😠 After completing the registration process, they just take you to the second floor, and there is no explanation about how to use the facility or how to use the machines. When I asked a question, I was told that I would receive an explanation after I made an appointment with a personal trainer. Unsati... People often mention staff,

3 minutes walk from the south exit of Ashikakoen Station on the Keio Line. There is also a sports club and cafe opposite Seijo Ishii.

Although the facilities are poor compared to other stores, the fee is 3,000 yen cheaper, and the hourly fee has been abolished (maybe due to the nearby JOYFIT?), so it is easy to join, and the air conditioning is good. The staff are also polite, so I have a good impression of them. However, there is a sour smell only in the shower room, giving the impression that it has not been well maintained.

The staff doesn't say hello when you pass each other at the lockers, they don't pay attention to people using smartphones even though it's written that smartphones are not allowed in the free weight area, and they ignore people who are using their phones while on the treadmill. I get irritated when I have staff, so wouldn't it be better to have no staff? ?

I think the membership benefits are a good deal. There are a fair number of machines. Shower room is not very clean

I'm looking forward to going because the staff are cheerful and kind ☆ Even if you don't get advice from personal training, you can ask about your concerns and receive advice. The problem is that the classes you are interested in are made up of regulars, making it difficult to join. I don't like it when regulars have to hold up their lectures in the changing room for newcomers! Even more so since I openly talk about this among my friends. However, I don't understand the desire to level up more and more, so if possible, I'd like you to divide it into two parts. There are quite a few people using their smartphones in the changing room while waiting for the hair dryer booth, so although they have put up signs, I would like to see a stricter ban on smartphones. It's impossible, but it's not like there aren't voyeurs... However, I am very satisfied with the staff and facilities, except for the complaint in the changing room.

It's a beautiful gym. I'm here for muscle training and a sauna. Unfortunately, the program has to be paid.

Beautiful, clean, fun. There are two studios. The gym is also up to date. If you make a reservation, they will carefully teach you how to use the gym.

After completing the registration process, they just take you to the second floor, and there is no explanation about how to use the facility or how to use the machines. When I asked a question, I was told that I would receive an explanation after I made an appointment with a personal trainer. Unsatisfied, I continued to use it based on what I saw. Lately, there have been too many women talking loudly in the changing rooms without wearing masks (they look like familiar faces from taking lessons), so even if I tell the front desk staff, it doesn't seem to have any effect, as most of the staff are like the ones mentioned above. To make matters worse, a person who appeared to be an instructor was also there having a conversation.

I like the tasteful Scandinavian-designed wallpaper and large windows, which give it a gentle atmosphere that's different from the more upbeat gyms. I want this place to continue with this atmosphere without any weird renovations. You can ride the rare spiral escalator in an unassuming way lol The attached cafe's Protein Cafe Mocha is quite delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff are cheerful. I wish the smell of the night shower and mist sauna could be a little better...

The service has changed considerably before and after the coronavirus. Significant price increase. Studio fee charged. Staff will not perform maintenance on equipment until told to do so. Since the customers are older, many of them have trouble using the machines. Prohibited or dangerous activities are left unattended. I often see people occupying power racks and stretching all the time, and people using benches to store their belongings. Thank you for your support over the years, but I have retired.
