Front desk staff are unacceptably rude. Talking about other patients with no regard; to top it off they are condescending. Dr Pasqcual runs a half hour behind minimum and the staff will fail to notify patients. Sat there 30 minutes past my appointment to ask and the front desk came back with the Dr is at least a half hour behind. When asked about overbooking the Dr they instantly got rude denied so and said I could take it up with the Dr. That's just the office staff, then there is the Dr herself.... needless to say I am transferring care.

Went here on Saturday afternoon before Easter because it was the only place open that I could find to get a Covid test. Was told even though my co-worker tested positive, and I had symptoms, I had to have an office visit with one of their doctors to evaluate me and recommend/prescribe a test which costs around $120, and that the test itself would cost about the same, so a total of almost $250 to get tested. Why are you charging for covid testing in a pandemic when there is a government mandate that testing and vaccinations are supposed to be free?

I have visited Beacon Medical Group on Main Street several times over the past 4 years while attending college nearby, and each time that I have come in for a visit the physicians have been wonderful. However, one criticism I had was that a few times when I came in and I was ill, the nurses that took my vitals and wrote down my medical background seemed to be in a rush and didn't truly care about getting the correct information that the doctor was going to need. But, overall, the establishment was very clean, and the doctors were well educated and were able to help me overcome each illness that I had.

Switched Dr. MUNAKAMPE after my regular doctor moved on to bigger things. We had our first visit with her and she is INCREDIBLE! Extremely kind, caring and very patient! We have been patients at the clinic for nearly 18 years and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

I really like and trust Dr. Van. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. However, getting prescriptions refilled is a nightmare. The lack of communication needs to be fixed.

I asked the receptionist to change the news with a school shooting on it as a child is sitting under the tv . She refused! Helped a client took a phone call & said was off now. Not helpful, not respectful of others

Strongly thinking about going to a different doctor office. The worse part is, I have been going here for several years and when my normal doc moved I stayed and went with who they had. Obviously not a good choice on my part Very frustrating. Will not recommend

While my husband liked Dr. Campbell, we have been fighting with them for 6 months to file the lab work a new patient annual physical correctly, in order for our insurance to pay in full. They have outright refused to refile the claim as preventive to our insurance. He went for a new patient annual physical to establish with the doctor and was not there for any specific issue. Apparently, because they reviewed his health history (which a new doctor you are establishing with should absolutely do), they also decided to charge him for a new patient office call, in addition to the new patient physical. This was so ridiculous, that they ended up writing off the new patient office call after we complained. But somehow the lipid panel and glucose test, which are standard annual lab tests (which our insurance has paid in full for the last 30 years) were attached to the new patient office call coding, rather than the preventive physical coding and Beacon refuses to refile this correctly so our insurance will pay in full. I have talked to multiple billing people at Beacon and they are totally disregarding what I’m telling them. It is if they can’t understand what preventive means which is scary for a medical office. Unfortunately, the billing office cost this doctor two new patients as we will never go back there.

Dr. Gerardot is the best doctor. I just wish they wouldn't have stopped taking hip.
