What a wonderful experience for being a first time customer at Bisogno Jewellers. I wanted to buy my boyfriend a gold bracelet for our anniversary. I stopped by Bisogno today looking to get two silver anklets fixed. This was my first time at Bisogno. Not only were the gentlemen there extremely kind and professional, but they fixed my anklets for free!!! Mitchell did the repairs and he was fantastic. Tony and his team provided wonderful service, offering their expertise for our ring resizing. We had to get our platinum ring resized, as it was too small-- Mitchell helped us understand how a ring should fit, he was very considerate of how I felt and my concerns about the ring potentially being too small (My fears of having a ring stuck on my fingers). However, upon pick up it was absolutely perfect and I'm so glad we listened to his advice! It turned out perfectly. So thankful to have such lovely jewellers in our neighbourhood!

Just left Bisogno. Just wanted to get an old necklace that belongs to my mother cleaned. My bad that I didn't have an appointment in these crazy days but Tony let us in anyways. Tony cleaned the necklace and stated if I had come in sooner he would have let it soak in the cleaner longer. Still came out looking sparkly new. Tony didn't even charge me!! If that doesn't create repeat business I don't know what will!!

Excellent quality at fair value. Good quality jewellery can be expensive but the sentimental value is priceless.

What a fantastic experience at Bisogno. Tony was a joy to work with and spent hours customizing my engagement ring until it was perfect. I initially came to Bisogno with a diamond I had purchased on James Allen hoping to just get a custom ring. Without being pushy at all, Tony let me know that he had a great diamond supplier and may be able to beat the price of the stone I had purchased online. Well, I ended up with a bigger stone for less money! The only person happier than me was my fiancé (she said yes!). Now I'm working with Tony to replace an earring my mother lost traveling. I'm thinking of getting a gold chain as well. Do yourself a favor and talk to Bisogno before you commit to any big jewelry purchase. They treat you fairly and the final product is always A+!

One of the most accommodating Jewellers I have experienced. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very good at meeting any time and money constraints you may have. One of the biggest thing I would give this establishment is there ability to have work done on silver as some jewellers don't offer this. Would highly recommend.

He was thorough and took the time to explain the process for selling. He gave me some great advice about appraisals and where to go for a detailed one.
