Great hotel for the price and the staff were amazing. We had to cancel the first booking after the cancelation period due to a flight issue and didn't expect to get a refund but the receptionist was kind enough to check for us and able to get us a refund. Thank you so much. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a month, was comfortable for that time. Clean and conveniently located. Bit of noise from the trains, particularly if the window is open. I slept with earplugs so it wasn't a problem (I often do as I am a light sleeper). Was supposed to have some cooking equipment and utensils, however I had to buy cutlery and things like that to cook and eat with. Good value for money and due to proximity to the station is a good base for daily travels.

Nice apartment-style hotel for travellers. Room size was compact but there was a lot of space to store belongings. The space felt modern and perhaps recently remodeled or new. Good location near Sasazuka station.

Fantastic accomodation for the price. Rooms are reasonable sized, clean, confortable and well furnished. The location very close to the station and three stops from Shinjuku. The bathroom is modern and there are a decent amount of storage space. The service was good, for the price.

Outstanding hotel that has an excellent location - right next to sasazuka train station, 7-11, Lawson, life supermarket, a nice mall (in sasazuka station), and countless Tokyo attractions. Hotel is impeccably clean and staff are always willing to help. Highly recommended?
