While
my
husband
liked
Dr.
Campbell,
we
have
been
fighting
with
them
for
6
months
to
file
the
lab
work
a
new
patient
annual
physical
correctly,
in
order
for
our
insurance
to
pay
in
full.
They
have
outright
refused
to
refile
the
claim
as
preventive
to
our
insurance.
He
went
for
a
new
patient
annual
physical
to
establish
with
the
doctor
and
was
not
there
for
any
specific
issue.
Apparently,
because
they
reviewed
his
health
history
(which
a
new
doctor
you
are
establishing
with
should
absolutely
do),
they
also
decided
to
charge
him
for
a
new
patient
office
call,
in
addition
to
the
new
patient
physical.
This
was
so
ridiculous,
that
they
ended
up
writing
off
the
new
patient
office
call
after
we
complained.
But
somehow
the
lipid
panel
and
glucose
test,
which
are
standard
annual
lab
tests
(which
our
insurance
has
paid
in
full
for
the
last
30
years)
were
attached
to
the
new
patient
office
call
coding,
rather
than
the
preventive
physical
coding
and
Beacon
refuses
to
refile
this
correctly
so
our
insurance
will
pay
in
full.
I
have
talked
to
multiple
billing
people
at
Beacon
and
they
are
totally
disregarding
what
Iβm
telling
them.
It
is
if
they
canβt
understand
what
preventive
means
which
is
scary
for
a
medical
office.
Unfortunately,
the
billing
office
cost
this
doctor
two
new
patients
as
we
will
never
go
back
there.
