The greatest burger I ever had! I was NOT impressed with the menu and how childish it looks but I'm so glad I looked past that. Wendy was such a delight, patient and very communicative. I had to cut that burger in half cuz I could ALREADY see, I wasn't going to finish it. 😂🤣 The maple sweet ham is just YUM, thick and juicy! The bacon is just WOW! The 1/3lb burger was just phenomenal! The bun def looks homemade too! All in all, very delicious. Fyi, it's cash only but they do have an ATM. I had the Demott burger.

My 2nd time eating a buffalo burger... Burger was big and good (but couldn't finish it)and tater tots were pretty good as well. The environment was laid back even though it was somewhat crowded. Everything was great except the price!! $20 bucks for a burger and tots is a bit much!

A rustic and nostalgic experience. Food is simple and good. Beer taps were not working so we got bottles. There is gambling inside the dining room which is a bit awkward but not too distracting. It was a nice departure from the usual cookie cutter restaurant and bar scene.

Delicious food and fantastic service. Was having a rough day with van breaking down but they made me feel welcome and taken care of. Cash only though!

I took the other review about the server with a grain of salt. With that said when we walked in and sat at the table instead of the bar the server I think assumed we wouldn't be "good bar customers" She came over and started to take our order. I had said I wanted a cheese burger with bacon and bison meat. No onions ,no pickles. She ripped off the paper that she was writing on, said I can't have the cheese burger it is different than the buffalo burger. I said ok can I have the Buffalo burger with cheese and bacon, no pickles, no onions. Ok. My husband orders the Marvin burger, no pickles. She never asks us what we would like to drink. We waited about 30 minutes. A cook comes out and asks my husband what kind of cheese he would like on his Marvin burger, cheddar. Ok. We wait another 20 minutes. Our burgers arrive. No cheese on his, no bacon or cheese on mine. The burgers themselves were ok. If it would have been what we ordered, they would have been better. This was at 4:30ish only a handful of people. The only good thing is that we didn't get charged for my cheese or bacon because she failed to write it down. If I had to choose between Red Robin and this place I would go to RR. When I go out for a burger which isn't often, I want a good burger. This was just Meh and service had something to be desired. Maybe if we had had sat at the bar she would have been more accurate.

The food is always great here, one of my favorite places for a burger, but often when we have visited there has only been the bartender on the floor and had we sat at the bar we would likely be served faster but we chose a booth. If there is more than just one bartender we certainly get served faster. The atmosphere is dark even during the day but I suppose that’s what you expect from a bar.

The food here is good home cooking. We had the special, which was roast beef. Hats off to the cook. It's so much better than having to eat at a fast food joint. Thank you for being close enough to the truck stop that it is just a short walk there.

I had a BLT and it was loaded with crispy bacon. I have never had that much bacon on a BLT. The bread was grilled and toasted perfectly. Great sandwich, neat history in an old bar. Our server, Tammy was so nice and attentive!

Excellent staff, and a fun little "old school country" bar. With a rich missoula history, 10 gambling machines. an inclusive food menu right up until 9 pm most nights. They will also whip you up anything out of the fryer until closing, if you ask nicely. So if you want a quality cocktail, and some chicken strips at midnight, or one of their amazing home style fresh cooked meals hand prepared by sandra each morning (if you are lucky) for lunch, or brunch... yes like this place. You probably will too. Stop in and drop a some tip$ on my friend red if you see him. He sings covers of country songs. His amazing voice is a sort of Mel Tillis, meets a Johnny Cash. Cool person to boot. Great times to be had at Marvin's bar.

Marvin’s has a lot of character! Be sure to take a walk around the place to see the items they have on display. You’ll be sure to find something interesting and sometimes funny. Very simple food menu and really recommend a burger at this place. I’ll be back!

The food and drinks were really good. Better than bar food. The bar tender was awesome and the service was excellent! I really liked the old all wood bar feel and look. Bathrooms were small. Two dinners and four drinks approx $25 per person.

10-4 good buddy. If 70s vibe with great old fashion bar service is what you like, look no further. If Smoky and the bandit had a hideaway this would be it. Log cabin feel with great burgers. Bartender was super friendly and helpful. Right off the I-90 gas right next door

Lady at the bar was kind to serve us food at 11:30 at night. We had chicken strips and pizzas, all of which was very good. Chicken was cooked to perfection, as was the pizzas. She hooked it up with sauces. The portions are big. The environment is very fun. We waited 20 minutes for our food and in that time we played a game of pool, played a song on the jukebox, danced and tried a game of keno. Pretty cool experience for us (we're from the east coast).

This is a trucker friendly bar. The pool table was a buck a play, however I was playing pool with a couple other trucker and had a great time. Friendly atmosphere and good priced drinks. I will be back when I get back into Missoula.

Good little stop in the middle of Montana. Good walking distance from the loves or TA so it's good for a 34hr reset, good food,and cold drinks. Only bad part it's cash only they have a ATM but its still worth the stop and locals are friendly.

This bar is awesome. It’s a great place for drinks and the burgers and BLT sandwiches are really satisfying. And the bartenders are really nice.

Nice little small hole in the wall... they have 1 pool table, they do have to change the cloth, but for what it is, is ok to pass time... the food i wouldn't recommend unless you just want a quick bite... expensive food not good quality... iam thankful this place is there since country pride at the TA is close down...

The best burger I have ever had. Don't pass this place up if you are in town. I will definitely be back.

Great time there. Locals are all very friendly. Food was great! Had the #3 burger. Wow!!! I was super impressed.
