I brought my 4 years old to see Dr.Nan Jiang. She was not nice. She rushed me through the appointment. She said my son has Hyperopia and I asked her what that is, she said to google it. She didn't answer my questions. If I wanted to google things then why would I come to see her. She didn't look very sure of the diagnosis either. She didn't seem knowledgeable at all. This was a waste of my $160 plus my time. I had to take a day off work for this. Her customer service is very poor. Wasting clients money and time is unfair. I would not recommend her at all. Now I will have to pay another doctor for another opinion since I don't feel she did a proper examination and seemed unsure.

I had an exceptional experience at Richmond Hill Eye Clinic with Dr. Tina Lin! Seriously, my optometry appointment was a breeze, and she knew her stuff. The whole crew there is super friendly, and the place is spotless. Dr. Lin took the time to answer all my questions, and the high-tech gadgets they use made me feel like I was in the future. If you need eye care, hit them up – 5 stars all the way!

Please be aware, this place is totally a scam, rude, impatient, do not go there if you are looking for some real service. “This clinic is more than ridiculous, my kid went there for the first time and they enlarge the pupil with no reason, they refuse to provide any detailed data regarding the check up. it is an optometrist clinic and they claim to be a eye specialist clinic. I’ve wore ortho-k lenses for a year now. and I don’t regret it, my eye-site gotten better and it’s one of the best purchase I’ve ever bought with it being at a good price too, definitely a great investment as for now I can see the whiteboard in school from far away when before wearing the contacts I couldn’t see at all.

The mandarin lady asked for my age and tried to charge me $140. My doc got me request examination anywhere paid for by OHIP, all the sudden they don't accept me within an hour. OHIP pays less than $140 I assumed. 3 stars being in a good location but no help.

Dr. Nan Jiang have been my eye doctor for years. I still remember the first time I saw her for a routine eye exam in 2009, she noticed that my vision issue, and took the time to answer my questions and reviewed various testing results in detail. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. In past years, Dr. Nan Jiang not only provide me the comprehensive eye exam every time, but also referred me to see ophthalmologist few times to treat my eye disease. I am glad to see Dr. Nan Jiang has moved to new location in Richmong Hill.

Dr. Lam is much younger compared with my previous experiences of seeing other eye doctors, however I was so impressed today with his professional and patient services. You feel free to ask questions and Dr. Lam would like to take the trouble to explain in details. I am planning on taking my two daughters to come for annual eye exam here, because I'm sure every visit would be a pleasant one.

This place was recommended by our family optometrist as my daughter's eye prescription increased too quickly over the past six months. I hope Ortho-K will fix this problem. My daughter loves doing sport and outdoor activities, so she really benefits from this treatment.
