I am impressed with this hotel service. Everything is perfect. The staff is kind, the food is also surely delicious. My number for this hotel is ten out of ten. I also want to share information about this incredible hotel. Accommodation description Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi is connected to Tokyo Station, just a 1-minute walk from Otemachi Station via the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. This stylish 4-star hotel offers a restaurant, 24-hour business center, and free in-room Wi-Fi. The air-conditioned rooms feature modern interiors. Each room has a refrigerator and a flat-screen satellite TV. Guests can enjoy massage services upon request. Laundry service is also offered. Luggage storage facilities are available at the 24-hour front desk. Located on the 27th floor, TENQOO restaurant and bar offers views of the bustling city of Tokyo. This restaurant serves a variety of Japanese and French specialties. Metropolitan Hotel is located in Sapia Tower, just a 5-minute walk from the Imperial Palace. Akihabara's various electronic products and animated culture are 2 train stop away via the Yamanote Line, while Tsukiji Fish Market is a 15-minute taxi ride away. Haneda Airport is 15 km away.

Great location convenient to everything. The 34th floor is the top floor also has the smoking room for the hotel. The air is not filtered and cigarette smoke flows to the room. The air vent is yellow/black from nicotine. There is an air purifier in the room but not enough to clean the air. The room has only 2 outlets. Good size room with comfortable beds.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking to stay at Tokyo station. Convenient access to the yaesu north exit. Not that the hotel is on level 27 but the express elevator is fine. Courteous staff and all speak English. Breakfast is average, does not change daily. Rooms are clean and decent size for Tokyo.

I like this hotel, it is centrally located, quiet. The rooms aren't large but they are comfortable. I have not tried their dining and breakfast options. Because there are so many nearby options in and around the train station. Hotel Metropolitan is a no-nonsense place to rest your head. Perfect for travelers and business. I would gladly stay again.

Conveniently located and has massage available within the hotel at 90k yen /hour (but due to miscommunication, we only found out they were only able to do in-room!) Most of the staff were friendly and helped book our taxi to the airport early the next morning. Housekeeping does an excellent job cleaning the room everyday! The amenities provided are just right, but the gym seems like a haphazard addition as it’s only two treadmills and random machines. Still much better than most hotels which have no gyms at all. Would stay again!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the hotel. Out of our two week trip, the beds were the most comfortable at this hotel and we were able to get a good rest every night we were there. The rooms were quiet and amenities were plentiful for guests. The location was decent, right outside of the Nihombashi exit of Tokyo Station or Exit B7 of Otemachi Station.

This is an absolute gem due to its location and room rates. Did i say the rooms are pretty comfortable, too? Central to everything, food, toys, and souvenirs...all within the confines of the gigantic underground shopping complex of the Tokyo Station. You can access many lines of the metro subway too, if you buy the tourist passes which are good for 1-3 days of train travel at a great price!

Very clean and tidy. Location is very convenient. Staff are wonderful. Check in and out was seamless. We actually left a wedding band by accident when we checked out. I reached out to the hotel and they were able to find the ring! After providing detailed information and a picture, they sent the ring back via mail. I appreciated that they asked for details and didn't just send it out without confirmation. Communication was quick, given the time difference. Highly recommend staying here. Bonus points for the view.

The hotel's location directly above Tokyo Station was a lifesaver, providing instant access to trains and major attractions. Our room had stunning views of the city lights. Everything was clean. The late 12pm check-out allowed us to enjoy a leisurely morning without rushing. Overall, had a good experience hear.

Very convenient location in Tokyo station. Room size is enough for family of 4. We stay for 4 nights in the triple room and beds were comfortable. We requested for daily room make up as v experience bed bugs during the 1st night on myself and my son but not severe. Housekeeping is fast service for towel request. Check in/out is smooth process. Overall great stay and recommended!

The hotel is practically on top of the Tokyo Station, the location is unbeatable if you want to move a lot in Tokyo. - we asked for a room at the top floor (34) with a view of Tokyo Station, we got this, as usual in Japan the hotel team was very courteous and did everything to satisfy our demands. also, if you have any question or problem, they helped us and did everything to find the information we needed, etc - the view is great, on the South Side (Tokyo station) as well on the northern side. Les fun on the West/East side. - small room (18m2) but normal for Tokyo standards for a double room. - good range of amenities, very good cleaning crew - the breakfast was good but the selection was somehow less appealing compared to other places we stayed in Tokyo in this price range. the view from the restaurant is fantastic

A nice hotel, primely located at Tokyo station with excellent value for money. Room is small but sufficient for business travelers. It is also a great place to stay for people stopping by Tokyo for commuting to other cities via JR. The only suggestion is to improve the wifi connection, as my laptop had some troubles connecting to the internet.

2 good points. Convenient location and house keeping is thorough. The room has a huge flaw the blackout curtain has huge gaps your room lights up once the sun rises at 6am so if you are a early riser this is the hotel for you. Otherwise pick somewhere else to stay.

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Great views of the city and great location right next to Tokyo Station and the subway. The hotel was able to hold my luggage for me for multiple days before my stay which was very accommodating especially considering my short stay, and they also brought it to my room before check-in. Also assisted in helping us get a large taxi for many large suitcases which they also helped bring down for us. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel near Tokyo Station.

Very nice hotel that is attached to tokyo station. My room had a very nice view and the room itself was in good order. The staff were kind and check in/out was easy. I've stayed here twice now and it is absolutely worth it.

You literally step outside for maybe 10 steps from Tokyo station, Nihombashi exit, into this hotel building. I had to mention this since it was raining and we were not prepared with an umbrella when we arrived in Tokyo. The view of the city from our hotel is Wonderful. The layout of this hotel is, out of the world, beautiful. You can see all the rooms from a 360 degree including their gym on the 28th floor.

Close to the Main Tokyo Station on top of a sky scrapper, this is a plush hotel with very nice, well appointed, rooms. The whole hotel is extremely stylish. As it us owned by JR -East, one of the main railway companies, it should not come as a surprise that they have a "mini Tokyo" city model with working model sinkansen and local trains.

Location great right next to Tokyo Station. Rooms are ok but very small which is understandable. More functional for business travellers I suppose. Buffet good.

I use this hotel every time I come home to Japan, and my expectation is always met. The staff at the front desk is attentive, the check in process is smooth. Their rooms are always clean and neat. Above all, their breakfast buffet is awesome!

Staff members are always extremely kind & attentive. Housekeeping is impeccable. However, the interior of the hotel started showing its age & needs attention. It still looks great, but some items like window drapes need thorough cleaning. Edges of the furniture are worn off and/or dented. Unmatched desk lamps, inconvenient room light switches which malfunctioned during our stay, etc. Hope the inside is refurbished soon and get back to their past glory when they opened.

We stayed at this hotel during a short two day layover in Tokyo. The location is one of its best attributes being so central and a stones throw from the central train station which is the best way to get into the city centre from the airport. The hotel is also a short walk to the Imperial Palace and the main shopping area. The hotel itself is modern, very clean with average size rooms. Don't expect anything spacious. However, the rooms do not feel congested. The bathrooms are excellent and all the amenities one would expect from a hotel of this caliber is there. The views from the high floors, as we were on, are beautiful, especially at night. Staff greeted us warmly and were very kind in all our needs.

The staff was very friendly! The reception area is very fancy. The rooms and views are great as well. The bathroom is the only area of the property that shows it's age, but the amenities more than make up for it. Very glad we chose to stay here! The hotel is just outside of Tokyo Station. Occasionally, we could hear the trains, but much quieter than anticipated!

This is an okay hotel, conveniently situated at the North Marunouchi exit of Tokyo Station. The room whilst perfectly functional and with an amazing view of Tokyo was a little disappointing in that it had very little storage space, which meant we lived out of our suitcases and could only hang clothes that really needed it. Very disappointed with the bar/restaurant in that having returned in the evening we wanted a night cap, imagine our surprise when we were told the bar was fully booked and we couldn't have a drink! Apparently we needed to book a table to use the bar, which is completely ludicrous. The following morning we tried to book a table for the evening as we were celebrating an anniversary that day but we're once again informed that the restaurant was fully booked. Needless to say we were totally unimpressed. Another point to note is that there is no guest lounge other than some pretty uncomfortable seating scattered around the reception area. At times this area was so full of people that there was no chance of getting a seat at all. Really think this hotel needs to cater to the comforts of its guests more as it certainly wouldn't be my hotel of choice.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and loved it. I was in Tokyo on business and this made a great base. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - room service, taxis, adding an extra night to my stay...all taken care of. The rooms are small by European standards (not unusual for Japan) but it had everything I needed. The restaurant was friendly with both a western and Japanese menu for breakfast. It did get busy and I had to wait in a short queue to be seated most days. If you want dinner you should book in advance - I didn't and they were fully booked, hence the room service. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station with the reception on the 27 floor of the building. My room 3203 had a great view, as does the restaurant. The reception is large and we'll run with a great moving model to look at.

Lovely hotel in central Tokyo. Hotel is located next to Tokyo station and very convenient for accessing the train network and the restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Service is top notch and any request was accommodated quickly. Breakfast is very good and there is western and Japanese fare. Views are spectacular and overlooks the train tracks below. If you’re a trainspotter you must stay here.

Conveniently located at Tokyo station, I stayed here since it was my first time in Tokyo and I wanted to be central. The view from my room was beautiful (I got a corner room). The staff were very friendly and hospitable. And the rooms were clean!

Love the view. Location is good. Service is great too. The view is the best. The gym and coin laundry are placed interestingly. The former is in a semi-open area and people can see you from the elevator / corridor. The coin laundry is at the end of a corridor which has guest rooms. Have I mentioned how much I love the view yet?

Stayed here for 3 nights in October. Location is excellent, right on top of Tokyo station with easy access to transportation, food, convenience store and many shops. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure the location is perfect for any trip in Tokyo. All the staff are very responsive, even by email and communicate english very well, very helpful. Room and everywhere is clean and cozy. If i may add a note for improvement is the alley and hotel room is too dark, should add some lights to it to make it more comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Booked here months ago. Then 1 day before arriving then cancel my booking because the system of payment didn't go through from the booking site. I tried to contact them before closing day, but they aren't available 24/7. So instead of contacting me to see what's wrong, they canceled. They then replied only the day after to say sorry BlΓ‘-blΓ‘-blΓ‘. And if I still wanted the room, I could have it for just 40% more. Completely zero service. It's was Your system that didn't allow me to pay your hotel, not may Card!!!

Can't beat this hotel for business location and ease of access to the city. And the price is quite reasonable too. Service is impeccable. The restaurant sΓ©lection in the area is good, but this being Tokyo's central station, lacks character. But the hotel is brilliant

This is already my second stay here. The hotel is located right beside Tokyo Station and therefore very easy to find and convenient to reach. As the reception and lobby are on the 27th floor with the rooms up to the 34th floor, you get a good view of the surrounding part of Tokyo. One point which is a bit inconvenient is that there is no PC with printer provided like in other hotels. There would be enough space for it in the lobby.

Me and my dad had our own room our room next to each other and was comfortable. The staff are nice and friendly. The hotel close to tokyo station on Nihombashi exit. You can easily find shop, restaurant and convenience store around the area. There are metro, train and bus around. So you can easily get to anywhere.

Super 1. Location, easy to reach. 2. Convenience, no move up or down the luggage, just walk all the way. 3. Reception, patient and wonderful service. 4. Room, clean and comfortable, the shower head will let you willing to take more 10 minutes. 5. View, million night view. All in all, super 5 stars.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to the platforms within the JR Tokyo Station. There is direct lift access to the 27th floor lobby from the Nihonbashi Exit (Yaesu North side). Great for people transferring to the airport or other places around Japan. We had a great view of the Tokyo Station from our room, however it had a strange layout. It just seemed to be configured wrong. We couldn't easily see the TV from the bed and there was nowhere obvious for us to store our luggage.

Luxury hotel centrally located by Tokyo central JR train station. Service is top-notch, rooms are nicely appointed, if small by North American standards.

Great place to stay at. Front desk is located on the 27th floor. I stay on the 30th floor, Fantastic view of the train station and tracks. What best of all it have a ice station which you can collect with ice bucket in room. Every floor have a vending machine which sells water, beer and soft drinks.

Loved it! Only downside is not many late night options but hotel staff were friendly and it definitely felt like a luxury hotel especially with the automatic blinds in the room! Waking up to an amazing view of Tokyo every morning.

The location is good - take yaseu north exit, find daimaru then turn left - walk till exit building, hotel on the left. Take lift to 27th floor. But room layout not good though it 24-25 sqm but it’s 3*8 so room quite narrow but long, so feel small. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is really nice, staffed by very helpful workers. The restaurant/buffet is really nice as well. I recommend this place for anyone just landing in Tokyo and taking the train the next day

We got a room overlooking the train tracks to see all the trains pull into Tokyo Station, certainly very unique, in a good way. Room is very clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast at hotel is great. Location cannot be beat, next to Tokyo Station with a sbux and convenient store below. Will def stay here again.

Staff are friendly. Room is clean and quiet. The WiFi is fast. I got a room with a view. I loved it. If you get breakfast option. You will have to go to the lobby on the 26th floor where the restaurant is and you will have to choose between American breakfast and Japanese breakfast.

I spent one night at the Metropolitan, my first night on my trip to Japan this year. The room was clean, well organized, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is essentially attached to Tokyo Station, making it an ideal location for getting around- not to mention an innumerable number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, particularly at the beginning of a trip. And of course, the view from my room was spectacular. Definitely one of the best parts.
