely
shouldn’t
have
happened.
I
asked
her
“so
it
just
is
what
it
is?”
and
she
replies
“Maybe
my
manager
can
help
you
with
that,
I’m
just
a
stylist”.
She
said
this
loudly
twice
and
looked
at
the
manager
who
was
cutting
hair
in
the
spot
closest
to
the
waiting
area.
The
manager
acted
like
she
was
deaf
and
couldn’t
be
bothered
to
stop
cutting
hair
for
a
moment
to
deal
with
their
customer
service
issue.
I’ve
never
left
a
review
before
in
my
life,
but
my
son
needed
a
haircut
as
he
starts
school
Wednesday
&
I
literally
had
nowhere
else
to
take
him.
If
you
have
any
other
options,
use
them.
Don’t
waste
an
hour
and
a
half
sitting
there
thinking
you
will
be
seen
soon.
