Had my son's 5th birthday party here. The kids had a blast, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was so easy for mom. Highly recommend a week night party if you can make it work, especially if you have younger kids. Much less crowded and no worries about big kids being too rough around the littles.

Very clean and nice place to jump. We had a great time and enjoyed the different items to jump and play on.

My kids all 6 of them absolutely love this place!! But I on the other hand always get someone rude at the register sorry but when I’m dropping 400 for all my kids to jump and pizza everytime I go there’s absolutely no reason for me to get a rude employee!! The toddler area is never open Last time I was in there were at least 15 workers in and only ONE monitoring all the trampolines dodge ball main area all the way to the basketball and zip line Never any room to sit with 7 two top tables ever makes you not even want to buy food Also for a place that promotes dropping your kids off to (which I don’t do) there’s absolutely no one monitoring the doors to make sure kids aren’t running out there without their parents I do however love that it’s exercising no screen time for my kids during their time there but that’s the only thing that keeps me coming back

I threw my sons 7Th birthday party here last weekend. I chose skyzone because he enjoys it there and they won me over with the “host” that would do everything for you. So I could actually ENJOY my son, the guests, and the party. I paid for the mega package. It came to about 380$. 10 guests. 1hr private room. 2 pizzas. 2 sodas. Cups. Return passes. Socks. Decorations. And a host. First off. The organization and staff was ridiculous. There was nobody at the counter the enter time. My guests had no wrists bands. So we basically were just jumping. We had to go behind the counter to get our own socks. Only 3. Of my guests were even checked in. And it was after check in time when I arrived at 7. Didn’t get checked in or anything until almost 8. We had to grab a cart ourselves and put our stuff on it. We also didn’t get a bucket for our shoes. After I got everything for my guests we began jumping. After our 2 hour jump time I began asking when we could have our room. No one could answer my question or even knew were my stuff was. When I finally figured out where everything was they had gotten my party mixed with somebody else’s. I brought my own decorations which I was told they would put up. They did not. I had to decorate my whole party while 2 hosts watched and then left. I was brought the wrong pizzas. And the wrong sodas. The host never came back. After my guests began to leave I realized we weren’t given the cups or return passes or birthday shirt…. They took a while but finally brought me the things. AFTER All my guests were gone. I asked what I was suppose to do.. they laughed and said “go find them later and give them to them” it was a school party… Complete waist of money. Disappointed. Didn’t get to spend time with my son. It was awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It is hard to leave a negative review when my kids enjoyed their time as much as they did. For the money spent, my expectations are higher than what is currently offered at this location. Staff was usually found at the front standing around on a slow night rather than walking around cleaning or supervising. The cleanliness of this location is horrendous to the point where I am surprised they are allowed to sell food of any sort. In the toddler area, the strong smell of urine, along with dark spots on several of the trampolines was apparent. The supervising staff that was present was dramatically understaffed and was obvious they were frustrated with oblivious parents. When this first came to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed coming here and thought the prices were fair. It now resembles a shamble of its former self with trash scattered about, smells that are beyond questionable, and unruly kids at every turn.

Last three times I've been there, the staff primarily consisted of teenagers, and there wasn't even enough of them. Each time, the place was way over capacity, and the young staff were clearly overwhelmed. Large kids running around running into small kids, place was chaos. Stay away on the weekends between noon and 4pm. Nice facility at the moment, but you can tell the place is experiencing a lot of wear and tear. Two stars because it is a lot of fun when it is not overcrowded and properly monitored.

Kids really enjoyed it but overall was jot the best experience. Workers were not paying attention at all and kept talking with who I would assume were their friends. Children kept running around and into the people I was with and were throwing footballs around and wrestling and workers did nothing nor were they watching. Two workers were at the dodge ball and one of them was in the dodgeball arena but was playing on the trampolines (with shoes on) and was throwing the balls incredibly hard and almost hit the kids I was with multiple times and was also messing around with who I would assume was his friends. I cam at busy hour which was probably a mistake but the lack of supervision caused a lot of limitation when the kids were in certain areas as they kept having to move to not get hit or run over by kids (that were older than them) running around and breaking rules. The place was very clean despite the crowd which was nice but the lack of supervision with so many kids in there caused a very uneasy feeling. Overall what can you expect from a large place like this filled with children but when I was younger and came here supervision and employee moral was much better than what it was today…

Super fun and exciting place for kids to get out and be active!! Also good for the whole family! Only negative is it can be a little pricey. Much cheaper to go during the week during the day. And keep your socks you buy after 1st visit and then you won’t have to pay for socks your next trips to skyzone.

Good for jumping but everything is pretty overpriced- think movie theater concessions. Also, the staff is never friendly. We have been here several times and my husband won't come back because the floor supervisors are either completely useless or they are yelling at every other kid. It serves its purpose but I sure wish I had a better option in the winter months.

Came early on a Thursday. It's expensive from the moment you walk into the door, with many unattended children who are unbelievable disrespectful shoving past anyone they are bigger than. My kids left upset because they were unable to enjoy themselves yet again. We've been here multiple times, and it's like this every time we come. Do yourself and your kids a favor, Google something else in the area!!!

Been here a few times. Very disappointed as the main part of the bouncing area was closed without any warning forcing alot of people into the smaller trampoline areas. It was chaotic. It was very frustrating for adults that paid to jump. There was very little room. IMO, they should have let people know before we paid money to sit most of the jumping out.

What a great place for a Birthday party. Didn't understand why a worker stood in the room while we had a party for a 10 year old

This was a joyous trip in celebration of three birthdays in our family. The facility appeared both safe and well-maintained.

This business is going down the drain. Ever since they were bought out, it has only gotten more expensive. It used to be $13 for my daughter for 60 minutes, now it is $25 for 90 minutes. Then they try to sell you on a monthly service that is “cheaper than today’s visit “, at only $24.99. The only problem is that you have to pay for the first three months up front. I understand monthly subscriptions for some things, but a trampoline park (that doesn’t really even offer that much) is not one of those things. For $80, you might as well invest in an awesome trampoline yourself for a few hundred dollars. For $75 up front there should be new innovations yearly. Until that starts happening, I won’t be returning. This place would get three stars if I hadn’t experienced the slow decay into what it has become. Eventually they’ll charge me just for supervising my daughter. This is just far too expensive for the experience it provides for me and my family.

The Park itself is fine, but I caution you against getting a membership. If you try to cancel they will give you the runaround and continue to charge you after cancellation. If you try to get a refund you are at the mercy of an email address, the manager of the park will not help you, there is no number you can call, you just paid money for no membership and no help. It's borderline a Scam. The customer service is abysmal.

Its a great place to take my 2 kids to jump but its super expensive. They used to have an option to jump for 30 minutes or an hour but now its a 90 minute option at minumum and its $25 a kid. We can only afford this once in awhile. The memberships are also too expensive.

This place is great for active kids. However, to spend over $500 for a birthday party and have to stand in the common area during the entire jump time is ridiculous. A very expensive inconvenience. The party host was also not promptly available to check my guests in the whole time either, nor did they do a good job checking on our party once we got into the room. I think they're staggering the parties for more money. I don't recommend for a birthday party unless you don't mind waiting around for a room for an hour or 2.

Kids love it and employees are great. The place is just dirty and everything is sticky. Not sure if all but 2 of the slushy flavors were really broken or if the guy taking my order just didn't know and didn't want to ask.

We hosted our son's 10th birthday party here. Wife told me it was under new ownership and they don't provide cakes anymore. No biggie. After waiting 20 minutes just to check in, no one conducted the safety meeting for our group. No kids were injured thankfully. The party aspect was the worst. We ordered 2 extra pizzas that never showed. After askong the "host" and repeating our order several times, we finally got them AFTER the party. We were shorted drinks. I hunted down silverware and the children working really didn't care. Thank goodness this is the last time we are doing a bday party here. Spend your money elsewhere this place is absolute trash now!

I took my son here for the first time today, during the Little Leapers time frame, which is from 9a-12pm. Upon entering, I was instructed to fill out a waiver since I had never been there before. They have a poster of a QR code you can scan with your camera, so it is done electronically. Then, I went through to pay and purchase the Sky Zone socks. I had to purchase socks for both me and my son, but you can reuse them. They have cubby holes for your items, but I chose to pay for a locker for $5. I was under the impression that there was a designated toddler area for the Little Leapers, but you actually have full access to the whole facility. It wasn’t very crowded. I would say there were three other families/groups there while we were. It was perfect! It is clean and there is a floor supervisor constantly monitoring and watching. My son is currently laying on my lap, and I’m hoping he knocks out for a nap soon. It is a good activity to do to burn off some energy when the weather isn’t favorable.

Me and my friend, son and my granddaughter went there Sunday 8/21/22 I was really disappointed in the way the staff just sat their staring at a mother stuck in the block pit and no one would help her get out,and I'm even taking about The Staff! But my son is a strong man and thankfully got her out! U all need to put a rope ladder in there or something!🤔

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!! I spent over $425.00 for a Mega party and did everything myself! I got refills on drinks, cups, plates and forks. In the past when I have booked a party we had an assigned worker to assist with the party...NOPE... NOBODY! I even asked the manager and got a quick... do you need anything from a 17 year old girl. This place has gone down hill. Last year our party here was great. 2022 - Not so good!!!

We booked a Birthday party the VIP package and there was absolutely no where to sit. We stood for 2.5 hours because there were so many people and no place to sit, or put our food down. The place was riddled with trash, ABSOLUTELY no direction whatsoever. I get being short staffed but this was absolutely ridiculous. There were teens trucking over little kids. WILL NOT be going back to the South Bend location.....

I rarely write bad reviews and I'm only writing this one after reaching out to this location in an effort to make the experience right. As a customer you are worth less than $25 to Skyzone. To begin, I think Skyzone as a location is above average. As long as you go when it isn't too busy the place is good and overall does things well. However, they have a very misleading membership program. Hidden in the document is a policy about needing to cancel a certain number of days prior to the membership billing. I honestly forgot I even had the membership but last month I got a notification that my membership was suspended due to an issue with my card. They had not been able to charge the card for two months as i had been expirencing a great deal of fraud on the card. Honestly that was fine with me as I hadn't used it for over 2 and a half months anyway. I thought that meant they were canceling my membership. The next month they charged me for both months. At this point I have no desire to go so I just requested a refund and to cancel the membership. Apparently they "can't" refund anything and that month I didn't get to use because the account was suspended, yep that's just gone, no credit for that. I then spend the next week trying to explain the situation over email and the only resolution offered was a "free" month of jumping. When I point out the free month was the month I paid for but but wasn't able to use because the account was suspended, I am told that's all they can do. So be aware, apparently they are unable to do refunds of any kind at this store and they would prefer to lose customers for good over $25.

I have taken my kids here probably two times and they loved it here. My daughter is turning 10 this month and asked to have her birthday party at sky zone so I got on google to do some research and to look at their website. After reading the reviews and how unorganized they are and that the place is run by teenagers, I have decided not to have her party here. My time and money is too valuable to have a birthday at a place who just doesn’t care about the service they provide their customers.

We have had a membership now for over a year. They have made several changes to the areas in that time period, and many repairs to keep equipment doing its job. It's a good time normally when we go, but we head home when it gets really crowded.

  • 5/5 Micheline c. 1 year ago on Google
The kids love this place they love it at night. It was a little weird that we had to buy the glow shirts just to jump in the glow hour because we've been here previously in the glow hour and never were required to purchase the glow shirts.

  • 4/5 Andrew S. 9 months ago on Google
I absolutely love taking the kids here. The membership is a little confusing, and auto renewal is not a feature you can shut off. You have to cancel manually. The food is ridiculously priced, and I advise people to bring a water bottle. Your kids won't find a better time for the price, though. I put a picture of the 8 dollar pitcher of pop, and that is their idea of full. Oh and the water fountains are supplied with warm water rather than cold to influence your kids not to drink fluids as they exercise 🙄

I have been told this location was bought out by corporate. There is literally 1 person monitoring the entire place with no age requirements for dodge ball or jumping areas. Literally saw 2 people going together on the zip line. 4 or 5 kids in each ninja area banging into each other. Little kids being knocked over by the older kids jumping with no real space for littles anymore. My past experience was a very controlled atmosphere and anyone who fell was immediately talked to by a team member. There is no supervision anymore. Talked to someone in charge and got no response other than they were bought by corporate. Terrible experience and an accident waiting to happen

Only bright spot is watching our daughter have fun. This business needs some leadership in the worst way. Have young individuals working there who have no desire to do anything but roam. Snack line is a disaster as there is one individual attempting to work as many others goof off in the background.

  • 2/5 Deanna S. 1 year ago on Google
Not much in the way of security for kids, most of the employees were young. Really didn't feel like a safe place if kids aren't watched well. Stamp hands or something so the kids aren't stolen!

I just want to leave a good review for the whole staff that helped me 11/10/22 morning. I appreciate you guys so much. Two of my 3 boys are on the spectrum and my boys are also stair steppers(back to back) lol. They can definitely be a handful. The staff saw me struggling and stepped in while I was registering us all. I just want to thank you guys for your help and patience. The little things like that make the world a better place!

I really debated having my daughters 10th birthday party here after witnessing how her friends party was run. But she begged so I decided to give it a shot. I was also told, by someone outside of the facility, to book my party first thing in the morning, to avoid the afternoon rush. We booked her party for 10am for 2 hours. When we arrived, it was short staffed, but the young girl running the counter did her best at accommodating everyone. She was helpful and patient. She asked my daughter what shirt she preferred, put a bucked out for shoes, gave me a card with all the party details on it and showed me that our room was decorated and ready to go, which it was. It was organized as far as I could tell. My guests all got checked in in a timely manner, all received socks and were all jumping by 10am. Right at 11, we gathered our group and a host was waiting in the room. Pizza was in there, drinks were full. We ran out of drinks and she promptly went and refilled them. Went and found forks when we realized we didn’t have any in our room. She was very helpful. As far as the jumping goes, it is very short staffed and could definitely use improvement on the floor. It’s a free for all. If you do plan on booking a party, I suggest doing it in the morning when it’s not so busy or chaotic. We actually received pretty good service and everyone in our group had a blast. I have read over several reviews and I’m glad I did not experience what the past reviewers have dealt with. It’s expensive, but most party places are.

My son and I have the best time here! HACK: take advantage of holiday specials to save BIG on more frequent flying. Great atmosphere! During less busy hours it's great to bring littles as they get a lot more freedom to roam and jump at their own pace. Such a great time!

  • 5/5 Charles H. 1 year ago on Google
Kids always love it! The got memberships for $21.99 a month. That's cheaper than the one day price! Good deal if you come a few times of month definitely worth it. Food, snacks, drinks, & games. Oh yea also have massage chairs up by trampoline so you can watch little ones.

Just had a birthday party there. It was a pretty packed day, probably because it was the last week before winter break. Finding a team member to check us in was difficult so, like someone else who left a review, I just grabbed a cart, unloaded my car and started putting things on my son's birthday cart. After this though the check in was pretty easy. The kids had a blast jumping. I got the more expensive 2 hour package and wore them out lol. The bathrooms were disgusting however. No paper towels and water on the floor. Some toilets wouldn't flush. But the rest of the facility seemed clean. Our host at the end of the party was wonderful. Very helpful. It truly made such a difference having everything set up and having someone help to serve pizza and drinks. She even set up a game of musical chairs at the end which was wonderful! Afterwards I didn't have to worry about clean up. She did everything! Honestly an amazing experience. I would definitely do it again.
