The wait was ridiculous for just breakfast items..! I think I must have been forgotten about because the cars behind me were just going around.. Jacob who was very nice came by after a few mins and apologized and said let me find out what was going on.. He came back a few mins later with the food.. He had to go back to fix the drinks only for me to get my sweet tea and it was full of grounds this was a disaster and a waste of 30 plus minutes and the service would probably be faster if the employee wasn't outside texting behind the poll!

Whataburger quality food hot fresh and tasty. Nice curious staff, delivered our food to the table. Without being prompted she returned with a tray of condiments and napkins. The restaurant including restrooms where clean and smelled nice. It was very busy but still the wait was not long. The only issue I could see is that this location needs a bigger parking lot! Other wise great job.

While the wait time might test your patience a bit, the end result is undeniably worth it. For fast food that hits the spot, I give this Whataburger an admirable 8 out of 10 stars!

Since I don’t live in Texas (Where I ate this delicious food), I decided to try this place out. First- the people, who work there are amazing! They were polite and very helpful. They even gave us a free cookie for being out of state. Second- the establishment was very clean. Although, I did not get to see the restroom, so I cannot tell you the cleanliness of the restroom. Third- the burger and fries were amazing. Please keep in mind, cheese is an extra item that you have to pay for (Interesting???). You will have to tell them everything you want on your burger, but at least you get the burger you want. Overall- I really like this burger joint. I will definitely come back.

This is a great location. The burgers are consistently good and cooked to my order correctly. The staff are always nice!

Just moved to Houston, a coworker said try this place. Very good. Being new to Houston had no Thanksgiving plans so again visited for my spouse to try. It was a hit! The workers also made it really special for us on Thanksgiving. Shout out to the employees. He's ready for the next visit.

After a day of disappointment my mom and I left a dine in full service restaurant looking for something quick and good to eat. As we were about to pull out of the parking lot we saw the Whataburger sign and decided to dine in. We walk in to a clean dining room, cheerful staff and stepped to the counter to place an order. Jaiden and Nay were there with smiles and took our order. When the food was ready Nay brought it over and asked if we needed any condiments. Before she walked away we asked about a knife to cut my mom’s burger in half. (She has a broken wrist.) She said they were on the self serve counter but she would go get one. She turned around and offered to cut it in the back. Super sweet staff!!! Awesome job!!! We WILL be back!!!

Empty restaurant and no one in drive thru and still took nearly 25 minutes to make 2 fries and 2 cinnamon rolls... I understand y'all are low staff in the middle of the night like this, but still, why does it take that long for these simple few items?

Placed an order online thinking it would be a quick pick up. It took over 30 minutes for it to come out. The only reason this review is getting one extra star is because of CLYDE. I managed to get his attention to ask about the status of my order and he was extremely friendly, patient and kind. He brought my order out and apologized for the delay. That was more than I ever expected from this location so somebody give that kid a raise.

Once again this location was a disappointment it's obvious that we were served old fries and tried to mask by heating in a microwave. The thing that bothers me more than anything is that whether it's drive thru or walk in that employee knows that product is not fresh and served to us anyway. Quality is gone and there are no more chances. Don't waste your money CHECK your order make sure it's fresh and correct. I'm done I'm done I'm done !
