As a Doraemon lover, a visit to this museum was a wonderful and fun experience. You can find all of the characters of Doraemon anime series, P-Man and others characters i couldn’t mention each. There is a manga reading section. An a large outdoor and indoor space with many character instalation being placed. One hour is not enough. The souvenir shop sells so many cute things. Don’t forget the cafe too. It’s mindblowing, all the food being presented in a unique and cute way. If you visit the museum, you also have to ride the doraemon theme bus. Everything is dorameon decorated. Reservation is needed before you visit this museum.

Having growth loving Doraemon it was very cool to learn more about the author and seeing some unique stuff in this museum. It is a bit far away so do not go if you are not really into Doraemon. The shop has some very cool stuff so do check it out.

It was very beautiful. You can listen to the English audio guide. Everything is written in Japanese the movie was subtitled which is a blessing. Watched doraemon as a kid and it is very emotional and moving to be here.

Sadly photos aren't allowed inside the museum. It's quite a small place. You can finish it within an hour or so. No English. The restaurant is wonderful. The food is tasty.

If you love Doraemon, you definitely need to visit this place. The experience was worth the money. It was very informative and fun. There is a gift shop at the basement so you can buy souvenirs and present. Traveling there is also very easy, they have a city bus that comes every 15 minutes that all the staff were very friendly, especially the guard at their gate (he deserves a raise for doing the best he can to help the visitors) 😊

Wonderful place. Perfect for those who love the artworks of Fujiko Fujio Sensei. You can learn about his biography there as well. No camera allowed in the main studio. There are some fun games for children, cute photo spots, cafe, and gift shop. Overall it was superb. Anyway, the ticket should be reserved in advance. You can buy it at Lawson though.

You can ride doraemon bus from noborito station to fujiko museum. Also you can find many small statue of doraemon charcters on the way to this museum. Museum itself you can see the artist fujiko art and doraemon house besides that i felt it’s like souvenir store. One thing must buy is doraemon copter which is not easily available outside thise museum or any online site.

Great place. Not allow to take picture at most parts of the museum. At the reception desk, you will be asked to choose your prefer language and the staff will give you a suitable hand held guide machine. The gift shop at the roof is not the only place to buy souvenir. Wait until you get to the ground floor again, right before you leave the museum.

If you are a fan of Doraemon, you must come here once. You can learn a lot about the stories behind the creators. This museum is not big and can be visited in two hours. The desserts in the museum are delicious and worth tasting! I love the town the museum is in, it's beautiful! After visiting the museum, you can explore the town.

This is wonderful experience for any Doreamon fan or otherwise. I brought a friend here because they go crazy over Doreamon and they left completely pleased with everything they saw. Lots of families and couples walking around and even had a Manga corner to enjoy.

Disappointed at all. From the beginning to buy a ticket outside of the museum (in lawson 500m far away from the museum), to inside of museum. Nothing to see here, only some statue of Doraemon, Doraemi, and even some irrelevant characters here. Some games, comics, … A restaurant. That’s all! It’s not what I imagine to see my favorite Doraemon here. Boring is the only one that I can think of. The one who built this place is definitely a part-time Doraemon reader, I guess (even not a fan). Lol.

I have lived in Canada, China and Singapore. Every county shows Doraemon on TV and everyone knows well. So if you like Doraemon and Fujiko F Fujio works, you must visit here. We can only buy tickets in Lawson, convenience store. We have to buy a ticket before visiting this museum, please take note. This is because the museum would like to control visitors number precisely. When you buy a ticket, you need to designate the time that you will visit. Here is little bit far from the nearest station. You can use buses from "Noborito" Station. At the entrance, check audio guide QR code, which has several languages (Japanese, English..etc). There are a lot of works in the museum. I love statue of "Handsome Gian", which we can see in one episode of comics. I spent 4 hours in this museum ( Three hours wondering, One hour lunch time). Secure your time enough and visit here!

If you love Doraemon and/or you were at Lawson and couldn't book Ghibli Museum and saw this instead. You have to buy tickets at Lawson, no tickets available at the door. Is a great meseum if you watched Doraemon, if you haven't, I think you will find it boring, but if you have (like me), you will probably enjoy it.

If you love Doraemon comics, cartoon or films, it is the place you need to go. Booking the entrance via Loppi machine in Lawson convenient stores is the general way to get the tickets easily. Then just take the JR train to Noborito station and have the transit with the bus to museum directly. The museum is not wide or spacious so that driving your cars is not recommended since it is hard to find the parking lots. Public transportation is the workable option for the tourists here. No photo shooting is allowed indoors. However, there are lots of famous icons outdoors for photo taken. You can enjoy the imagination and the creative decoration with kids and understand the original concept of Doraemon here. Since the museum is not big, it is more crowded in the afternoon. You may come here earlier in order to enjoy the interior facilities. Enjoy!

Tickets must be bought in advance and picked up in convinient store (7eleven, Lawson..). No problem to get there from Noborito eki by bus directly to Doraemon museum within 9minutes. Bus drives there every 15mins. It was very nice museum, I really enjoyed it. But maybe I expected more stuff for small kids.. (went there with my family). We also visited the restaurant. Meal was really good, but quite expensive.

You can watch movie on theater the exclusively episode that you never watch before. You can bring your memories about your childhood back while you visit here. The restaurant and souvenir shop is also very great! You have to book the ticket on the thirties day every month and please check the website about the date when the museum will open every month.

There’re also some amazing activities and outdoor areas for children to explore and enjoy. A great place to visit for fans and families!

I am fan of Doraemon growing up ever since I read my first comic book. It was like a dream comes true by revisiting all of thos memories back. Wished this place existed when I was a kid and I visited then, would've been the best time I ever had.. Nonetheless, it was an awesome experience, I got to learn more about, not just Doraemon, but Fujiko F Fujio's history and all other of hist masterpiece. You could appreciate all of his work in this museum. There is also a short movie (episode) screening few times a day. Also to add, you need to buy tickets beforehand. I recommend to buy them at any Lawson convenience store.

(Translated by Google) To the Fujiko F Fujio Museum that I had reserved. The departure chimes from Noborito Station and Shukugawara Station on the Nambu Line, of course, Doraemon, and Doraemon from the station will welcome you, and Lawson and the bus will be fully open at Fujiko World. There are many areas where photography is prohibited, but that should be the case, and many valuable original drawings by Fujiko F. Fujio are on display. Original Gacha Gacha, Anime Theater, all the things you can only see here and not get. Adults also enjoyed it enough (^^) (Original)

The location is pretty far from the nearest train station, but special bus to go to the museum is available. Honestly, this museum is above my expectation. Not only exhibits Fujio's drawings, it explains a lot the story of Fujio's career journey. We can enjoy the stories by listening from the individual tape/recorder (every guest will get a kind of tape that we hear the explanation/stories from this tool with our chosen language). There is a Doraemon movie theater as well, so we can watch a Doramon short movie. There is also a park with so many characters. Doraemon restaurant and souvenir shops are also available.

Best experience and I was so glad that I visited here. From childhood, I just dreamed of visiting this world. I am really connected with the artwork of Hiroshi Fujimoto. Hiroshi Fujimoto is the creator of Doraemon. He is known as Fijiko.F. Fujio. All of his real art work are stored here. There are 3 floors and one open Gardner with a restaurant and souvenir shop. You are not allowed to take pictures inside of 1st and 2nd floors. The professor's real artwork and books, raw sketches everything is stored and displayed nicely. The cherry on the top is there is an English audiobook. So when I'm passing through each and every walkway and art piece, I'm listening to them and really feel connected to the professor's works. They give you a map where it was also written that no photography. I hope foreigner will respect their rules. I'm sure even without photography, you can enjoy the art if you are really into anime and Doraemon fan. They also give a free show of 15-minute episodes of Doraemon. One day trip is a good decision.

Exhibition area where they contain history of Hiroshi sensei is a must see, incredibly priceless, you can learn a lot about sensei’s history and where he came from. The cartoon that they shows in theater also very fun and can’t watch it anywhere else. If you are a doraemon fan you gotta visit here once in your life time.

Might be a little disappointing for Doraemon fans from oversea. Many comics and drafts are in only Japanese. The short episode of the movie is fun to watch, and nicely with English subtitles.

The museum has a lot original screenplays of Doraemon which is my childhood memory. The outside carton figures are awesome. However the text and description of the displays inside are all in Japanese, not friendly to foreigners. At least the short movie session has English subtitle.

Ok as it's name it was meant to be Fujiko sensei Museum, not exactly Doraemon Museum. But if u love Doraemon it was good to visit. There are only a few Doraemon for you to take pictures with, not even Nobita,Sizuka and other characters in the Doraemon anime. Anyway I enjoy myself a lot here because I love Doraemon. The store itself also had very limited choices. The cafe also has not much choice but it tastes good.

Just a disclaimer - I visited the museum back in September 2019. Somehow all of my photos were lost and my review disappear, so I figure I'll write another one. I can't guarantee the experience will be the same when you go after you read this review. First of all, you need to purchase the ticket before you go, since they have allocated spaces at each time slots. I had to use online tutorials and with the help of Google Translate, was able to book a spot and purchased a ticket from a 7-11 nearby, when I was visiting Kawasaki. Keep in mind the museum is a bit out of the way from the city. Even from Kawasaki station, you need to take a train, then walk for a bit. If you're a big fan of Doraemon, it's definitely worth the time and effort. The first half of the museum is exhibition, and you're not allowed to take any photos inside. You can get a headphone and a device which you can play in your own language when visiting each exhibits. As someone that grew up with Doraemon, it was definitely a fascinating experience. I feel nostalgic adults will enjoy this best. The second half is more for activity, and it's tailored more for kids. There are playgrounds and comic books library where kids (and adult with kids heart) can enjoy the activities. There's also a cafe that serves Doraemon themed food and drinks. It's a bit pricey, but you pay for the design. The cost of admission was 1000 yen when I went, and it was definitely worth the admission. I would definitely recommend this for those that are big fans of Fujiko F Fujio and Doraemon

(Translated by Google) The entrance fee was 1000 yen, so I didn't expect much, but I enjoyed it more than the price. I was able to see a large amount of manuscripts, but it was unexpectedly corrected in white and it was unexpectedly muddy. Except for the manuscript exhibition area, you can take pictures and there are many spots. It was a pity that the cafe on the 3rd floor was missed at the last order at 16:30. I entered at 14:00, but please be careful as you will forget the time. A mug is a bargain as a souvenir.

We didn't wait, but it seems that there will be a direct bus if the time is right There are a lot of gimmicks inside, so I'll keep it a secret here, but it's all about dreams that make children happy! The younger one was crazy! Lol I was happy if I had something like this when I was a kid lol At the end, I enjoyed the original food at the cafe inside and came back. At that time, there were some tourists from China, but it was helpful that the person in charge did it well! Please come and join us as a memorial! Good place for family! We took the wrong train end up being late for over 30minutes, the staff still let us get into the museum. Spent half day there. Long queue for the restaurant (45mins) though. It’s the same bus stop in front of the museum going back to the train station. It’s 15 mins away from Musashi Kosugi by train which is also a good place for family with small children.

I came here twice. I still do not really know about anime, but thanks to my childhood memory with Doraemon and Pman, I can enjoy the art gallery, cafe, short movie, and shopping. This museum is much more like a memorial of the animator’s work and his business journey. There were spots we could not take photo. So be careful. The museum is walkable and I can pray. It was quite rainy day but the outdoor park was reachable, so it was not really a big deal. 😌 The menu in the cafe had range price from 1000¥~3000¥ for food (main course, dessert, side dish, and children menu) and beverage was around 400¥~800¥. The allergic option is limited, mostly for moslem and vegan so be prepared of your own food is recommended. Below is the photo of a magic tea USO800 I ordered. PS: If you are a neutral tongue this one smells and tastes good, not too sweet nor sour. But the sugar, if you put too much, it has bold acidic taste in between its sweetness. Do not drink with empty stomach. I took a bus too direct from station to the museum and back to station. The bus is designed with Doraemon theme.

Fans of the Doremon series cannot ignore Mr. Fujiko F. Fujio's museum. This place exhibits his entire career and is indispensable for the Doraemon - Cat series that captivated generations. From Tokyo take the Odakyu Line to Noborito Station. Go down on the left, there is a bus going directly to the museum. The museum does not sell tickets. Tickets must be purchased at the Lawson store. This museum is perfect for children and family, whether you are from japan or other countries. To reach this museum, you have to buy the ticket in Lawson with loppy machine. The price if I'm not wrong is 1000 yen for adults, and 500 yen for children (with certain ages). You also have to pick the time you want to enter the museum. And then, you have to go to Noborito Station with Odakyu Line. After that, you have to use the Kawasaki bus with the doraemon/ fujiko f fujio design, to directly going to museum. When you first arriving at the museum, you would likely to get a kind of visitor phone with multiple language, who can give audio information to you in the exhibition room. It was prohibited to take photos/videos in the exhibition room. after that, you can going around the area with playground, play area, reading space, movie, outside playground, merchandise shop, restaurant etc. If you are a moslem, and you want to pray, you can ask the staffs so they will guide you to the private prayer room. Overall, it was really nice experience to go here. 5 stars.

It's worth taking a trip outside of Tokyo to visit the Fujiko F Fujio museum if you're a fan of Doraemon. The exhibition areas are interesting and there are audio guides provided for free that come in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. The shop has some nice stuff and there is also a cafe that sells Doraemon themed foods. The prices in the cafe are a bit costly for what you get, but I suppose that is to be expected in a place like this.

(Translated by Google) Since it was this time of year, we were able to browse through every corner without any congestion, probably because the weather was not good because it was a weekday reservation. It's nice to be able to take a closer look at how Doraemon was born as a child, and how it was born. I also wanted to read it again. The new coronavirus countermeasures inside the building are fairly solid and can be disinfected easily. I was able to see it with confidence. Photo spots and cafes are likely to be crowded during weekends and summer vacation. If you want to go with much effort, I think it's better to stroll around at different times. Pilgrimage for Doraemon lovers. For those born in a parallel universe, the context may be lost. Like, how blue the earless mouse is supposed to be through the ages. Still, there is something to like. Admire how the artist conceptualized the character and fleshed it out through the years, such as his penchant for watercolours and cross-hatching skills. Spot the various characters hidden cleverly throughout the museum like some Easter egg hunt. 4 stars because ticket purchase here is weird. You can't buy tickets at the museum, but instead have to reserve them at a Lawson convenience store 10minutes walk away. And not with a real human being, but using a booking machine instead. Figure out how to navigate a Japanese-accented English interface to purchase tickets for a specific date. Spoiler alert: dates are set in Japanese calendar, so that takes a while to figure out too. Them fill in details like your name. Choices are doing it with an English keyboard with no space bar button, or a Japanese keyboard which you wouldn't know how to use. Error dialog box is still in Japanese, so if you don't know the language, good luck figuring out what went wrong. Finally, make payment at the counter with a real human. If the Lawson employee takes pity on you, they may put you out of your misery by keying in everything for you. Otherwise, purchasing tickets could take 10 to 15 minutes.

The plce is dedicated to Fujiko F Fujio, who created Doraemon and othr popular anime and manga. The museum section is so inspiring to those who lived with Doraemon. The letter to F sensei from his wife was really movine and brought tears to my eyes. The outdoor section is relatively small compared to other popular tourist place like Disneyland - Don't expect the place to be one. This is the place where deep fans of Fujiko Fujio can worship. You must purchase tickets from the website in advance.

Super nice museum! Went for Perman, mainly saw exhibitions of Doraemon, so it would've being nice to see originals of all the other works too. But the museum is very well kept, the audio guide is available for free in English, the exposed drawings are super cool and they even have a machine to do custom stamps! They even have a map to look for tiny statues around the town! The manga room and cafe were super cozy. Very nice :) I recommend getting the tickets in any Lawson before going for convenience (they're 1000¥ per person).

Entrance ticket is too expensive, not really anything interesting inside. Doraemon is my favourite childhood cartoon, yet I don't think the collections are impressive. A lot of the works are not translated so unless you have some proficiency in Japanese probably you will have no idea what the drawings mean. Additionally they forbid you to take pictures so you can't just save it for later. There are also some non-doraemon works of Fujio, but clearly they're not the main attraction.

I have a great time here. I bought ticket in advance from Klook with only 1,000¥. Used QR code printed out and got a paper ticket for souvenir. Spent about 30 mins for visit the exhibition, enjoy the original art work and history, timeframe including Doraemon (they provide QR code web app for English version guideline) then walk arond reading area with special gachapon then saw a special short Doraemon film for the musium. After that I line up for the cafe, enjoy a special moment with Doraemon menu. Took a picture while walking outdoor and got some special suovenir. Fulfill your kid heart with a original doraemon. I spent around 3 hrs before my next schedule.
